We had a fun time here for Mardi GRAS! Great atmosphere and great bartenders!

I was reminded last night why i don't come to this place anymore. I used to like The Pub before they got their liquor license. A bartender named Mike was very rude. Where's the customer service? All I did was ask what was on tap. I wasn't expecting this question to be so annoying. I don't believe all of the bartenders there are like this guy....but... I will continue to frequent my favorite establishments instead. Too bad..My husband and I like to spend money when I go out for drinks and we are good tippers. Not going to waste money at a place where we are treated badly. read more

Average at best and not really what I'd call memorable but I'll go back again b/c it's the best dive in Kennewick. Now fix the damn dishwasher, there was crud all over my glass. And what gives w/ $7.50 for a Bushmills neat? Come on The Pub??!! read more

Food was completely terrible--a Philly from frozen 'steak' shavings and a cheap white cheese sauce on a craptastic white bun, and they charged $10. Beer was expensive too, and when I voiced my discontent, I was ignored. I'm from out of town and called twice during the next week to speak to a manager, who was always out and never returned a call. On arrival, first appearance it wasn't the cleanest bar (but it is a bar I thought). It was after my wife found a sink full of puke did it start to go downhill. Staff did clean it up*. Bartender then dropped asparagus on the bar mat "the part that catches spills" and put it back into the Bloody Mary he made for us. This discouraged us from ordering food. If they demonstrate poor cleanliness in front of the customer, I can't imagine what goes on in the back. I will say, if you're looking to play games with friends and get cheap drinks.. wait, never mind, drinks were not cheap. Prices compare to much nicer bars which makes no sense. Been here a few times (lack of options) this is by far my worst experience. Sat around for at least 20 minutes before I was acknowledged(I flagged down a server) she explained I was not in her area, but helped me anyway. She pointed out my waitress, about 30 minutes later, once again after I flagged her down, she helped. I ordered food, it was fine, nothing to brag about. Finally settling in, I order a second drink, I am now required to $5 because a band showed up to play music. WTF!!! Every other establishment would have grandfathered me in and not charge a cover. This place is rediculouse, but unfortunately I will come back. (Again, Lack of options) I need to get back to a city. read more

Taco Thursday is where it's at! Great service, very cold beer and sports games on all the time. Can't beat that!

Good service, friendly staff and environment. Good food, I would recommend this place and the band that plays there.

Everyone has "the bar" that they choose and this one is my husbands. We get great service and the girls obviously have to deal with a lot of drunk idiots. I think In all my years going to the pub I'd say maybe one server was kind of rotten but I like to give people the benefit of a doubt that maybe she was just having a real crummy day. The food is hands down the best bar food! I see a lot of reviews complaining about the cleanliness. They are peanuts for crying out loud. Gives the bar it's own character and they are cleaned up at the end of the night. read more

Came here to watch some football and have some food and drinks. Sat for 15 minutes without service (the place wasn't that busy at 7:45pm) before we finally went up to the bar to order our food and drinks. Our server BRITTANY started out as stand offish but seemed to lighten up as the night went. The food was pretty good but when I was asked and answered what I wanted for dipping sauce for my wings, I had the entire meal eaten before she returned (without my sauce). To top it all off we ordered well drinks all night only to get the bill and have the card ran with an extra top shelf liquor added to the bill. When we brought the error to BRITTANY'S attention, rather than apologize and fix it she proceeded to argue saying that we had ordered the drink (which we had not) and that if we reduced it to a well it would be $3 less. She obviously didn't want us to inconvenience her by voiding the transaction and fixing it because she mentioned over and over that the credit wouldn't show up for a few days and kept asking if we really wanted to go through the process over $3. She didn't seem to understand that it was the principle of the matter and that we wanted it done right regardless of how it inconvenienced her. If you want to go to a bar and actually receive prompt and correct service, move on and find another bar in the area. This place isn't worth the time or money. If you do come here, avoid BRITTANY and find a server that actually appreciates your patronage. The only reason for the 2nd star was that the wings were pretty good! read more

The pub is a cool bar with a good atmosphere and free peanuts, but I find myself hating it the more I go there. It is has a really good location with no competition around, so I lot of people will find themselves there. Because of the lack of competition the drinks are over priced, cocktails watered down, the bouncers are d-bags, sometimes there will be a cover charge on weekends for no other reason except that they can, and service can be lacking. I don't like the way it is managed, and would rather drive the five extra miles to go downtown. read more

I've been in many bars in many places,not just at home, but all over the world and i quite like this one. I first went in on a saturday night.... The staff seemed friendly & eger to serve ya. Altho it was busy i was just looking to chill, listen to some music & play a lil pool. After a while a crowd gathered where i was playing & well...to cut a long story short they where cool, so the clientel are alright & had a good laugh. One of the staff came up to us checking if we was ok & if she could get us any more drinks...nice. I didnt eat there so i can't comment on food really & to be honest most people seemed more interested in socialising than filling theyre gut. But that being said, i'f you want a good meal, go to a good restaurant, if you want a good beer/nice drink, go to a good bar. It was a good night & after a couple of nights before where i went to a bar across town behind the mall, where the manager was a miserable ignorant "bleep", which reflected on his staff as it appeared they didnt give a crap....it was an oasis. I went back again on a week night & altho it was quiet it was cool, there was some random music playing but after a lil i asked politely if i could put some music on the jukebox & sure enough the nice gal i asked turned the music off & i put some some tracks on & so played a lil pool & chilled...it was a nice atmosphere, relaxed. later i found myself chatting to a really nice woman who turned out to be one of the owners who was really friendly & appeared happy to chiil in there. A nice clean large place that depending on when ya go ya can have a good laugh, chill or relax & watch the highlights of a game. read more

