It was the quietest building I have ever lived in. Not once has there been an issue with noise, and I lived on the second floor. No matter the time of day, this place always felt incredibly safe for me (as a 5'0" woman), and it was perfect for my dog and me. The dog park is HUGE, the gym is always clean, and the other amenities always worked great. Another tidbit - there is a hiking trail at the very back of the complex that's a little hidden. This leads to a beautiful walk where you can relax by a creek. Just all-around awesome! :-) I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the interior could definitely use upgrading, especially with the price increases. Another reason is after the 2020 chaos, the upkeep at the dumpster was lacking, and the maintenance requests felt like they were getting taken care of at a much slower rate than usual. I'm rooting for Bexley at Silverado to bounce back, though (definitely invest in a 2nd dumpster). I loved it here!

We were in a situation where our previous apartment had been flooded due to a busted pipe because of the freeze we had and there were repairs to be made. We were out of our apartment for 3 weeks, when we decided to look at a 2-Bedron apartment. It was clean, easily accessible, had a great patio with an amazing view and was available now. We jumped on it and got al of our paperwork to the staff quickly and were approved to move in that weekend! The staff was courteous, explained everything to us, and shows to really care about their residents. They explained where the mailboxes were, the package lockers, as well as the fitness center and pool area. It is nice to have a property manager, assistant manager, and leasing team that care about you and want to give you an exceptional living space. If you're looking for a place to call home that will take care of it's residents and help with what they can and be informative, then you've got to check out Madison at Westinghouse! I had ongoing issues with my washing machine breaking multiple times, which was extremely frustrating. However, after speaking with Cara, the community manager, I felt genuinely heard. She took the time to go through all of my concerns, was very understanding, and provided clear solutions to each issue. Maintenance acted quickly and had a brand new washing machine installed within just a couple of days, even while short-staffed. In the meantime, they also gave me access to another unit so I wouldn't be without a way to do laundry, which I really appreciated. Cara was kind, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. She was also very relatable and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered, which made a huge difference. I really appreciate the effort the team put in to resolve everything so quickly and efficiently.

The club house also has a fitness center with new equipment along with a ping pong table and sitting area. While I thought the apartment complex was brand new, a resident told me that property was about 1.5 years old. These luxury apartments are located at 1701 Wolf Ranch Parkway in Georgetown. The apartment complex features modern one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with upscale finishes like quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Some of the amenities include a resort-style large pool deck with cabanas, a golf simulator, and an onsite pet park. If I was in the market for an apartment, I would definitely consider Varenna Lakeside...super cool property.

Every single week, we receive yet another email from "Property Management" outlining new penalties and threats for not complying with their demands--yet on the flip side, they refuse to take responsibility for even the most basic customer needs. The only time they show any urgency is when they see that you've paid your rent on time. Otherwise, they take forever to respond, if they respond at all. Management repeatedly claims they're "not responsible" for anything except collecting a check--one you literally have to hand-deliver to them. They lure you in with the beauty of the complex, but do not be fooled. They do not maintain cleanliness, they are not responsive, and they absolutely do not care about the residents who live here. As a Disabled Veteran, I can say with full conviction that I hope no Soldier ever has to deal with this place. It has been nothing but disappointment and disrespect from day one.

Pets are allowed, and asked to pick up their dog's poop. As with any apartment, usually the hardest part is learning to deal with your neighbors, and to be courteous. Oh, also everyone has their own carport, which can park two cars. And additional parking on the street.

The Avery staff are willing to work with me over changing apartment floor plans after 2 years of being here. They always respond to my emails and I really appreciate that. Our unit layout is very spacious, the appliances are newer models and they're just pretty apartments in a great location. We're minutes away from Walmart, HEB, lots of food establishments and quick access to IH-35 or the Toll. They take very good care of the property and I want to say that they cut the grass almost every Monday at 7am (will surely wake you up lol). The pool/main office area is beautiful and gives resort vibes. There are two gyms... one with treadmills, elliptical machines, weights, etc. And the other has cycling bikes, a large mirror with an interactive TV where you can select workouts to do. Like I said, we haven't had many issues but I would say that ants can sometimes be an issue but when requested pest control will stop by. We haven't had to call for maintenance often but when we have they promptly came by and resolved our issue. Our main issue are our upstairs neighbors who have no regard for others. We've reported the issue but we realize that's kind of outside their control and there's not a whole lot they can do. We love that they hold little events just about every month. On Mothers Day and Fathers Day they gave out small gifts, one afternoon there was a Pizza Social, they've given out breakfast (Chick-fil-A once) at the main gate a few times, they arrange for Food Trucks to come to the property every so often (I had a Lobster Roll one evening) and most recently they held a Summer Pool Party. We were very impressed with that gathering. It brought the community together for swimming, fellowship, music and food. They served Chicken, Burgers, Mexican Street Corn, Snow Cones and some amazing Drinks. Overall, we've enjoyed our time here so far!

There are so many things that I absolutely loved about this property from the neon lights shining from inside of the pool to waking up in the morning and seeing the management team, giving out free Chick-fil-A breakfast and then coming home and seeing some of my favorite locally owned food trucks servicing our property.
