For a few minutes I thought I'm waiting in line but then I realized there's a little touch screen that says in big letters "order here" so I immediately walked up to place my order when I noticed! Ordering is easy and it prints a receipt, but you have to take the receipt to the liquor store register to pay and if you chose tip he gives you cash to take back to the jar at the café area. I ordered the Black Rabbit panini which was nice and piping hot and with everything on it. The sandwich is delicious and fulfilling! I also orderd the Green Glory juice which is refreshing and healthy. My food was ready so fast which I took to go and ate it when I arrived to my final destination, my sandwich was still hot when I ate it and I am a happy girl! But there still is a risk of hitting critical mass since most places are usually small to mid-sized. And it might be too hot outside if you have to pivot to the patio - if there is one. But with Moby's different themed rooms, and their outside space, which they do possess now, that concern isn't really going to be front of mind - like it is with other coffee shop locales. So they get a big plus in the accommodations category. What's more, it seems management has really stepped up for the creative community, scheduling various open mics and crafting events in the store. On the food and drinks side, it seems Moby's has always been dedicated to sustainability, locally-sourced ingredients and providing the alternative ingredients that most on the dietary spectrum would appreciate. That being said, not everything is available all the time. If you're trying to be local and sustainable with your business, you might not be able to grab the same ingredients every time.
