The appliances and bathroom are a bit dated but should be fine for most people. Some spots could use a better cleaning though. The beds are at least comfy. Plenty of activities as the main building has an indoor pool and tennis courts. There appears to be a small playground here as well. Very kid friendly and quiet. The location is great as it is only 7 minutes away from Lee. Even better is that High Lawn Farm is 3 minutes away! Anyways if you keep your expectations in check the place is fine. Nothing to write home about but if you plan on being gone most of the time then it gets the job done.

I would rate it a 3.5 but it's not an option. The good- nice grounds, very clean condo and it was…read morewell- decorated. Mine didn't look outdated like many people have said about theirs. It was comfortable and perfect for what I needed. The bed was definitely comfortable. Had all the kitchen utensils and supplies you need. Nice kitchen table. Working fireplace but artificial logs only. Nice little private porch out back. Quiet and the roads around have some beautiful views. Less than epic- the heat was very fickle as was the bedroom tv. The worst for me was there was no hot water. I had a treatment at Kripalu (very close by) and I really needed a long hot shower. It as barely warm. That alone was a deal breaker a it was March. I'd stay here again if the hot water was better.

Our room was small but accurately described on the website. It was tastefully set up and it had a view of the lake which was beautiful. The breakfasts were very nice with several choices and nice table service. Also, the location is excellent. Besides being on the lake it is within minutes of many Berkshire attractions.

After some research, I found this place for a nice getaway vacation with my husband. I am so glad…read morethat I did! Everyone here was so nice, and the hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. We were greeted with care with a welcome hot cider drink with rum to relax before checking in. Once we were all done, we went up to our room that had the balcony overlooking the lake. The room was nice and clean. The view from the room was pure bliss. Got a great view of the Harvest Moon as we were there that night. We never would have seen that back home. What's also nice is that breakfast was included. Every morning, there were different choices for breakfast along with pastries if we wanted. They even had pastries during the day if you wanted an extra treat. Every moment we interacted with anyone, we were greeted with kindness. And a shout out to Lori, who saved us with a recommendation to eat at Alta in Lenox for dinner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the views and would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the area. Lots to do and it's right near a bunch of great towns.

PROS - Ren is a…read moresuperstar. Busy summer weekend, but this leader shined throughout our stay. Friendly, professional, smart and charismatic, we are taking about a top talent in a tough industry. The Inm is beautiful, well appointed and located in a prime location. Park your car and walk everywhere, including Tanglewood if you are so inclined (30 minutes each way). The standard rooms are TINY, but the grounds, lobby, fire pit and front porch give you no reason to be in iyour room other than sleep or shower. Speaking of which, you will laugh out loud when you see how small the bathrooms are in the regular rooms. The bathroom photos on their website are not the bathroom you will get in a standard king. You will get a phone booth with water. CONS Breakfast is a moon launch, get this poor girl some help. Put out a self serve pot of coffee with to go cups for early risers and leave it out all morning. She will love this idea, trust me. Eggs and toast were ice cold when they finally arrived, so we skipped breakfast the next morning as she was buried yet again. The bar was completely overwhelmed both nights with a large wedding and made it near impossible for anyone else to get a drink. We are talking 20 minutes due to the complexity of their cocktail program. Like everyone else, he was very hospitable, but cannot handle the bar stools, plus all of the dining room and outside cocktails on his own. Get him some help. The Inn would also benefit from an ice water station, especially on these scorching hot days. Your bartender and servers will also thank you. Lastly and the real reason for dropping a star is that we were checked into a dirty room at 3:30pm. At 600.00 per night, this is a fatal flaw and should have never happened. Never.

Not having been here before I wasn't sure this was possible. Thankfully we went with her idea and it was no problem at all. We decided on having a pre dinner cocktail. My wife ordered one of their specials - passion fruit martini. I had a traditional gin martini, stirred, with olives. The bartender (Samuel) was great. Very attentive during our time at the bar. When our reservation time came around we were taken to the dining room. Butternut squash soup and popovers to start. Following that was a family style serving of turkey (white and dark meat), mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, stuffing, and gravy. Everything was delicious. We were offered seconds but neither my wife or I had room for any more. Dessert was a help yourself selection of pies - pumpkin, blueberry, apple, and pecan. I tried the pecan and blueberry. Both were delicious. Highly recommend eating here.
