Everyone was great service wise, very kind and accommodating. The only thing I will say is that 2 dishes took longer than expected to arrive so some of the people in our party had to wait a bit longer to eat their food. Other than that, we enjoyed the food very much. The boba tea was also so good! They have a good variety of flavors to choose from, my cousins got a rainbow one and it looked so appealing to the eye. Mine were as large as the plate but seemed to have the same amount of topping. Unfortunately, the pancakes themselves were also a bit dry and crumbly. I would much rather have had smaller, moister pancakes with a better proportion of toppings. And then there was the air-conditioning problem. On the left side of the restaurant, the AC was basically nonexistent. All of us were sweating. We kept ordering water and barely drank our coffee--that's how warm and uncomfortable it was. Yes, the restaurant was completely full, but a busy restaurant should be prepared to keep the dining room comfortable at full capacity. I gave the restaurant four stars because of the friendly neighborhood atmosphere, excellent service and some of the food. This place is a great little neighborhood stop!!! Unfortunately It got some fake bad reviews when someone decided to make false claims against his company. It had other social media and other people ganging up on this restaurant when. These reviewer's did not know the facts. Don't be a dupe, many of these reviews for this restaurant the people have not even eaten there they are just going off of what this man is saying. Judge for yourself don't knock down a mom and pop shop if you don't know the truth. Be aware there are people out there leaving false reviews, they work for competitors, Or they are just being malicious. There are bad reviews out there but it usually has to do with the food and the location. Anything else is just hearsay. That's why I love reading reviews I get to pick for myself. This restaurant is great to stop in for a little treats and snacks, I usually pick up for my local office group. Always has great parking. Indoor and outdoor. It is smaller so if it's super packed inside you may have to sit outside or wait but it's totally worth it. And they do service people with disabilities and try to accommodate as best as possible with the laws. I know identify as one. Unfortunately when certain people have untrained "service" dogs and bad attitudes, the restaurant does not have to seat or serve you- And it's not because of a disability, it's because of the untrained dog or we're just being mean and nasty they can refuse your service as well as any restaurant. My wife and I both had the eggs benedict. I had the Nova Benedict and she had the traditional. The hollandaise sauce was not very good at all. Very thick and semi chunky; an ok (at best) flavor but I've had much, much better. Now, their specialty is obviously muffins and I have to say their corn muffin was delicious. There were also some other things on the menu that I would maybe go back for but on the other hand I also thought that it was a bit pricey for what we ate so I'm not sure. Been a fan of this place for years.....Monday thru Friday this place beats any breakfast place around. As the weekend rolls around the place starts to get alot more busy than usual, so you have to wait a little longer than normal for your breakfast ( not that great if you had a long night..) but besides that their muffins are pretty good....If you get a chance order one grilled or toasted with some butter....and OMG you will love it. read more

This was the second time we've ordered it recently, and it was just as delicious as the first. The steak frites was incredible, and I had the flatbread with goat cheese, arugula, and fig jam, which was exquisite. Every single person at the table was happy with their meal, which is no small feat with eight people! Dessert was just as impressive. The pumpkin cheesecake was fantastic, and the sundae was a huge hit. This was one of those dinners where everything just worked: great food, great atmosphere, a fun setting, and a table full of happy people. Old Cutler Inn has really become a place I'm excited to recommend. We will absolutely be back.

Heard from a friend, who heard from a friend that this was a fabulous happy hour spot. Finally got…read morethe chance to visit on a Friday before 5pm....this place was slammed. Easy to find since it's located inside the Hilton Hotel on the west end of Baptist Hospital. Plenty of parking too. If you walk in through the main entrance, the restaurant is beyond the lobby area on the right hand side. Once there, I noticed the bar was full with no available seats. Unable to find anyone to advise me which tables belonged to the bar area, I asked another customer and managed to find a small table for two. I was warned by the couple seated next to me that the service was extremely slow. They were right, it was a while before we had someone come by the table to take our order. We didn't take a chance and ordered our drinks with food in order to avoid an additional delay. Happy Hour is a deal, $5 dollar house wine, beer, well drinks, mojitos and margaritas. Appetizers at the time were 50% off (*** see note at end). I wasn't in the mood for the drink special, so I ordered a prosecco. I also ordered the Florida Red Fish Sandwich. The fish is blackened and comes with provolone cheese, bibb lettuce, tomatoes and is served on a buttered brioche bun. I'm a bit picky so I skipped the avocado, bacon and aioli. As we were warned, the service was slow. So slow that I noticed someone who may have been a manager clearing tables and checking in with customers. I found out apparently we visited on a day that had been difficult for them. They had recently experienced employee turnover and a few of the servers were brand new. Now that made a great deal of sense considering the awful service. I fully understand a restaurant can have a bad day. Couple that with their honesty, that was greatly appreciated. The prosecco I ordered was a single serve bottle, La Marca. I've had it before and it's actually very good. When the food arrived and I took my first bite.....it was amazing! The fish was fresh, properly prepared and seasoned perfectly. The bun was yummy too. If I was rating the meal by itself, I'd say it was a full five star sandwich. Leaving was a bit of work, yup, it took forever to get the bill. In the end, the food was so darn good and couple that with not being in a rush, it wasn't a big deal. In summary, Table 55 was a bargain with discounted appetizers, drinks and excellent food. Hope the service improves because it has great potential to be perfect! ***They have changed their happy hour specials. Although when I visited, the appetizers were 50% off, they are now discounted. Drinks specials are $5 house drinks and draft beer. Happy Hour is still every Monday-Friday 4-8 PM, and Saturday-Sunday 9-11 PM.
