I absolutely love this store and everything about how they do business…read more First, they are the only shop around the area that actually goes ALL out with holiday decorations throughout the year, and it is always beautifully done! It brings so much joy to the street every time I pass it and shows how much pride, care, and passion the people here put into what they do. You can tell they genuinely want to create something special, not just inside the store, but for the whole community around them. That's awesome. Second, the food here is phenomenal and actually priced well. It's refreshing to find a place that serves such high-quality food at prices that still feel decently affordable. Their lunch menu is next level just the photos alone will make you drool, and again great prices considering 2026's economy. It is delicious, satisfying, and honestly a better value than many cafes that charge the same or more for food that is nowhere near as good. The ladies who run the shop are also incredibly friendly, warm, and personable. They are always courteous, fun to talk to, and bring such great energy to the space. Every visit feels welcoming and upbeat and I look forward to coming in to grab a huge pack of smoked salmon for $18 and some fresh Russian bread (toasted with butter!) for a few bucks. Perfect lunch and dinner for this guy haha! I sincerely hope this business continues to thrive for many years to come. They deserve it. THANK YOU SEVEN SEAS!!

Little Nelly may elicit a Whoa Nelly after your first try…read more I just wrapped up a takeout lunch, snack, and beverage from Little Nelly and felt compelled to work off all the extra calories I just consumed by doing some rapid typing exercise on Yelp. The shop is completely non-descript from the street. The lettering is small and the windows are tinted and you feel like you're about to enter a drab office, but when you open the door, you're treated to a feast for the senses. The space spans a mix of cafe, boutique gift shop, and bodega. Everything feels curated and little discoveries await you for those who are culinary minded. For example, I discovered that they sell frozen burritos from Las Palmas and frozen pizzas from Mozza?! Someone clearly knows their way across the culinary food map of Los Angeles. If you can pry your eyes long enough from wandering the corners of the store, you can finally place your order of breakfast, lunch or coffee/tea. I just took my cold cuts sandwich on house-made ciabatta to the proverbial mattress. The bread had enough structure to handle the piles of quality deli meats, yet was less dense than some other ciabatta breads I've tried. But, it did an admirable job packing in the flavors from the spicy peppers, cheese, meats. Wow. I'm just gonna say that this cold cuts sandwich was one of my top 3 from LA. As I grazed the bakery display, a patron whispered that I should try the biscuit with jam and butter. The guy was wearing Cheetos socks so I immediately felt that his recommendation was trustworthy. I threw in my lot with the biscuit and oh boy, did it (and his recommendation) deliver. Humble looking on the outside, there's a nice salted, buttery crust to the exterior that opens up to an inviting platform to slather on creamy butter and jam. I fully understand why he felt the extra calories were worth it. I'd do it again. Of course, I couldn't order a biscuit without a drink, so I tried their summery limoncello cream iced matcha with oat milk - summers in Kyoto and Sicily combine for a refreshing and satisfyingly creamy bever-"aaage" that adds some pep to your step, even when the mercury pushes past 100. Enjoyed with the biscuit, I was darn near ready to call it a day as I had probably experienced my best moment of the day. Little Nelly is officially on my weekly rotation from here on out.

Located on…read moreMagnolia Street in a cute Burbank neighborhood, Little Nelly fits right in with its charming storefront and welcoming vibe. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. I don't live in the area, but I have friends who do, and I often swing by when I'm in town because I also get my hair done at Dylan Keith salon nearby. What I love about it: it's a perfect place to pick up a thoughtful gift for the foodie in your life, and the food is consistently fantastic with something new to try each visit. The display and packaging feel special--even the jars add a cute touch. Recent highlights: I went with the Lil Guy sandwich with French ham and a chocolate chip cookie to-go. So good on the drive home to Orange County. I also grabbed a jar of their buttermilk dressing to save time at home, and I brought home a quiche and a biscuit--both were amazing. They rotate items based on what's in season, which keeps things exciting. Why I'll be back: it's a small business that truly cares about quality and presentation. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly, and there are plenty of tasty items to bring home, including make-at-home pizzas and a rotating seasonal lineup. If you're in the area, definitely stop by Little Nelly. It's a delightful spot with great food, thoughtful gifts, and a memorable neighborhood vibe.

They're my personal favorite, and my kids love them too, which says a lot. It's not easy to find sausages that both adults and children genuinely enjoy, but this place nails it every time. I also want to give a special mention to the staff. The woman at the register is always incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. She's a wonderful person, and I'm genuinely happy to see her every time I come in. That kind of warm, human touch makes a big difference. Great products, great atmosphere, and great people. Highly recommended -- if you like quality sausages, this place is a must.

Ok it was a Saturday morning so traffic shouldn't be a problem. I got there right after they opened about 9:30 ish. And got great parking in the front. I walked in and seen a lot of familiar items that I'm used to in New York and Germany. I was a happy person. First things first I came for brats. They only had a few in the deli section and no packages of the brats I wanted so the guy behind the counter checked the freezer and came out with a large package of brats I said how much, give me them I worked around bought some bread frozen ready to bake in the oven and a couple pretzels. And grabbed a couple bags of perogie and another pack of polish kielbasa. Of mustard could leave with out mustard and some German potato salad. This little store is well kept and reminded me of home. A great atmosphere and vibe. I will definitely be back here for me brats fix and other items. Oh and yes I grabbed a 6 pack of German bier. Yummo. My life is complete.

Most items are specialty items, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern or Eastern European. They carry imported chocolates, nuts a huge section of preserves. They have freshly roasted coffee that smells amazing we've never bought it as of yet. Their bread selection is quite nice with all local bakeries making dark Rye bread and other Middle Eastern style breads. The yogurt selection is varied and lovely, they even carry glass jars of Strauss Bulgarian style yogurt and a wide selection of labneh. Fresh feta in deli section also is great as well as unique Middle Eastern and Eastern European meats. We also purchase imported sparkling water, they have a nice refrigerated cooler near the registers, there are several brands we have come to like. From what I remember, there is no produce here, mostly dry, shelf stable and refrigerated goods.
