Sanji is delicous! Like a smooth Sapporo

Had a great time here, nice and cozy spot on a Sunday evening in December. Brought our dog but were informed we had to sit outside since we had a dog (must be a policy per King County since the Tacoma Red Dog location allows dogs inside). Thankfully they had heat lamps outside. Fun concept to scan a card at each tap to get good beers on draft and even some wine. We tried the bbq pizza, hawaiian pizza and tater tots nachos style, everything was pretty good! Nice portions for the price. Helpful friendly service too. There's also board games here, where we saw families playing board games together which was nice. Not all of the taps had alcohol so minors can enjoy some beverages. You order the food on your phone by scanning the QR code at the table. Then cash out as well with the phone. When you cash out for the beverages, you do have to go to the cashier with the tipping tablet starting at 20%, 22% etc. Which is a little strange to start that high since you pour your own beers and buss your own table at the end. Again, staff are friendly but weird to have the tipping percentages start so high for a self-pour establishment. You can enter a custom amount though. Also, the low ratings because of the parking is not the establishment's fault, that's a silly reason to give a low rating. They dont own the building. However, it is free on weekends just fyi

I found my tap! YOU are the beertender here. Grab a card (attached to your credit card) and swipe and pour. The cool thing here is you can sample all you want until you find a good tap. And that I did! They serve pub food as well so we got a number of different types of pizzas which were pretty good. Personal sizes so great for yourself or to share. Definitely goes well with beer. Seating is fairly social with long communal tables, but I found I was on my feet a lot cause I wanted to try more beer! Cool joint! They also have serve yourself popcorn in the corner there.

My fiancé and I visited the Friday after Thanksgiving, and we were pleasantly surprised by this place! The atmosphere was welcoming, and we loved their selection of alcohol on tap. I had a hard tea that I thought was pretty good! The food was the highlight.. typical bar food, but everything we had was delicious! We would love to return again with our dog in the summer. Great vibes!!

Stopped by here with a co-worker after a BBQ got rained out. Redd Dogg is a tap room similar to Tapster right in downtown Bellevue that is nice place to come to sample some beers as well as get dedicated pints. How it works similar to "Tapster", you use your payment card at the front counter to start a tab of sorts in the form of a card they give you. Once you have your card, you slide it at one about a dozen or so taps that have different beers and ciders. They had a decent selection to choose from and are right about the $7 or so mark which I like. What is cool about these it if you want you can do your own samples of beer so to speak at your leisure, but of course the downside is it's going to charge you something that ordinarily be free at say a brewery. Redd Dogg has lots of merch in general, but a fair amount of dog merch which I suppose is to get their brand out there. The actual tap room is a decent size with mostly high counter seating but also some outdoor seats as well. They have plenty of snacks and food for purchase. My coworker and I shared some nacho fries which weren't the best. They were hot and cheesy but were soggy and lacked flavor. If you're looking for a variety of drinks to choose from and can't get to a dedicated brewery, Redd Dogg is ok. I'd consider returning if a group I'm with happens to be in the downtown in the area.

Had a work happy hour here and had a great time. All the food was delicious, especially the big red pizza. Their fries were perfectly cooked & the staff was amazing. Their tables were constantly refreshed and kept clean. I wasn't obsessed with the drinks because I'm not much of a beer drinker. The non alcoholic drinks were good too, but they ran out of the diet seattle cola. They also have a large amount of games which is great for team bonding.

Indoors and outdoors mostly self service via QR & Phone - very limited staff

Food was acceptable. Not as good as Bellevue Brewing but better than Chili's. Drinks are super expensive and the self service QR only with limited staff is frustrating - yet of course they have a tip screen (WTF?!!!) It's a cool looking place with good drinks and pet friendly, but terrible parking options. The outdoor section is nice but is shaded about 2 hours before

I came to this bar expecting the food to be good. But, it was kind of bland. The pizza needed a bit more flavor. The wings could be better, I enjoyed the way they were made. The nachos had no taste. All of the food looked dry, but it was pretty good . The service was nice, though. Ambiance is nice, I enjoyed the dark lighting. Best thing on the menu: Mozzarella Sticks!

