    Said apples.

Le Petit Pantry is such a beautiful addition to La Canada. I finally walked in after driving by several times last week, and I am so glad I did. The space feels warm and inviting, and the energy of the market is so thoughtful and intentional. We were greeted by the owner, who was incredibly friendly and personable. His wife and children were also there, which made the whole experience feel even more wholesome and community-centered. I picked up a few high-quality items I was already familiar with, but what stood out most were the incredible organic apples. Truly some of the best apples I have ever tasted. The next day I had one with peanut butter, but honestly before I even dipped it I had to pause and wonder if I was actually eating an apple because the flavor was so rich, sweet, and complex. It did not taste like any apple I have ever had. It was so fresh and perfect that I ended up raving about it to everyone I spoke with afterwards. As someone who is very particular about the ingredients I use, and equally about how and where they are sourced, it is such a gift to find a market that shares the same values. Le Petit Pantry clearly puts thought and care into what they bring into their space, and it shows. Best of luck to them as they continue to grow. I look forward to visiting often and I hope others get to enjoy the magic they are creating here in La Canada.

While in the area I stopped by to check this store out. You will find a lot of unique food items here such as jams, crackers, spices, pastas, oils, and many more pantry items. Organic fruits and vegetables and much more. They also have candy bar, nuts you can purchase by weight. Freshly baked bread and I even saw croissants that looked really good. There was a menu offering sandwiches, also there were already made food items in the fridge. I believe they serve coffee drinks too. Overall it's a cute store with lots of specialty items, high prices come with that. The organic buckwheat crackers I purchased were delicious and I have never seen it anywhere else. I love these kinds of stores that sell u pique things. Customer service was ok, the vibe of the store is a bit cold. I wish they had some music on or the employee was a bit more energetic and welcoming.

Happy I stumbled across this sweet cafe and market. The oat milk iced latte was crafted with care and delicious! The French Oliver Sandwich is super good! The bread is so soft. They also got a bunch of unique gluten free groceries items that I had to buy for my celiac daughter. Great service and cute tables for eating too!

Another pit stop at Le Petit Pantry today! I couldn't wait to try their homemade organic chicken noodle and lentil soups, and both were absolutely delicious--comforting, fresh, and clearly made with care. As usual, I couldn't resist stocking up on my favorite organic protein bars, and a chocolate croissant somehow made its way into my bag too. What I love most about Le Petit Pantry is how there's always something new to discover. Whether it's a seasonal item, a fresh bakery treat, or a new organic specialty, it's always a little adventure stepping inside. Such a charming spot that keeps me coming back!

    Green Goddess sandwich

I get the Green Goddess Sandwich once a week it's my favorite it's soo good. The three layer dip is also really good I eat those with the Crispina sea salt crackers (also sold here) They also have a range of really good healthy snacks with no seed oils and they're also gluten free!!

This was such a great neighborhood find. I'm so happy that they're finally open. They had really fresh organic produce and a bunch of unique items you don't usually see elsewhere. I also found out you can order Armenian salads and catering through them, which I'm definitely excited to try. I also got to meet the family who owns it and they were genuinely so kind and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their store, and I'm really glad I found a local spot that makes quick grocery runs so easy.

Wonderful service, great coffee and food. Especially, I appreciate the signature vanilla latte and the avocado sandwich. Thank you!

Such a great addition to the neighborhood! Stocked with organic produce, high quality fruit (like Harry's Strawberries ), artisanal goodies, and honestly just anything that your pantry may need! Found such cool/different things -- Moromi chili sauce, saffron brittle, olive bread, strawberry labneh. I also love that it is family-run. All in all, 15 out of 10!

You get the sense they actually enjoy talking shop and helping people find what they need. If I had to split hairs, the POS system feels a bit dated, and having one more register open during busy moments would smooth things out. Nothing that ruins the experience, just small operational stuff. Overall, still an easy 4.5-star experience and a place I'm always happy to come back to.

I keep saying I'm a vegetarian, but I bought 6 chicken mole, 4 chicken with green sauce, and a bunch of chile cheese, bean and cheese, spinach and cheese! Sooo good with a balanced ratio of masa to filling. They have tamales every Saturday and I think Tuesdays and Thursdays as well. They are only $2.50 each. This will be my go to for feeding a crowd on short notice!

It went straight to the trash, and never will I buy pizza from here again. Another time, the pizza stand was completely empty and I saw numerous packaged pizza doughs that looked like they had been out and over proofing for wayy too long! It wasn't refrigerated, and when I asked what happened, they said the burner broke down. If that's the case , you need to refrigerate the dough or hire someone that cares enough to handle food properly there. The cashiers never smile, don't make eye contact, and never greet you. They all look miserable ALL THE TIME! One time a cashier filled up one of my bags with really heavy groceries then told me to put it in the cart. I tried to pick it up and almost got a hernia ,and so I told him it's too heavy and I can't pick it up, and he just ignored me. He didn't try to put it in the cart himself because even he couldn't (it was so heavy). He didn't have the common sense or decency to even try emptying some of it into another bag . He just stood there, said nothing. (I ended up doing that myself) I tried to cut some slack for these guys, and give them the benefit of the doubt, and I've never once been rude to anyone there (even when I felt I had every right) I still kept quiet. However, the consistency of the horrendous customer service skills is disgraceful and disgusting. Where are the managers? Who is on the hiring committee? Why aren't any of these people getting proper training? Where is quality control? It's sad that standards are so low at this location that you treat your long time loyal customers this bad. Truly a shame. If I was a health inspector, I'd be shutting down your pizza center first, then I'd fire every single cashier there and train proper human beings to work with human beings.
