I sat at the bar and loved watching the super talented chefs cook the meals. It was impressive because they cooked so many varying options - everything from oreo crusted french toast to veggie chili and pancakes! They had a system and took such care with everything they made. You could tell the place is run like a machine where everyone knows their job and gets orders out accurately with very little communication required in between. It was fascinating to watch! I had the tacos and they were a little bland for my liking - a sauce like a chipotle aoli would have taken the dish from standard to stand-out. The chili was so good, I would absolutely order it again, especially on a cold day. The breakfast potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Overall I would come back, maybe when it is less crowded and I would opt for something more adventurous than tacos! The menu had something for everyone so it's a real crowd pleaser. Great people, great food, and great place overall.