Came in to have dinner at 5:00pm on a Sunday night. The waitress was quick and we asked for menus and ordered our drinks. She came back with he menus and then told us they didn't have a cook and fried food was the only option. We would not have ordered drinks if we knew that. We asked for water and never got it. Horrible service, it's so sad because we have had good food there in the past. read more

If you wander in on a week night, the food is great, the service is personable, the darts, billiards, shuffleboard, everything is great. 5/5. Friday and Saturday night on the other hand always has awful music too loud to talk to the person next to you and the service goes down hill fast as it fills up. read more

First time here and the atmosphere is nice. However, my double titos and lemonade was $16!!!?? We asked the bartender to make sure we weren't overcharged and she said we weren't. I'm with my bf who is from NY and they dont even charge us those prices there. Definitely wont be back. read more

Awesome bar with a lot of potential! Constant changing beers, lots of games, and good food! Its fun, and the staff is welcoming. Only down fall is specials don't change at all, but the other qualities out weigh that. read more

We visited the pub after attending a wedding in tri cities. We are from out of town, spokane, staying the night here and looking for a place to have a few drinks and relax for the night. The second we walked in the bartender was unfriendly and unwilling to wait on us at a table. There were fewer than 8 people in the bar but still refused table service at only 8pm. On top of that he immidiately announced he would be last calling in around an hour so we knew our stay was short. We ordered pitchers and shots which were very much ubderpoured. The only time we finally were given good service is when we announced we were all bartenders from downtown spokane. We kept our stay short but when we asked for the tab, knowing the specials for the day, we were not charged those prices. As if we wouldn't notice since we weren't from town. On top of these things after leaving we realized the bartender never gave us our debit card back that we had kept our tab on. On foot, we had to walk a mile both ways to retrieve the card. Disappointed in the only real bar open to us for the night. read more

This place is bullshit!! I went there for the first time with my mom brother sister in law and friend. Spur of the moment decided to walk a mile there. Sober going in, had one drink, went out for a smoke came back in the bar tender had cut us off!!!! Only ther women in our group, not the men. Then the bartender precided to have security throw us out!! Nobody told us why or what we did, they were really rude and we will never return to that bar. Absolutely rediculous!!!! read more

Came to town to visit a good customer and deliver parts, driving through town The Pub caught my eye. Great layout, clean bar, good service, and the most perfect bar pretzel I've ever had. Well done to the owner and staff at The Pub, my server this evening was top notch and deserves a huge pat on the back for a job well done, THANK YOU MICHELLE!!! read more

Went on a Friday night. All three of the bartenders were VERY rude. The bar was NOT busy at all when we were there and it took over 5 minutes for a bartender to even acknowledge us. Mind you we were standing directly in front of them in plain sight and we were NOT standing in the waitress stand. A simple "hey be with ya in soon" would have helped. Later when I asked about getting the pucks for the shuffle board we were told a private party would be starting in the back at 8pm so we could not play. I said, "it is only 7:10, can we play until they arrive? I will be sure to stop at 8pm for the party." Response: "Well a couple of them have already arrived so, NO...No you can't". As I walked out the door I texted the group of 10 that were on the way. We went to Uncle Sam's Saloon and had a blast with the wonderfully happy staff there. read more

Been here once, easily the worst experience I have ever had at a bar. I am embarrassed for the owners because the people that work their are so rude and inconsiderate. It is amazing this place is still in business. The food may have been better out of a Lean Cuisine and at a 1/10 of the price. Looked at the yelp reviews prior to walking & it wasnt the best. Decided to go in anyways. Had a very country style atmosphere, mixed crowd. Good to go with lots of friends. But be prepared for their horrible customer service. Took forever to get our order of two drinks, got them wrong & still managed to take a life time close out our tab. read more

Even one star is an over reach. The service has been extremely poor for a long time. But I go there for video golf so do not require attention. They leave you alone whether you want service or not. They did hire new waitresses and service got better recently. But tonight was my last visit there. We were there for 4 hours with no acknowledgement what-so-ever. My friend arrived early and got his beer and my coffee. We never had contact with anyone again-IN 4 HOURS, I usually eat but no one asked nor brought a menu. As usual. We moved to a table nearer the middle after golf, he with his empty beer glass and I with my empty coffee cup, to play TAP TV on screen (trivia game). We played for another hour again with NO CONTACT. Waitress walked by us several time but refused to even look at us and regular bartender was 6 feet away and never spoke. This would be a good venue for a bar or restaurant, but they need to clean house and hire help that wants to work, The food is decent and servings ample if you can find someone to take your order.. The place was pretty empty tonight. I wonder why. I have been going there for many years, even under previous ownership. But I will not return EVER. And I am in daily contact with lots of local business people and will tell them to stay away. I considered calling owner next week to let him know his investment is in jeopardy but it no longer matters to me. I am THROUGH. read more
