I will readily admit to being a pizza snob, having worked in lower Manhattan for many years, I was spoiled on some of the best pizza anywhere. But these guys are right there.. they have by far the best pizza I have found in NH, bar none. Their menu is great overall and it seems like they really care about the quality of their food. Everything tastes fresh to me. I have sampled mozz sticks, wings, chicken, meatball and steak subs, chicken tenders (awesome) and several pizzas. I love the ambiance of the place as well. It has a really laid back vibe which is nice. The seating is a bit limited and it can get crowded, so you have to allow for that if you plan on dining in. Nice bar though where you can hang out and watch Bob Ross do his thing - who doesn't like Bob Ross? The servers are super nice and the owner seems like a good guy. Service- great, relaxed and friendly vibes all around from the staff. Drinks- both the cocktail and the beer I had were excellent. Cocktail was off their new drink menu and was interesting, unique, and well balanced: didn't taste artificial or sickly sweet. Food- We had two pizzas (I believe called the duke and the florentine?) and the onion rings. Everything was so flavorful and fresh tasting! Ambience- This place is so beautiful inside. As a houseplant enthusiast whose favorite color is green, I may be kind of biased, but dang. I just kept looking around and admiring how pretty it was in there. Stopped by with a friend for an early-ish dinner before a show. Great looking dining room. I mean, really great. Service was very slow. Dining room wasn't crowded, still took a while for the server to come by. We were hungry and on a schedule, so we placed our full order - mozz sticks and drinks asap and then a meatball sub and a Lenny Pep for mains. We waited for almost 20 minutes. Then everything came to the table at once. At this point, we were due to meet with our friends at the venue in 30 minutes, so we asked for a pizza box and the check immediately. The server seemed overwhelmed even though the dining room was still less than half full. The food was not hot. The mozz sticks had no pull. They probably would have been excellent if they had been served when hot. Marinara dip was tasty, but room temp. The sub and pizza looked great, but the meatballs were barely warm. The crust on the pizza was way too thin - like a cracker, and no flavor. That was no surprise since they boast about making their dough every day - dough develops flavor over time. The pepperoni was excellent. But overall the pie was a letdown. The server swung by as we were packing up to ask if we wanted to try some "hate cake". What is hate cake? Evidently, it is a slice of chocolate cake with an actual bad review attached to it. Like from a customer who didn't have a good experience. So I guess not good experiences are the selling point here? We declined. Anyway - we won't go back. Like I said, the dining room is nice. read more

Best pizza in NH! From their chicken wings to their subs and especially their pizza, I have yet to order something I didn't like here. Our favorites include the Butcher (char/cup pepperoni, bacon, ground steer, sausage) and the Duke (their version of a Hawaiian). A true gem in Southern NH! You can order take out on their website or dine in and grab a beer at the bar while you wait for your food. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and very modern. I ordered 2 pizzas. A pepperoni and, what is basically a meat lovers, a pizza called the Butcher. The large pizza is a sixteen inch pie. The pizza crust is very thin, almost cracker like. The pepperoni pizza had a good amount of cupped pepperoni. The kind of pepperoni that curls into little cups when baked. The pepperoni itself is very flavorful. The Butcher had 3 kinds of meat. The toppings on that were also plentiful and flavorful as well. Overall, except for the extremely thin crust, the pizza was pretty good. The reason I probably won't rush back is that those two pizzas cost me $49.00. I found that kind of excessive for two standard large size pizzas, especially since large has become 20 inches at other places. I carried the pizza out. The pizza was ready when promised. The workers seemed generally friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice enough looking inside, albeit a little hard to find. The only sign I saw was an R on the top of the unit. There did seem to be a steady amount of customers at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. If the price comes down, or the size of the pizza goes up, I wouldn't hesitate to try it again. First time trying this place out. It's new and designed to accommodate lounging if you need a meet up spot with friends or family. We ordered the tenders and onion rings. It's more food then you would expect for the price and it all tasted great. The tenders were huge. One order would cover two people as an appetizer since they were essentially 4 filet chicken breasts per order. They tasted fantastic, not soggy or overly crunchy. I especially liked the Gar-Parm. Another couple had ordered two pizzas and they were impressed with their size. They really ended up ordering for 4 . Sold me on trying that next, they looked great! read more

Wife and I went for an early dinner on Saturday. It was busy, but we were able to get a table for 2 by the window. Small restaurant (maybe seating for 30-40). Decor was nice with various Edison style light fixtures and 2 televisions showing Bob Ross which was neat to watch. Menu consisted of various appetizers, salads, subs, and pizza. We ordered the onion rings as an appetizer which were lightly battered and excellent. We then ordered the Lenny Pep pizza which was also good but a little greasy and the sauce gave me wicked heartburn. We both had 2 draft beers which were decent but way overpriced (we probably would have got a water/soda if we knew they were $8 each). We also thought the pizza was a little pricey as well $23 (can get a comparable large pepperoni pizza elsewhere for much less - was even more expensive than Pizzeria Regina which is in my opinion the best). Also, didn't like that they had one bill amount if you paid cash and one if you paid by credit card. If we were in the area, we would go again, but otherwise probably won't go back. read more

