On top of that, my pinky nail completely lifted off after only five days. When I returned to have it fixed, the repair was even worse than the original work. The nail looked uneven, rushed, and poorly done. I became so frustrated and embarrassed that I actually broke down crying inside the salon. Instead of offering a refund for the poor-quality service, I was told to come back another day. What makes this even more disappointing is that this wasn't my first bad experience here. I've continued to give this salon chance after chance because the staff is friendly, and I've been a loyal customer. I even referred my aunt here, and unfortunately her pedicure was also poorly done. I won't post her photos out of respect for her privacy, but it was another disappointing experience. Before my appointment, I specifically asked my nail technician, Leilani , if she was comfortable recreating the birthday nail design I showed her. She assured me she could do it, but the final result did not meet my expectations, and the quality didn't last at all. I've had Gel X done many times by my regular nail tech and have never experienced nails lifting or gel chipping within days. Spending $170 on nails that started falling apart almost immediately is unacceptable. My husband has been telling me to stop giving this salon chances after previous experiences, and I wish I had listened. Unfortunately, this was my final visit. I can no longer justify spending my hard-earned money on services that don't last and aren't properly corrected when something goes wrong. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

They do a good job on the service, however both times the nail tech has gotten up to either help another customer (take off their nails) and answer the phone (to schedule appointments). And likely bc of the interruptions, I did not receive the hand massage, which is listed as part of the treatment in the description, on the booking platform. When paying $75, I do not think it's much to ask for technician to focus on the client they are helping. Also, there is a $2 fee for credit card. For a premium nail salon it feels a bit run down and dirty.