Early on a Tuesday before the crowds came

We have been here two times now. The first time we came early in the day and sat inside with our dogs. We were the only ones there at that time, but we were under the impression that they are entirely dog friendly, since they have a dog menu and all. The second time the host asked us if our dogs were service animals and said they only allow service animals inside. So, we had to sit outside that time. It was chilly, but they do have heaters above some tables, which was nice. I guess the key is to go early before they get busy if you want to sit inside with your dogs, but you cannot count on which way it will go. Overall, this place is really great, although the food could be better. The cauliflower wings are our favorite thing we've tried here so far.

The Redd Dog is a needed addition to Bellevue, as it's the first bar where you can pour your own draft, so no need to wait around for a server for refills. The world is your oyster here, or, beer. I love how dog-friendly this place is, but will say that when I first learned about the dog theme, I assumed dogs were allowed in the bar. Unfortunately, that's not the case. But they are allowed outside on the patio and even have their own menu and toys and treats for sale. Any place that has their dog in mind is somewhere I'm instantly a fan of. My dog and I came here on a Friday afternoon and the place was pretty busy out on the patio. Get here early or have a friend grab a spot because it's a popular place, especially if you want to bring your dog. Some tables have umbrellas outside and some of the chairs are more for lounging. It's a nice outdoor space. For drinks, an employee loads a card with your credit card that you will use to get your own drink. Basically, it's loading money on the card, so that you can tap it at your drink stand before it starts pouring. In addition to lots of local beers, they have wine, seltzer and hard kombucha. If you plan to order food, you don't need to load a card as this is served as it normally would be at a restaurant, with scanning the QR code and you can order and pay on your phone. I didn't get to try the food, but would be down to come back with friends for a meal and some drinks with our fur babies. Sounds like a great plan.

In a world of inflation, you can still get a few things free. This place has free popcorn and free dog treats, as well as fancier dog treats for purchase if you want to spoil your pooch. They also offer daily specials, but what I appreciated was the great service. The person helping me was amazingly friendly and helpful. Parking can be challenging since there's not a lot of street parking and the attached parking garage is a bit pricey. Pizza is excellent. It's made with fresh dough and comes out piping hot. Truffle fries are good, and while my dog can't talk (warning: dad joke incoming) I'm sure he'd give the bacon two paws up. They use compostable cups which is a nice touch. They also have inside and outside seating with fire pits, lounge chairs and regular seating so you have many options.

Very welcoming place for dogs, the manager Harry is so nice and accommodating, they have a full menu for dogs and they even have dog soda and beer, which of course is dog friendly! They have a wide variety of food for dogs and also a dog birthday cake! Was so much fun going here and taking Archie, they even gave us a free dog biscuit to take home! The ambiance was clean and the vibe was so much fun! It's such a happy place for both dog owners and dogs! Highly recommend this place for a get together with friends!

It is a very dog friendly and lowkey little spot for some good food. We will certainly be back in the future.

Came here for a happy hour after work and had a great time. Good spot for groups small or big and even dog friendly. Reasonable beer and wine prices where you can pour your own, they also have cocktail options at the counter. Food ordering is done online and they bring the food out to you. We got some wings and a pretzel and all very tasty. Large TVs in here along with outdoor seating with fireplaces. They have a shelf full of games and we play giant uno, which was a crowd favorite. Chill place to come watch sports or play games and hang out with friends, will be back!

