That's why I am giving at least 1 star. The food on the other hand was not good at all. I got the bistro chicken. First issue was that it wasn't hot. We both left hungry and disappointed.

I had checked online and was concerned about portion size, but the meals were perfectly portioned. I got the chicken enchilada bowl and it was very yummy. It was a little spicier than I was expecting and the "sauce" was almost a queso, but it was incredibly fresh and light and I didn't finish it. A friend ordered sweet potato fries and a lemon cupcake for us th split. The fries were jus barely overcooked so they kept sticking to my teeth, but the dilly-heavy ranch sauce was divine and went perfectly with the sweet fries. The lemon cupcake was super moist and delicious. I wish I had paid more attention and gotten infused water from the entry instead of the plain water from the dispenser. Perfect lunch, will definitely go back!

My favorites here were the vegan milkshakes, pancakes, vegan bacon, brussels sprouts, and the shrimp po'boy. Unfortunately, I'm speaking of them in past tense because as of tonight, 09May, they have permanently closed. My family and I were some of the very last customers. They were out of all my favorites, so it was extra sad for me. I ended up trying the tacos for the first time. They were cool. But I'm surely going miss my favorites! The owners also own Frida's and Diego's, off Delmar and North & South. I personally don't care for the food at either one, but rumor has it, they might bring some of the Station No 3 favs over to one of these restaurants (which are right next door to each other).

Extremely Disappointing Lunch at Cooper's Hawk…read more After 27 years in the restaurant industry, I have a LOT of patience and understanding when it comes to dining out. But today's experience was honestly one of the worst I've ever had. We arrived at 11:40 a.m. for an early lunch and were seated directly next to a party of 12, despite the dining room being practically empty. Our server seemed to have absolutely no time management skills. We ordered a burger and a prime rib French dip. After being told our food would be out in "a couple of minutes," we waited a total of 49 MINUTES! When the manager finally brought our food, the plates were too hot to touch, making me wonder how long they'd been sitting under the heat lamps. My sandwich bun was so hard I could practically knock on it, and the burger ordered medium was gray and completely overcooked. I explained to the manager that my meal was inedible. To his credit, he took it back and removed it from our bill, which I appreciated. But here's what really got me. Our server NEVER apologized, never acknowledged what happened and then came over to ask if we needed boxes. BOXES?! For what? The food I didn't get to eat? ‍ We finally left at 1:15 p.m. That's an hour and 35 minutes for an early lunch, and I left HUNGRY. As someone who has spent nearly three decades serving guests, I understand that things go wrong. But communication, attentiveness, accountability and a simple apology cost absolutely nothing. I still left a (small) tip because I would never stiff a fellow server. But this experience was incredibly disappointing, especially for a restaurant with Cooper's Hawk's reputation.
