The store is easy to navigate, clean and aisles are wide to accommodate carts as needed. There aren't a ton of choices but many of the items they carry are great deals, without the madness that comes with shopping a larger warehouse store. Another wonderful thing about this store is the service. The service is fast, efficient and always friendly. There is particular dude who might be the manager (beard, hilarious, kind) who usually makes us laugh with some random comment while quickly facilitating our order.

The other employees were trying to steer him away from customer view but it was clear as day, the man was obviously under the influence. He couldn't stand, walk, talk, or function in any way. I felt really bad for the other employees who were having to mommy him. It made for a disturbing atmosphere; I ended up just leaving.

update: bumping + a star after returning here a few times!…read more positives: huge shoutout to shy, the membership supervisor! got absolutely excellent help from her several times and felt like my membership problems (canceling a korean membership and beginning an american membership) was handled really thoroughly. in fact all the membership services staff and food court staff were very kind, definitely 5 star service there :) i think the like for food can get insane long but because they use a present receipt and get your food instead of a wait for your ticket to be called system, you don't have problems with your order ticket getting lost, which has happened to me at the kirkland location, and the line moves reasonably fast! negatives: the traffic can be quite, quite bad and i think the exit door staff could be a bit kinder, i tried to access the membership services desk via the exit and they kind of rudely directed me to the entrance despite the desk being all the way around the store by the exit, maybe this is a space planning shortcoming and a hectic time for the staff, but i didn't appreciate the tone, regardless.

Extensive dairy section with Darigold FIT milk. Organic eggs. The seasonal aisle is up front. That's where things go on sale. They haven't reorganized in the years I've been shopping here. Once you're familiar with the layout, zoom. Good prices every day. No loss leaders. If you're worried one of the big three has something on sale, price check with their apps. Self checkout (15 recommended limit) is now debit only. You can use Apple Pay if you have a cash card installed. Cash is now (late 2025) taken only at staffed registers. No CCs. May not be the best store for once-a-month shopping as you bag your own (unless there are two folks shopping). I have never seen a shopping cart filled with trash. Occasionally there might be a plastic veggie bag. No boxes like at Costco unless you bring your own. Don't like their bags? Bring your own. (All stores here charge for bags; it's the law.) They're not going to get any lower than this especially if you order through the mail. Today I picked up a case of monster energy drinks which is 24 for $38 and now I don't have to pay the ridiculous price of 3.79 each. There are supplies even for barista stands things like cups and stirrers and coffee syrups and coffee beans and the like. A good supply of essential professional cooking cookware like inserts, whips and utensils and some really good knives. For the bar there are dozens of different Frozen appetizers that patrons love like deep fried shrimp, chicken strips, zucchini, even pickles breaded, onion rings and other things like burritos, chicken strips and the like. They have a whole walk-in dairy refrigerator it's bigger than my bedroom which is quite nice when you need a lot of supplies and don't like the crowns of the supermarkets. No you do not need to be a member or have a special sign or club membership to shop here and no there is no fee for that it's just like a regular supermarket only with a different kind of display setup. In fact there is no display setup. They just open the containers for you to see what you're getting and then you can buy brand new containers of what you like. In some instances they will break a case like cleaning supplies, pinesol and other things too. Sometimes it's fun just to come out here because you never know what you see that will surprise you. Location could be better, it's off the beaten path past 130th Street North and Stone avenue North off to the east side kind of tucked away there.
