Unfortunately, our most recent visit was very disappointing. We ordered the chicken wings, and they were clearly undercooked--the bones were actually cold, which was very concerning. Our server handled the situation exceptionally well and went above and beyond to make things right. We truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue. However, by that point we had lost our appetite and decided to leave. While this experience was disappointing, we're hopeful it was just an isolated incident because our previous visits have always been enjoyable.
