I had such an amazing experience with Nina! She spent over…read more1.5 hours carefully creating my BTS-inspired nail design, and I'm absolutely obsessed with how it turned out. . Her attention to detail, patience, and creativity were incredible. She really took the time to make sure every little detail was perfect, and you can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. Not only is Nina super talented, she will give you her best opinions (and tell you when the color/style isnt going to look that great). I've already gotten so many compliments on my nails! If you're looking for someone who can bring your nail ideas to life, especially detailed custom designs, I highly recommend Nina. Thank you again for making my BTS nails look so beautiful!

I was hesitant to post this review because I've had only positive experiences over the last few…read moremonths up until this most recent visit. I was asked for feedback and these are my thoughts! Overall this is a great place to get Japanese gel manicure as it is a clean salon and the nail techs are (mostly) meticulous in their work. It's unfortunate that I left disappointed after my most recent visit. My review and rating is only based on this manicure that I recently got. I appreciate and frequent this nail salon because the nail techs typically use a nail dust collector to vacuum up the filed off particles so that clients don't breathe the dust. On this particular day, the nail tech began setting up and started to use the drill to file off my old gel without the use of this device. I asked if she had the nail dust device with her today and she said she didn't bring it. I was irked because my lung health is important to me and want to take as many preventative measures as possible. It could've been the language barrier but every previous nail service at this salon had used this device while removing my old gel. Next, when it came to manicure type and color choice, I requested a Japanese gel manicure with hard gel. I chose a light pink and a clear polish that had glitter in it to be put on top of the pink. She informed me it would be an extra $10 in addition to the $65 hard gel manicure because the second polish I chose had glitter in it. I questioned her because I didn't understand why there was an extra charge for an extra layer of regular gel polish as it wasn't any type of special chunky glitter, product or design. She said it would be extra because the polish had glitter in it. I was already irritated so I agreed to pay the extra and didn't want to question further. Other salons I have been to do not charge extra for a layer of glitter polish but I digress. Lastly, moving on to the builder gel application, it was thickkkkkk. My usual builder gel sets are not as thick and chunky as this one :( I had my mom AND friends point out to me how thick they looked at first glance as well. I am disappointed in the quality of this set. Granted, there is no chipping yet about 1.5 weeks in and manicures here have great retention but the thick gel does not look cute This last manicure was definitely a doozy. It felt rushed and didn't meet my expectations this time around. Overall I still highly recommend this salon and it's unfortunate that it might be a hit or miss depending on the nail tech you get. I recommend specifically asking for the name of the tech whose work you like and setting up an appointment with them. It's easy to make an appointment via text and they have open availability (and are open pretty late!). Miss Han will continue to be my go-to salon for now and I hope they continue to be consistent in their services!

This…read morehas been the one I have landed on, I typically just walk in and I'm usually seated and worked on right away. They do also take appointments which I've also done. I've had a few different people do my pedicures and they've all been great. Depending on the service I do pay between $40 and $60 for gel as I always add callus removal. The vibe is nothing special in here, shop is small, but they do have good air conditioning and the massage seats are always great. If you keep seeking a new nail salon go ahead and try this one.

DONT GO HERE!!!!!! KRISTY WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AS HELL!!!!…read more RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY! UPDATED REVIEW / RESPONSE TO OWNER I stand by my experience 100%. I came in with a reference photo from your own page and clearly explained what I wanted. When the tips were first applied, they were wide and not the shape I asked for. Before acrylic was even applied, I politely spoke up so I wouldn't end up paying for something I didn't like. That is normal as a paying client. Instead of being understanding, Kristy immediately responded with attitude and said, "you're going to make me take them off?" Whether you choose to deny that or not, that was said, and it set the tone for the entire appointment. I even apologized in the moment because of how uncomfortable the interaction became. After she removed and reapplied the tips, she asked me about length. I did NOT ask her to choose for me--I simply asked what length was used in the reference photo so I could choose something similar. That's when her attitude got worse. She became dismissive and irritated, saying it was my responsibility to know my length. Asking for clarification is not being difficult. Your response focuses heavily on technicalities (length, time, process), but completely ignores the actual issue: the way I was spoken to. This was about attitude and professionalism. I was not rude, I was not difficult, and I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I was simply trying to communicate what I wanted before moving forward with a full set I was paying for. The situation became uncomfortable enough that I stopped the service. I was then left with tips still on my nails and had to ask for them to be cut down. Even then, I was left with plastic tips still on the edges of my nails. Also, mentioning that "camera footage was reviewed" does not change my experience. If anything, if that footage truly supports your claim, then feel free to share it. I am not backing down from what I experienced. I know how I was spoken to, and I am 100% certain that the attitude I received was not appropriate. What I described is exactly what happened, and dismissing it as untrue is simply downplaying a client's experience. At the end of the day, clients should be able to ask questions or request adjustments without being met with irritation or made to feel like a problem. It just bothers you that unfortunately you're getting called out and I'm basically doing this to prevent someone else having a bad experience. I'm not going to stay quiet.

Enter Briana! I found her on here, went to her instagram, checked out her photos, and booked an appointment pretty much immediately. Her suite being in montebello and only a 10 minute drive from me was also a huge plus. So I went on 4/26 (Sunday) at 10am. Location has plenty of parking since it is in a big shopping center. Upon entering I realized there were other services at this address (brows and hair). Anyway, Briana arrived promptly and we got started! Since it was my first time I was super curious and asking a bunch of questions and Briana was very kind and answered them all for me. She was super friendly and professional and we had a great conversation going throughout my appointment. Speaking of appointment, let me share what I had done! I ended up going with a gel manicure and pedicure. I was unsure about what color to choose so Briana helped me decide based on the dress I will be wearing for a wedding I will be attending (in Hawaii). And yeah, she did my fingernails first followed by my feet. Great experience overall, I will definitely return when I want to get them professionally done again! Thank you for the freebies too!!
