We've visited this restaurant several times, and our experiences have consistently been great. The…read moreservice is always top-notch, the restaurant is clean, and we really appreciated that during the World Cup they made sure the TVs were showing the matches, which created a fun atmosphere for guests. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was very disappointing. We ordered the chicken wings, and they were clearly undercooked--the bones were actually cold, which was very concerning. Our server handled the situation exceptionally well and went above and beyond to make things right. We truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue. However, by that point we had lost our appetite and decided to leave. While this experience was disappointing, we're hopeful it was just an isolated incident because our previous visits have always been enjoyable. We're grateful for the excellent service we received and hope the kitchen can address the food quality issues moving forward.

Was a limited menu but it mostly covered the bases - sandwiches, salads, steak and salmon. I settled on salmon - ordered it medium which I think has only ever been asked of me once in my life. Came with a vegetable medley and a Sumer cucumber salad. For an appetizer we whiffed on ordering but we're able to try the crab flatbread. It was good. Light enough to carry to the entree but still filling in some regards. Tried the desserts - again not sure when they were ordered, and left. Can get cool on the patio so I would bring a yacket. The whole time we were in the region he kept asking to go to a place that had a playground. I honestly couldn't find one in the areas that we were in and on our way back home we ended up in Bedford and just happened upon a playground location. He was excited and I was relieved. Finding a playground location for a fast food restaurant anymore is like finding a unicorn. When we entered my nephew had a one track mind, playground. But I made sure he knew that we were there to eat and we had to order first. We went through the motions of ordering and waited for our order to be ready. I swear I never seen this kid hightail it through the drink station in hopes to down his food so he could hit the playground. Of course we had to sit in the playground area. I had to have him focus on the food and once he ate some, I set him free to bounce around the playground. I don't know kids do this, but they are able to make instant friends and can play for hours. I let him go for a hot minute and all the kids in there seem to end their playtime at the same time. He came back over, finished his food, and was ready to go. The food was standard. The staff were very customer service focused. The place was clean, and it was busy.
