    Mushroom and Black Bean Burger
    George H.

This is the sit-down version of the Little Beet takeout chain, and it's really delightful! There are a ton of vegetarian/vegan options (there's also a steak for unreconstructed diners), and the service was quick and polite. I got the beet falafel to share for appetizers, and a black bean and mushroom burger main. Everything was delicious, but (as is the case with a lot of veggie-based meat substitutes) quite dry. The falafel came with a great sauce, but I wish the burger had a bit more sauce to it.

My sister and I wanted to eat out for dinner, but find a healthier option, so we stumbled upon Little Beet Table. I was extremely impressed by the creativity of the menu, though we ultimately ended on the Guac, little gem Caesar salad, and the rigatoni. The rigatoni was the standout dish, cooked al dente with a creamy pesto sauce. The Guac was tasty and a good portion, except the watercress oil contributed a bitter flavor that we tried our best to avoid by eating around it. The little gem Caesar salad was not a typical Caesar salad. The dressing was orange and tasty more lemony than any Caesar flavor. I did not like the design of the salad, as I had to cut away at the lettuce half presented to me. The worst part of the dish was the soggy chickpeas that did not have a great texture and did not impart any flavor to the overall dish. As for the ambience, we dined on a Monday night at 5:30 so on the earlier side. It was extremely empty. There were only two other diners and they were seated on the opposite end of the restaurant so the lack of people was pretty obvious. Service was extremely quick and all our dishes had arrived 10 minutes after ordering, even though they attempted to space out the dishes by bringing the appetizer first. Also, because of the emptiness of the restaurant, the waiter was extremely attentive, which was nice, but felt honestly pretty awkward. That being said, I liked everything enough and I would be down to return and try some of the other things on the menu.

Very cute restaurant with excellent service! Our waiter was so nice and caring. Clean bathrooms. Paid garage parking nearby. We ordered: - rigatoni: not as good as expected, it lacked flavor - lemonade: needed to add guava - chicken bowl: amazing! Delicious and refreshing - flatbread: highly recommend! Definitely worth visiting!

Came here for a birthday dinner! Hummus appetizer was delicious with the fluffy toasted pita. The dill really added to the dish and the whole chickpeas in it were one of my favorite parts. Mushroom reuben was nice and cheesy, with crispy aromatic bread. Olive oil worked really nicely with the roasted sweet potato and filled out the meal. Friendly servers and the vibe is lively without being too rowdy - we didn't have to yell in order to hear each other. Also they were playing (what I considered to be) good music. No overplayed stuff :) Bill payment was super efficient and my friend got a little birthday treat.

My friend really likes this spot and they specialize in designing food for people with allergies which is nice since food allergies are pretty common. We started with the rice appetizer which was good but really a portion for one. I had the salmon and she had the mushroom Ruben. The food was surprisingly really good but the portion was a little small I would have expected the salmon to be a normal size filet but it wasn't. Other than that the food was very nice and I especially appreciate the sensitivity to allergies.

True little GEM! The pesto sauce for rigatoni may be overpowering for me but it was so perfect with medium rare hanger steak. The portion was good for the price. Never to mention that the ingredients are good quality, and it felt like from the farm to my table! Beet falafel were unique & flavorful with the dipping sauce (curry aioli & tarragon). Cucumber mint lemonade was refreshing and definitely a palate cleanser after a sumptuous meal. Packed the left over home, and my son asked me to bring him to dine at the restaurant. Consider someone to be so super picky like him (little foodie). 1 star- wholesome food 1 star - good service from host to managers (attentive) 1 star - decent price w/ good portion 1 star - ambience (not too noisy) 1 star - cleanliness Will be ordering for company catering and bringing big groups soon!

Wow, ordered to go. The shrimp salad is the best I ever had! The delivery was fast and presentation was good. Its on the pricey side BUT sooo good.

Solid brunch spot with amazing banana bread! Such a good spot to catch up with friends - ambience was great and service was also amazing. Banana bread was definitely highlight of the meal. It was so moist with a nice slightly toasted exterior. For mains, I got the vegetarian burger which was slightly spicy and a little dry.

This spot is super healthy, possibly a little too healthy for me. I did enjoy my experience here overall. Came here with my gf for Sunday brunch around 11:30AM. Sat inside because it's hot and humid. The restaurant was pretty empty at the time. Service is pretty laidback. Our waiter is friendly and made good recommendations. For drinks, I ordered the Tarragon Sunset ($15), consisting of blanco tequila, mezcal, pineapple, lemon, and tarragon. The blend of mezcal and the other tropical flavors made this an enjoyable drink. Tequila was not overpowering. Foodwise, we split the following: Squash Prosciutto Pizzetta ($16) consisting of squash blossom, parmesan & herbs. I was worried that this would be too filling because of the bread. The pizza itself is small, but tasted great. Crispy Spirulina Rice ($15), consisting of shiitake mushrooms, shishito peppers and scallions with mojo rojo and a sunny egg. We found this to be too oily, but besides this, we enjoyed the sunny side egg and the mushrooms. Mushroom & Black Bean Burger ($18) consisting of pickled onions, tomato, sprouts, avocado and chipotle aioli with a side of aleppo-roasted sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes to start with is amazing. I would order more of these as a side if that was an option. I'm personally not a fan of the black been patty as I love my meat, but this was surprisingly flavorful thanks to the mushroom and the chipotle aioli. This was also just as filling as consuming a regular burger.

    To go

So much healthy options paid about 16$ for plate and I got sweet potatoes grilled chicken cilantro rice , string beans , carrots broccoli

I checked Yelp for gluten free restaurants near my hotel and this place came up. The menu looked good, so I thought I'd give it a try. The food was excellent. The ambience was excellent. The service was excellent. One thing I did notice is that the customers were mostly women. Not that it matters, I just found it curious. There were two of us and we shared the roasted shrimp salad, which was delicious. It was enough for a meal for one person. For the entree, we shared the rigatoni. It was wonderful! We also had a side of Brussel sprouts and they were delicious too. I highly recommend this place. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free.

Little Beet Table offers a fantastic selection of dishes that focus on highlighting vegetables. From the hummus to the beet falafel and crispy salmon with roasted Brussel sprout, every dish we tried was a feast of flavor and texture. It's ideal an ideal place for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets while also having options for the meat loving members of any dinner party like the superb hanger steak which was cooked to perfection and excellently balanced with the chimichurri, roasted carrots, parsnip purée and endive.

Came here with a friend who said Little Beet Table was a good, healthy restaurant and he was right. I was slightly confused since there's a chain of restaurants called "Little Beet" that's more targeted to take-out lunch bowls. Not sure if there's any link between "Little Beet" and "Little Beet Table"... The restaurant itself is very nice, with dark ambient lighting and fancy decorations. There was no wait on a weekday night. We both got the crispy salmon. It comes with sweet potato spread, brussels sprouts, and a arugula and pickled apples salad. The salmon was cooked very well and the sweet potato spread complimented the natural flavor of the salmon (seasoning was relatively light). The brussel sprouts and salad were good, nothing too outstanding but its nice seeing 2 different sides. Overall its a nicer casual sit-down dining restaurant with very healthy options.

I've never tried a Japanese cheesecake before and was extremely excited to be able to pick up some treats for my coworkers as well as my partner's birthday cake from Keki. Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
