The Podski is a Bend staple! It's definitely a local spot, but if you're close to it, I recommend trying it out! There's a ton of different cuisines that you can try and they're all fabulous! They do run out of their popular dishes, so get there earlier in the day if you have your heart set on something. It's an outdoor venue, great for a sunny day!

Very neat! Loved stumbling onto this place! They have a lovely variety of options for Asian to burgers to tacos to raw oysters, which is what I came for! Loved the half dozen oyster combo from mother Shuckers. Quite possibly the best oysters I've had...no sediment, just perfect consistency! I especially loved oy shooter. Wouldn't find! Customer service at the oyster truck was over the moon! What a sweet guy running the place!

Still one of my favorite beer gardens. Bartender is very friendly and informative. Food trucks pretty much cover any taste. Real comfortable digs. Can't go wrong here.

Great, cute, lots of good energy! This is such a fun little place with so many excellent food options. Bbq, Mexican, Thai, oysters, ice cream, cheesecake, just to name a few. It's all food carts, there's plenty of seating and they also serve beer and wine.

This was such a unique dining experience! I loved both the option for indoor and outdoor seating through the winter as well as the variety of food options. I ate at Vegan Vibes and got the bend bowl - wow, I was simply blown away. It was huge, and so flavorful!!! I am not even vegan, and this dish was 5/5. It was also very refreshing to have a healthy option from a food truck. The inside was extremely lovely with long tables for shared seating - even on a Tuesday night it was packed! The inside was not dog friendly, though.

We went there on a Monday so was disappointed to see only a couple trucks open for lunch. Lots of seating and cute set up just wish we had more options to choose from. We were staying at the Springhill Suites so walkable from our hotel.

So on our last trip to Bend we finally made it here to the their taproom and it didn't disappoint at all. It was a great stop! We got a taster set of a variety of different beers that they had on tap and they were all quite good. Many of them have a wild ale aspect to them which I can appreciate at you don't come across this beer too much on a routine basis. The taproom is cool and I love all of their art specifically where fermentation liquids spilled onto a sheet or a cloth making various designs and hues during the brewing making process of their beers. Other excellent beers that we have had from this brewery are the Samalie which is a Wild Ale. This one I rated very highly on Untappd because it was so amazing! Things to look for in the flavor profile are sourness, tartness, fruitiness, a natural sweetness and a dry finish. Really an excellent beer! Moving on from that we had the great Ping Pong Table Beer. This was another beer I rated quite highly and enjoyed immensely. This beer is light bodies, smooth and effervescent with the flavor of elderflower at work. Another excellent beer! Definitely great beer experiences with this brewery and definitely recommend it to the more adventurous beer drinking folks. There are plenty of breweries to try out in Bend and if you are looking for something on the more unusual side The Ale Apothecary is a great place for such a thing!

Lots of food truck options and the layout is simple and easy to compare your options side by side. Drink options were plenty, though it didn't seem like you could get just a soda if you wanted one but I didn't look that hard. Ice cold self-serve water was good with me. Bartender was friendly. We ordered a couple items from the BBQ truck (will do a separate review). There appears to be a nice sized stage for live performances as well as multiple fire pits and heaters for when things cool down at night or in the winter. Parking is a decent size, though don't be fooled by your map app and turn into the shopping strip just before it, they have signs everywhere that that parking is NOT for the food trucks/on Tap. Optional street parking as well, even if the street is a little tight. Would return for sure.