Ordered take out and popped in for a beer or 2. This place is delicious! Ordered the butcher and it is definitely the best pizza around the local area. Ingredients tasted fresh, saw the pizza man tossing the dough and putting on the ingredients. Chicken wings were pretty good, nice beer selection (not huge), and customer service was great. I went near closing and never felt rushed, they even turned on the Celtics game for the party that was there after they had technically closed. The decor inside is beautiful, very modern, nice accent walls, cool lighting, and overall gives good vibes. Can definitely see this place getting crowded soon as the food is great, service is great and they only opened less than 3 months ago. Space can accommodate a good amount of people, but definitely see this place getting crowded soon. Ricochet... Interesting name especially when the same people I saw working at romanos come right back to work at ricochet. Little irony there... I'm baffled by the amount of good reviews here. I've been 3 times because I wanted to give them a mulligan after the first couple times I went. This place is awful. I showed up when my pizza was supposed to be ready and gave my name and the girl at the counter said it will be out shortly. I took a mental note of the pizzas on top of the oven and sure enough after 20 minutes pass mine was one of the pizzas that was on top of the oven when I first arrived. The other couple of times I have gone the food has been bland and the other we tossed in the trash after a couple bites. I tried to be nice to this place and give them a shot but man between the staff and the food I got no clue how these positive reviews exist. read more

I saw they had great reviews so figured I'd take a ride from Manchester and pickup a couple pizzas, love that they send you a ticker on your phone to know when your order is ready. When I got there I was immediately greeted by a really nice and friendly young lady who cashed me out and then brought my order to me in the really nice waiting area when it was done, very nice and clean place, super friendly staff, even the chef said hi and thanked me, great experience and I couldn't wait to try the pies! When I got home I was super impressed by the size of the pies and how much topping was on them.. they were over the top delicious and perfect in every way.. and the onion rings were AMAZING! Ricochet or "Rico" is most definitely my favorite local pizza joint. However, it's more than just their pizza that keeps me coming back. I'm always greated at the door by all of their friendly staff. I've become a regular and everyone is truly like family to me. The ambiance is quaint and the local beer on tap compliments everything on the menu. Besides the pizza, their subs, salads and sides are delicious not to mention the steak tips are the bomb! All of the ingredients are fresh and locally sourced as well. You can really taste the difference in the quality of every dish. The owners always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure that you leave completely satisfied. Since this place is somewhat new I went with what I thought was a safer bet and ordered the Pepperoni pizza and a French fry and both were delicious! I ordered the Fries well done and they actually were, any other place in Derry never gets them right. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the charred cups were delicious. Got a cheeseburger sub with extra cheese, pickels, onions.. bun was solid, pickles were fresh, good amount of burger meat.. size of sandwich was average... $15.50 lil steep but with inflation it is what it is. Couple of turnoffs, called it in, was told 20mins.. showed up 30mins after i called it in and was told it will be another 5 or so mins.. place was dead. 35mins for a cheeseburger sub?!? Asked if i could pay cash after i got handed the handheld gadjet to pay for for sub. The new ones that ask you instantly how much you wanna tip [ annoying] Was told i can only pay cash if i have the exact amount.. ahhh never heard of that in my life but ok.. asked if i could at least tip in cash in which the girl responded "Absolutely!".. kind of a turn off. I was excited to try this place today after reading the good review. We ordered 2 pizzas, chicken fingers and an Italian sub. several of the reviews said it was the best chicken fingers they ever had..these people have obviously never had good chicken fingers before. They were the WORST chicken fingers I ever had! they were paper thin with no seasoning and were much more like a cutlet than a finger...if cutlets were paper thin. the sub was also not good..hardly any meat at all...the only good part was the bread! for $12 it was absolutely pathetic. And now the pizza..the reason we wanted to try this place...The pizza was the worst I've had in a long time & that's including frozen pizza from the supermarket! it was absolutely void of any cheese even though I paid for extra cheese on both pies. The topping were low quality and the sauce was bitter. I don't know who is responsible for the good reviews this place has but I feel it was probably the friends and family of the owners because I can't comprehend someone actually liking this food. It's some of the worst I ever had and I paid top price for it. I would NEVER go back again and will make sure I let my friends in the area know to avoid this place. I imagine this place will be out of business before next year. I'd have given them zero stars if it was possible. read more
