I pass by this place everyday to drop off my son to work and finally I got a chance to check it out. I have been meaning to stop by ever since I noticed they opened. It's fairly a new place in town. I wasn't sure if they have good coffee cause it looks like a cafe rather than a coffee shop but let me tell you the iced shaken expresso I got tastes much better than any other coffee shop in the area. Made to perfection with the right amount of sugar and milk. Just the way I like it. Served over crushed ice. Deliciousssssss ... Customer service was welcome and friendly. The food looks good also so I'll have to stop by to try the food soon. Indoor seating and some outdoor tables and chairs

Very delicious! My iced latte was delicious and made the right way, the fresh OJ was great. Carne asada burrito was a hit, the side sauces they give you with the burrito were simply delicious. The staff was very kind, I will be coming back for more! Very cute place to have some yummy food & coffee.

Great food, friendly service! Nice music not to loud. I highly recommend it, if you are located in the NOHO area you have to give a try. I'll be coming back

I came in around 12 in the afternoon, it was lively, there's music playing, and everything smelled so good. You order in the front counter and then they serve it to you once you find a table. I ordered the breakfast burrito, coffee, agua fresca, and a cookie and the employees were kind and attentive. The food came out very well! And I was able to make progress on my crochet project overall amazing experience you won't regret it. 10/10

    Fiesta Bowl (Al Pastor)

Grand opening. Staff was very friendly. Ordered the Fiesta bowl and Fish Ceviche with the Mexican Bottle Coke. Ceviche was fresh and delicious for a warm day. The fiesta bowl had a pretty good size portion. It was delicious and flavorful. Ordered the Al Pastor with some tortilla hips and salsa verde on the side. Was able to eat there and enjoy my food with good music and a friendly environment. Staff made eating here enjoyable. Prices were reasonable and coffee was delicious as well. Definitely a place to stop by and have brunch or just lunch whenever I'm in the area.

It's a small cute corner cafe filled with friendly staff and a variety of brunch options, lots of drink options from coffee to aguas frescas and soft drinks! I had The Pesto Perfection sandwich with grilled chicken that was served with a side of potatoes, so refreshing with the pesto and fresh mozzarella and juicy grilled chicken, along with their Açaí bowl, fish ceviche and the first bowl! Def coming back to try different items from their menu!

The shop has a busy atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating that's perfect for getting some work done or just simply enjoying a coffee when the weather is nice. It's a relaxed spot whether you're catching up with a friend or just taking a break. Service is great. My go-to order is the Vanilla hazelnut Spice Latte. They have decaf which is a plus. It has a lot of flavor with a subtle hint of spice that sets it apart from a standard vanilla latte. It does lean pretty sweet, so I'd recommend asking for it a little less sweet if that's your preference. The drinks are also reasonably priced, which is another reason I keep coming back. They have a selection of pastries as well, although I haven't had a chance to try them yet. Overall, this is an easy cafe to recommend. Good coffee, fair prices, and a comfortable atmosphere, make it a spot I find myself returning to regularly.

I've tried a lot of local cafés across the Valley, and this place consistently delivers exceptional specialty coffee, friendly service, and a calm neighborhood vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The espresso is perfectly dialed in every time. Smooth, rich, and never bitter. Their lattes and cappuccinos are easily on par with top third-wave coffee spots in Los Angeles. If you're into pour-over or single-origin coffee, they clearly care about quality beans and proper brewing. What really sets Coffea apart is how welcoming it feels. Whether you're grabbing a quick morning coffee before work in Burbank, meeting a friend in Toluca Lake, or looking for a quiet place to work near North Hollywood, this spot fits all three perfectly. Plenty of seating, relaxed atmosphere, and not overly loud. Parking is also much easier than many LA coffee shops, which is a huge plus. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about coffee. You can tell this is a locally owned business that takes pride in what they do. If you're searching for: * best coffee in North Hollywood * great coffee near Toluca Lake * specialty coffee in Burbank * a cozy local café with quality espresso * a reliable neighborhood coffee shop in the Valley Or somewhere to get some work done Coffea should absolutely be on your list. From the moment I arrived, both baristas the RED HAIR young woman and the BRUNETTE demonstrated a level of professionalism, attentiveness, and interpersonal awareness that elevated what could have been an ordinary coffee stop into a genuinely memorable experience. Their ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficiency reflects a strong understanding that hospitality extends beyond simply preparing beverages it is about cultivating an environment where customers feel acknowledged and valued. Their communication was warm yet polished, and their positive demeanor was clearly authentic rather than performative. The coffee itself was equally impressive. It exhibited a well balanced flavor profile with remarkable depth, smoothness, and freshness, evidencing both technical proficiency and careful attention to preparation. Every detail suggested that quality is treated as a standard rather than an aspiration. In an industry where consistency often distinguishes exceptional establishments from average ones, these two baristas exemplify the caliber of service that fosters lasting customer loyalty. Their professionalism, coupled with the outstanding quality of the coffee, leaves little doubt that I will be returning. Experiences of this standard deserve both recognition and appreciation.

The barista was playing games on his phone while I was speaking to him, and I could clearly see that he was still on his phone because of the way he was positioned. I was already frustrated by the lack of attention, but things got worse after I finished ordering. After I tapped my card, I was told that there had been a mistake and that I had only been charged 9 cents, so I needed to come back and pay again. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if he had simply apologized and handled the situation professionally. Instead, he continued playing on his phone while dealing with me. The entire interaction came across as incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service should be the bare minimum, especially when someone is taking the time to come into your establishment and spend their money. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to make me realize that this would be my first and last visit. There are plenty of coffee shops where customers can get good coffee and basic courtesy.
