Toughest pancake ever made!

My dad got the short stack. In his 93 years he's never had tougher pancakes. He had to use a sharp knife to cut them!

Disappointing long wait, but good food and service @ The Palms Cafe in Medford, OR. We were seated upon entry and received friendly service throughout our time here. The wait for the food was longer than expected especially since the restaurant was not too busy at all. The booth also had crumbs on its cushion topped seats. When we did get food, one of us had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the entree because of some kind of confusion in the kitchen?.. but we were told our coffees were comped for the trouble. The food was delicious and we were more than full, but we wouldn't go out of our way to come back unless it will be convenient at the time because of their location.

I arrived here thinking I'd face a longer wait time after running two errands in the neighborhood (dropping off a donation at Goodwill and getting my propane tank exchanged in the neighboring Grange) and yet I lucked out and was seated right away. My omelet and coffee were great and the service was impeccable. Can't wait to return here again!

Breakfast.. eggs and bacon.. i got the 3 meat with biscuits and gravy. All tasty.

Good food, and great people. A regular breakfast and lunch spot for me and my dad. Looking forward to additional menu items!

Food's always good n plenty. Service is friendly with the interactive locals, much like a functional-family atmosphere. ;^)

Good food, prices and service. The portions are large for the price. Pancakes were really good.

Looked up spots for breakfast on yelp, and it brought us to Crackin n Stackin. So glad we made the stop. Food was delicious, exactly what you'd expect in a local favorite. Great flavor, large portion size. If you leave hungry, it isn't their fault. We each had something different. All of it was awesome. Our 12 year old son said we better give it five stars on Yelp, and we all agreed. Thank you Crackin N Stackin! If you stop here for breakfast, make sure you follow it with a visit to Rogue Creamery, for some of the best cheese in the world, just a few blocks away!

Great experience! This restaurant is located around the corner right off the main strip in town…read more The entrance is simple and unimposing so you could miss it if you aren't looking for it. The inside is small with about 6 booths and 6 tables. The decor is basic and the walls are adorned with large photos of their pancake stacks. Service was prompt and friendly. A young man was handling all tables and doing an amazing job. There was a large selection of breakfast and lunch items including pancakes, omelettes, skillets, and sandwiches. I ordered a combo with eggs, sausage and a strawberry cheesecake pancake upgrade. My friend had the club sandwich and fries. The food came out quickly and was hot a fresh. While we were there, there was a steady flow of people coming in to eat. Seems to be a popular place in town.
