Let me tell you about the Great Salmon Caper Sandwich. A soft, pillowy brioche bun, flaky grilled salmon, fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion, topped with a creamy, tangy aioli. It is quite literally one of the best salmon sandwiches I've ever had. When I say I'll never get sick of this sandwich, I mean it. It's a genuine 10/10 and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The Cluckers are also excellent and come with an absurd amount of food. My only complaint is that the chicken pieces can sometimes be so large that the chicken-to-breading ratio feels a little off. Other than that, they're fantastic. The breading is seasoned perfectly, the chicken is juicy, and the price is extremely affordable for the portion size. The homemade honey mustard is also some of the best I've ever had and is easily my favorite dipping sauce on the menu. Wally's is one of those places that never disappoints. I know because we ordered two flights which consisted of five tasters each and we still didn't try everything. But I did enjoy what we did get. They had a really good smoked porter that would pair perfectly with some bbq. And they also had a blackberry lemonade seltzer that was refreshing and perfect for this summer heat wave. The menu has a few familiar faces - Eggs Benedicts, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, chicken and waffles and more. I liked the biscuits and gravy, but I absolutely loved the Burnt Ends Eggs Benedict. The beers are solid and feature something for everybody. I wish they offered an extra seasonal, but I understand a brewing schedule that features quick moving draughts. A small note - please watch your check. Some of the prices in the computer don't match with the menu. The staff - who were awesome - were also apologetic and moved to make corrections when notified.

The wings are yummy as well as the brisket sandwich. It is one of my favorites. I don't think you can go wrong with anything here.
