Once it was in front of me I was honestly shocked at the raw beef but, it was truly seared & sliced to give it that presentation. I normally will not touch rare beef but this was actually delicious! After 15 minutes or more, we were finally called in last walking by the same uncleared tables, led to another table as the table cloth was being placed on it, no menus, no apology for the extra long (unnecessary) wait outside in the cold. When we finally placed our order, we waited some more. Finally our server said "there was a mix up and our order had not gone through."
