I had a very disappointing experience. During my appointment, several lash extensions were placed…read moredirectly on my eyelid, which caused significant irritation and discomfort. The pain became so bad that I had to have the lashes removed shortly after my appointment because they were unbearable to wear. You can see in the photo how the lashes were placed so close and it wasn't right. I reached out to the Trinity to explain what happened and requested at least a partial refund since I couldn't keep the lashes due to the improper application. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told that because I had the lashes removed before they could inspect them, they wouldn't offer any refund due to their policy. I understand businesses have policies, but I also believe there should be exceptions when a service causes physical discomfort and cannot be worn. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted a fair resolution after paying for a service I couldn't use. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with both the quality of the application and the way my concerns were handled afterward. I hope this feedback encourages the business to improve both its application standards and its customer service. My advice get your lashes done somewhere else. Also the workers are not welcoming at all and are very rude. Do better.
