Unfortunately, today's experience was very different. Cindy, who did such a good job the first time, barely attended to my feet this time. She didn't scrub them, didn't use hot towels or any of the usual treatments, and the service felt rushed. She also accidentally cut my foot and tried to cover it with what looked like her own personal medication from her cart, which made me uncomfortable. At the end, she put lotion on my feet but continued spraying alcohol on the cut, which stung and didn't feel like proper care. Towards the end at checkout, I already knew that my manicure would be $55 for my refill, and my pedicure should have not been more than $45. They ended my total with $110. Granted they must have added their own additional things due to their sign that said it was $35 for deluxe manicure. I didn't even happen during my appointment. When I stated that I was not paying the amount due to my cut and incomplete service. Jenny who did my nails took off $3 I then proceeded to Zelle them and the lady in the back decided to join the conversation and say that I can't use Zelle anymore. And I knew that she did this because I made a complaint. So she added her federal salon taxes during checkout that is ILLEGAL. I will reporting this salon to the health department. I hope they get better with servicing and PRICES.

My nails would often break because of the poor care that my natural nails received, they were being overly filed, my fingers were overly soaked, overly cut cuticles, wrongly shaped nails that would break easily and I would walk away feeling unhappy more often than not towards the end. The tech that was so lovely doing my pedi but didn't know how to do gel extensions so they had some other lady take over and that's where everything went downhill fast. She was not very friendly, came and started rushing the whole process. Apparently they didn't have enough of the color I loved and said they had a "new bottle" they found in the back which I checked to make sure it was the same color and they said it was. It wasn't till way later I realized the bottle she was using didn't look the same that was used in my toes and I grew weary. I asked if I could step into the sunlight because it was hard to see the difference in the lighting they had and she didn't let me. Then came the part of my design. It looked horrible because she rushed so fast into it and didn't check with me after doing the first nail to make sure I was satisfied. She just rushed through the whole thing and cured it so by the time I saw what she had done I hated it. I told her I was unhappy and tried to get her to fix it. We agreed she wouldn't charge for the design and I begrudgingly agreed cause I'm not a jerk. Now comes the part where I was so upset to realize when I go to pay over $200 that my nails don't match my toe nail color and they in fact switched the color and tried to pawn it off as the same. I told them this was unfair and they needed to fix this somehow. I was kind, didn't raise my voice or make a scene. I was upset but respectful in my approach and I was gaslit and told there's nothing they could do after spending over $200. I couldn't believe the lack of customer service. I had to push so hard to finally get them to agree to changing it and every secondary option I chose they didn't have in stock. I was sat there wasting my time for over an hour trying to force myself to pick something I didn't really like. Not till I wasted so much time they finally bring out more gel colors and I finally picked one I'm still not happy with but I didn't want a refund because I also didn't want to hurt them.
