I'd never had a bad meal prior to this, but food quality has TANKED... this evening our food took FOREVER, and when I finally came, mine was cold and the chicken was super dry, and my Wife's was super hot, and obviously just prepared. The staff and bartenders are always on point, but it's becoming more and more evident at the lack of competent management, and any minuscule form of quality control. It's been consistently getting bad...but tonight was hands down the worst restaurant experience we've had in over a decade. Please fire them all and start over. Yes it is busy for a football Sunday but the experience that HE could make a difference in he didn't. We'll start with my drink order. I asked for a simple Arnold Palmer with raspberry flavor. I received a red cup with ice and some liquid concoction that left my stomach feeling gross from the first small sip. He seemed confused by my drink order, here is his opportunity to confirm with me my want or to ask another coworker how to make it if he was unaware. But what he chose to bring back was a drink "with 17 pumps of raspberry", his words not mine. We let him know the drink was unacceptable, he changed his tone and service experience after that. Finally I asked for a water instead and that too took almost 5 mins to bring back to me. We ordered the nachos appetizer and onion rings as a starter as we planned on spending a couple of hours to watch the game. We asked for some extra salsa and sour cream for our nachos. It arrived sloppy and dripping into the other. We have one person who doesn't like salsa but likes sour cream. It ruined that for us. He even dropped the plate quickly on the table without saying excuse me or here you go. We chose to immediately cut our visit short asap. We asked for the check and boxes, he didn't ask one thing. Didn't ask if the food was good or if we needed something after saying we planned on being here a while. Our visit was less than 30 mins. What a major shame.

My "Tito's" & cranberry was fine. However, we question if it was really Tito's. We got the pretzels. They were large, but neither one of really liked them. The outside was soft like the inside, not how pretzels are supposed to be. We also didn't care for the beer cheese. It was thick & chunky. Hubby got the wings with AZ gold on the side. The wings were crispy, but the AZ gold sauce was nothing like AZ gold sauce. It was reddish & had a kick to it. It was also running. I got the cheeseburger sliders with onion rings. The onion rings were good, but the ranch dressing was super runny. The sliders weren't like sliders I've had before. It was like a hamburger patty was cooked then placed on the slider buns. The meat did not fill the buns. A couple of the buns hardly had any meat on them. We don't have any reason to go back.

They do have a well stocked bar, but when we arrived at 12:30 every table was vacant save one. Despite the great reviews this should have been our second warning. I did see in the Yelp photo's that the garlic bread was captioned as terrible, but my daughter wanted to try it so we gave it a shot. One bite and she was like "Nope". It had the thinnest layer on cheese on top and was super dense and unyielding. Moving on to the spaghetti and meatballs. My Munchkin immediate identified the meatballs as Sysco or some similar food service fare. The sauce was okay but not fresh by any measurable degree. I had the thinnest Chicken Parm ever, covered in sauce and mozzarella cheese which couldn't disguise the blandness of the chicken no matter hard it tried. Nothing about the food said fresh ingredients. We both ate about four bites and decided we were done and would head over to Oregano's. To be fair, the waitress (no personality) did take the garlic bread off the bill, but when I asked for the bill and said we didn't want to go containers for the full plates of food didn't even bat an eye like she expected as much. This place lured us in with good reviews and how busy it looks on the weekends. If our experience is any indication I give it six months tops before going under unless they do a complete overhaul from the top down.
