The waitresses handled our group of 25 beautifully and with amazing patience. They will take orders manually, but they also have a kiosk to place and pay for your order while you take a seat and wait to have it brought over fresh out of the kitchen. There was not a dry mouth in the house. All were watering in delicious wait for what we each had ordered. The most popular dish? The brisket platter with choice of two sides. I chose the brisket sandwich and was fully pleased with it and the mac n cheese I chose to go with it. But, the way I saw folks went home with their leftovers planned for a second meal? Next time, it'll be a platter for me with hush puppies and their coleslaw with additional side of their baked beans. Life for real y'all you will scratch the BBQ itch so well here, even though you'll be thinking how quickly can ya make it back to enjoy it fresh. Enjoy!

The servers were sooo friendly and speedy enough for the freshness received. I r ally appreciated that she stayed the entire time as other vendors did not. I will def be ordering from this truck again in the future !! The only reason I docked a star was because an hour before closing she was starting to run out of food. About 3 items were removed from the menu when I went to order. But all In all, it was a great job !!

The seasoning reminds me of dine-in ribeye steaks, except the texture was as thinly sliced as Philly cheesesteak. Keeping in mind the different type of cheesesteak, I really like the steak savory taste with less cheese ratio. Eating at the outlets outdoor patio was comfortable, since the plaza is kept clean. Additionally, the vibe is enjoyable with contemporary music. Most importantly, the staff was very kind to offer first responder discount and serve the fresh steak within reasonable time. Keep in mind someone handling transaction, drinks, and cooking. I wish to visit again when possible!

My fiance has been emailing the owner to no avail and he was finally able to reach her by phone on the week of my wedding. She made my fiance call the town to try to obtain a permit and did not even attempt to call. I was planning to pay a decent amount for a wedding and she asked if the venue workers can scoop ice cream to my wedding coordinator. The business owner then told my fiance that the wedding coordinator told her to have my fiance call the town for a permit, which this is a blatant lie because my wedding coordinator called me with concerns as a vendor typically will deal with parking. They asked if me and my fiance can help during our wedding to guide them in or assist with parking and if they couldn't find parking it would eat into our paid time. We have other vendors where this is not a problem. The location was discussed when it was agreed upon. If I could give zero stars I would because my wedding is this week. She also charges my credit card without authorization as she did not finalize parking and did not email if she was coming to the event due to her complaining about the parking, mind you this is two days before the wedding Baked bear is amazing and I had more professionalism and organization in one phone call compared to this horrible experience.

This is extremely upsetting as it is two days before the wedding. You're supposed to be able to depend on your vendors and not worry about what their supposed to be doing two days before the wedding. I hosted 100 people for a surprise birthday party and everyone in attendance pretty much complimented the food. The two staff members working my event couldn't have been nicer, friendlier, accommodating, and down to earth; they even needed to help trick the birthday boy as he approached the establishment for his event, they did AWESOME and we had some good chats and laughs in between. It would be over the top great with sautéed onions, mushrooms and green peppers on it. The chicken parm with red sauce and chunks of chicken with yummy cheese is also tasty.
