When my mom asked why she was speaking to her that way, she never apologized and just said, "We're moving on from this conversation." The level of care and customer service back then was completely different. Recently, I had a very disappointing experience with the current manager, Lilit. As a long-time loyal customer, that was very upsetting. I was respectful, but the way I was treated was rude and dismissive. This is not the kind of service Golden Market used to be known for. Because of this experience, I highly discourage anyone from going there. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend it to my family or friends.