I love going to local brewpubs and microbreweries when traveling. So when I saw this location of…read moreBellevue's largest microbrewery, my wife and I had to stop in for an early lunch with a sampling of beers. The food and beers were great. As the name states, the very large brewpub is located in the Spring District, inside the park/greenspace. The district used to be an industrial area, that has been transformed into a mixed residential/retail area, centered around the light rail transit station. The brewery makes great use of the outdoor space, with a lot of seating for an impromptu biergarten on nice days. This Tuesday was a typical March day in Seattle, which meant dining inside was a must. We ended up finding street parking a couple of blocks away, though they do have validated parking: in the underground parking right below (with under 10 dedicated spots) and the bigger Spring district Parking garage nearby. Amanda was our server, and she was super friendly, giving us suggestions. They have a large selection of house brewed beers, and we chose eight of the non-IPA ones as two flights, consisting of 4 5oz glasses (assuming it cost $12). We tried the Harvest Boom P.O.G. Wheat (this was our favorite one), Bothell Brown (liked this one), Snake Charmer Irish Red (strangely very mild for a Red), ChugMeister Mazren Lager (my second favorite). Second flight consisted of 1882 Pre-Prohibition Lager (very crisp and light), Muckle Flugga Scotch Ale (really like Scotch Ale in general, though hard to find on the West Coast...thought this version was OK), Schwarzbier Black Lager (different, very mild, really enjoyed), and a Der Kommissar Pilsner (super light with no body). I don't think I've been able to choose two flights of non-IPA in-house beers before...they keep a very large selection here, and it's worth coming to, just for the draft beers. We ordered some bar food that both of us like, and each plate was excellent. Shareable thick cut fries ($11) was very filling, especially since they were fried very well and were sturdy enough for dipping. Got Scotch Ale Chili ($13) and it was hearty, with plenty of pinto beans and good ground beef, with not too much chili powder. It came with housemade tortilla chips, which were thin and excellent. Wanted to try their beef birria, ordered their birria Nachos ($19) and it was really well prepared. Everything was diced into small pieces, used a really good beer cheese sauce and the the fresh guacamole was solid. For a brewpub, it has excellent bar food. The portions were large...we ended up taking about half of it home. Next time, will stay longer and try some of their main course dishes. The room was modern with plenty of windows for natural light. The central bar is huge, but there are plenty of bar tables as well, letting patrons decide how they want to dine/hang. My only complaint was that the payment process was at the table with only a tablet, and gave me no chance to look at the receipt. The total seemed right and was expecting a chance for receipt, but Amanda grabbed the tablet after my tip and signature before I could ask for a digital receipt, and then disappeared. I suppose I could have tracked her down, but getting a receipt after a meal should not be that hard. Can't remember the last time I was out, and couldn't get a receipt easily...would have made this review a bit easier.

This is definitely my favorite eastside brewery - if not Seattle area brewery in general. Not sure…read morehow I haven't posted a review before!? I'm not a huge IPA fan, but they always have something malty or lager-like on the menu, too. Food is, IMHO, solid. Burgers are good, the fish and chips can be greasy but are usually quite good. Wife seems to like the chili and gluten-free pizzas. Staff are always awesome characters with a (fun, good) personality. Usually some game is on the TVs, and depending on time of day/week/year the crowd varies. Go visit. Breweries are closing because the younger generation's drinking less. You don't have to drink a ton, just support a local place with good food, vibe, and drinks (there's plenty of NA things).

I'm honestly not even sure where to begin, because there were so many issues during our visit that…read moreit completely ruined the experience. It was clear the restaurant was short-staffed, but unfortunately, that translated into very poor service. We had to ask the waiter for almost everything twice -- menus, condiments, and basic necessities. The waiter never wrote down our order, and unsurprisingly, it arrived incorrectly. To make matters worse, one person's meal was delivered about 10 minutes after everyone else's, with no explanation. Two of us ordered dishes that came with fries, and both orders arrived with fries that were completely cold. On top of that, the restaurant has only one shared bathroom for both men and women, which is not ideal for a dining establishment. At one point, they were also out of silverware, which added to the overall feeling of disorganization. Another frustrating surprise was a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Service issues extended beyond our table. At one point, the bartender was sitting behind the bar reading a newspaper, and she did not appear to be assisting the floor staff or acting as part of a team, despite how overwhelmed everything seemed. But the final issue -- and the one that guarantees we will never return -- was a serious sanitation concern. The waiter carried a rag in his back pocket and repeatedly used it to wipe sweat pouring off his head while working in the dining area. He did NOT WASH HIS HANDS afterward and continued touching everyone's cups, silverware, napkins, and meals. This is no different than coughing into your hands and then handling guests' food. Honestly, I really should have called the health department. Between the poor service, cold food, surprise fees, lack of basic supplies, and major hygiene issues, this was a very disappointing experience and not one I would recommend to anyone.

That no longer happens and the soda bread that came with my meal was cardboard with unspreadable butter - and the butter wasn't even Irish butter. There is no more Magners and they were out of Guinness 0. And lastly, there's a 3% charge for paying with credit card. Sadly can no longer recommend.
