Another favorite: I loved the way she did my cuticles. She left nothing behind. I also like my toenails very short; if anything, nothing at all. The place, as you can see in the pictures, is gorgeous. The chairs are comfortable, and they served champagne. I don't drink, but I wish I did. I handed mine to my friend. She reported the champagne was great. The staff is perfect, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun! Like some places, they don't try to push gel or anything on you. When I recently asked why I continued to be questioned about it, I was told that the manager had been contacted and that Vincent had instructed the staff to deny me service. I found the way this situation was handled very unprofessional. I had been upfront from the beginning about the service I needed and specifically asked whether they could provide it before agreeing to the pedicure. If the salon had concerns about serving me afterward, I believe they should have communicated that to me directly and respectfully rather than repeatedly questioning me and eventually denying me service. I felt singled out, embarrassed, and unwelcome. The way the situation was handled made me uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. I believe it could have been addressed privately and professionally.I left feeling unwelcome and frustrated.
