always enjoy visiting In-N-Out Burger -- this chain never disappoints. One of my absolute favorites…read moreis the protein-style burger, where they replace the bun with fresh lettuce. It's such a great option and always tastes amazing. There's almost always a long line, but the service is impressively fast and efficient every time. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I really like the bright red-and-white interior -- it has that classic, iconic vibe. Even the restrooms are clean despite how busy it gets, which says a lot. The only downside during this visit was that the air conditioning didn't seem to be working well, so it felt a bit stuffy inside. Also, I think adding some music could really improve the overall atmosphere. Overall, I still love coming here and will definitely be back!

They have a unique flavor that is hard to describe. The pickles are so good and the burger and cheese go so well together. This is one of if not my absolute favorite cheeseburger anywhere. No animal sauce for me. My chocolate shake was pretty good. This is not the beat shake in the world but it goes well with the burger. It is not overly sweet. Oh yeah, the cashier made sure she got my order correct twice which I appreciated. But, oh no...the fries!! Terrible. I remember not liking them in the past. They have no flavor. But this time was worse. The consistency tasted like.they were stale. Like they have been sitting around for days. This is not true since this restaurant is CONSTANTLY busy. There is no time to have fries lay around. Still, I asked for a new order. I figured we got unlucky. Nope. Next order was hot and still tasted stale. No thank you Their menu is very limited. They have like 6 items on the menu and I believe they have kept it the same since they opened in 1948. I still love In n Out but just can't understand why a restaurant has such good burgers and just terrible fries. I have tried them with animal sauce in the past and that did not help. They should really be good on their own. On a final note, I am impressed how they have kept their prices low. Just about anyone can afford to buy a cheeseburger here. They have not increased their prices dramatically, or possibly not at all, like every single one of their competitors. Interesting tidbit..

We let one car go ahead of us as we were perusing the menu, that was an error as he had either a large order or it was a verification that things weren't pre made. It took a long time for that car to get their order. We ordered old favorites, embarrassed I ordered their tacos, they were thinner than before and virtually no diced tomato or salsa and very little lettuce, very little. I also had a Jumbo jack which was just a little hamburger. We also had a Chicken Sandwich, which was good. I think it was staffed by two possibly 3 people. Parking lot seemed clean, surprising since no out door trash can available, dumpster is totally caged in, so if eating in parking lot, trash goes with you. First time In a long time, we use to go to the location on Eagle Rock Blvd, it was usually much busier, I guess due to it's proximity to Occidental College. As far as ambience, not much in the parking lot. Window attendant pleasant but hurried. Note: Appreciate reply from owner/manager, we will be back. Thanks for reply!

They are honestly way too stingy with the ranch. I even called to ask for extra ranch and made it clear that I didn't mind paying for it, but the man still refused. That's extremely frustrating, especially since it's such a small and inexpensive request. The food itself is fine, but the ranch is honestly the best part of Jack in the Box, and not getting enough completely ruins the experience. For that you get 3 stars

I don't know what I was expecting but it is amazing that they can serve up such food in a small place. I've seen videos and these guys get a lot of credit for working in a such a small place. The day I went my wife said "99 cent tacos on Tuesday". I said, too bad it's not Tuesday. She is IT IS! HAHA ok, well, now I know what I want. I went to the window and asked if it was true, 99 cent tacos, she said yes! Well $3 later, I had my two tacos. Was it any good? Well, yeah! It was! Look, it wasn't the best tacos in the world or the best I have tried but it was really good and if I had the time, I'd get a beer and sit down and eat these good tacos and then they might be some of the best! Unfortunately I had to do other things so I just enjoyed these two tacos and I got the spicy versions and let me tell you, the kick from the spice was awesome!!!! I love the little Great White Hut!

The good: Although small, the way this burger is constructed makes sense. Good, fresh ingredients with a nice crunch and somewhat decent hamburger patty. The price is right. $6 for a single. A square deal in today's insane landscape. The bad: the bun sucks. Like most burgers out there, the bun lacks in freshness and ingredients. Bake your own buns. Also, the sauce can be annoying. Yet, the pickles are thick and good. I would come again if in the area.

The restaurant is small but inviting and has plenty of outdoor seating. All the food is cooked to order by the friendly owner, and pretty quickly too. He told us that his burgers were homemade and "not like your normal burger", so we were excited to try. He gave us some samples of falafel with his signature sauce while we waited, which I loved, and next time I'll try a falafel sandwich. But after a period of time that was appropriate for cooking two burgers, we had our food. Upon opening the wrappers to the burgers (which were a mushroom cheeseburger and cheeseburger), we noticed that they were massive. The buns were sturdy yet soft, substantial enough to hold up to the generous fillings yet somehow light. And oh my god the burger meat itself. Typically, burger meat is unseasoned and the main flavor you get is meat. But this burger, the meat itself was deliciously seasoned, almost like the meat you would get on a kebab. And the cheese, too, was not flabby and unremarkable but rather a thick, stretchy, flavorful melt that complemented the fresh toppings perfectly. Refreshing pickles and tomatoes, perfectly tender sautéed mushrooms, and plenty of the signature sauce. I will be back for this burger, and to try his other sandwiches. I do not mess around when it comes to burgers. This one is exceptional.
