We ran into this pizza place while looking for another location. Surprisingly, it was pretty spacious for a New York pizza joint. The music was really loud so we could barely hear the employees taking our order. We went with the garlic rolls, barbecue chicken pizza slice and Brooklyn slice. The barbecue chicken was really good but I thought the Brooklyn slice could have been better.

Popped in for a quick slice, but ended up grabbing two since their selection is fun. However, we were a bit disappointed since the slices were overdone and tasted dry and burnt, especially for a $6 price point for most single slices.... We ended up getting the truffle, which tasted bland probably due to being overcooked and the vodka pep square, which was delicious, but the caramelized cheese on the crust for square slices was burnt and left a char taste. With pizza being a commodity on the area, we were hoping for something a little fresher tasting (or at least less burnt), but may try again due to creativity of slices. Service was quick at least and there was enough seating and standing counter space inside to enjoy the slice on prem.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza Slice was delicious. Not too much blue cheese and the right amount of spice.

Solid pizza! Place is small only 6 tables but the service was good and basic ambiance. I enjoyed the pepperoni and jalapeño slices I had. Our hotel was just down the block and we wanted a quick bite before we left for the airport. Will come back if in the neighborhood.

Loved the margherita slice. The mushroom slice was good too. Would definitely come back

Garlic knots (left) and the Brooklyn

I stopped by here on a Tuesday night when I needed a quick meal. I ordered a slice of the Brooklyn (pepperoni on margherita) and 2 garlic knots. I usually have low expectations for garlic knots, but these were incredible. Not heavy or dense at all and incredibly flavorful. The pizza was also delicious. On the inside, it's a pretty standard pizza parlor. Most slices are in the $5 or $6 range, which is a bit pricy, but the quality is very good. I would definitely come back!

Great slice spot in the LES if you're craving a classic NY slice. Nice and thin with a solid crunch. It's a little on the greasy side, but honestly still a really great slice overall.

really good pizza spot in les! Workers were friendly, pizza was about how much it'd normally be in the city (~$4 for a cheese slice) but it's definitely worth it. Nice thing crust with the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Perfect for a quick grab & go which is what most pizza shops are anyways lol

Love this slice! Everything was delicious and fresh. We ended up stopping here multiple times just because it was so convenient and on the corner. Sizes are generous - I would personally recommend the margherita and the abuela, but they also have a bunch of others to choose from. Best pizza on the LES in my opinion!

This was a good traditional NYC Slice. It was pretty cheesy and nice chewy crust. The service was great, quick and fast.

Clean pizza shop with no line. We received our slice really quickly and it was piping hot. The pepperoni pizza was good and definitely comparable to other famous ny pizza places.

Great vegan pizza for a late night out! It's a little expensive though. Hopefully, they add more vegan options in the future!

They have a really tasty vegan pepperoni and outlets near the tables. That alone made it a great stop off for a quick lunch.

Bog-standard NYC slice. $4.99 for a pep, $3.75 for a plain. Parmesan cheese on the counter.

The arancini was a standout: perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy inside, and served with a rich, delicious sauce that tied it all together. We ended on the tiramisu, which was absolutely worth saving room. It was light, flavorful, and a perfect finish to the meal. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful--especially notable for New York--and it made the whole evening feel relaxed and welcoming. A small heads-up: it's a bit tricky to find, so give yourself extra time. That said, the hidden, underground subway setting is part of the charm and makes the whole experience feel unique. I'd love to see more restaurants creatively use these kinds of spaces in the future.

It is located right in the hallway of a subway entrance, next to a bar and across from a coffee shop, and it somehow manages to feel like a cozy, sit-down restaurant right in the middle of NYC. Don't let the odd location fool you, the food here is outstanding. The Neapolitan and Sicilian-style pizzas are both exceptional, with rich, well-balanced flavors and perfectly executed crusts. Every bite tastes high quality. Also, don't skip the house-made lemonade! The experience is even better because of the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They were all so kind to so many people. From offering to keep leftovers in the fridge until a customer was done at their broadway show, to offering a scone to a young child while he and his father waited for their pizza to be done, it was more than just flipping a table and onto the next tip, it was humanity at its best. Be sure to give See No Evil Pizza a try. You certainly will want to come back again for more.
