My go to pizza down "the shore" !! Great nice thin pies . Delicious .. also make an exciting margarita pie that's square and larger .. I think you just order the large square pie and it's cooked differently then their standard round .. the normal 16" hot pie (pizza) is thin, crispy little to no "crust" and always hot and delicious .. 15.50$ for a large round pie .. been coming here for years and it's always consistent and always good .. service is great, usually on pick up and the phone .. no seating here so just a pick up joint, ha ha .. read more

Horrendous. Ordered pizza at 7:45pm for delivery - 2 large pies with sausage and pepperoni. The woman that answered the phone said it would be about an hour. Paid by credit card over the phone. Website says they closed precisely at 9:45pm. Well guess what, 9:30pm came along and still no delivery. I called the pizzeria - no answer. Waited ten minutes and tried to call them back, still no answer. Checked my credit card and they already charged the $43 for the pizza, yet no one was answering and according to their hours online it said they were closed at this point. Made one final call at 10pm and someone answered on the last ring! The woman stated the driver was stuck at the bridge. I live 3 minutes down the road; 2 hours after ordering I received my pizza - freezing cold pizza I should say that looked like it was sitting for some time. Amazing pizza! The crust had something like cornmeal in it that gave it a perfect texture. It wasn't greasy. It wasn't floppy. The tomato sauce was super flavorful. All around great pizza. We also tried some of the freshly made chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies. Sooooo good!!! read more

We ordered Luigi's delivery and they exceeded our expectations! We were looking for Italian delivery to manasquan and found Luigi's. We got 3 chicken parm sandwiches, baked ziti, and linguine with clam sauce. It was all delicious! The sandwiches you can choose between half and whole, we chose whole and they were huge. The entrees also came with salads. The ziti and linguine were also delicious. My only complaint is that I wish I asked for Parmesan cheese! I definitely recommend Luigi's for Italian take out. read more

As a former pizza delivery driver what aspired tonight with our order is something Ive never heard of or experienced... Giving away our entire order to another customer who was angry, was the first bad move, then to never notify us for over 3 hours that our food was never coming or being remade makes me assured that you're customer service is lacking to say the least. When we called after three hours they then offered to NOW make our food order again. If we didn't call, we would have sat waiting all night being charged for food that was never coming... put short it was my 1st and will be my last experience with this business. The other 100 plus residents in our complex including other neighbors and friends in the area will be aware of this experience and i doubt they will be placing an order with you're business anytime soon and i wouldn't blame them. read more

i ordered from this pizzeria today. i ordered my food today at 7:05 off google and i received a email it wouldn't be at my location ( at my job) till 7:55-8:10 which is a long wait for one medium vegan pie with spinach. the pizza didn't get to my job till 8:45!!! a whole hour and forty minutes after i ordered it. the pizza was cold and was not worth that long a wait as well. and may i mention my job is right off the street from there place it's a 2 minute drive, 10 minute walk to the pizzeria from where i work. if the pizza wasn't cold and was warm and i didn't wait an hour and forty minutes i definitely would be coming back. i hate leaving bad reviews but an hour and forty minute wait for one pie and the fact i was 2 minutes away is actually ridiculous. it's a saturday night. it's not football sunday. definitely don't come here unless you have a ton of time to kill. read more

In point doing a favor for a family member, ordered from here because there's a Luigi's in lincroft that's really good. Definetly not the same. Chicken cheesesteak was pretty much all peppers and onions, just a little chicken. Ordered side of meatballs and sausage, meatballs were ok but sausage undercooked; looked like they just tossed sausage in sauce to cook instead of browning them a bit in pan or oven. They make the best marinara sauce I've ever tasted, hands down. I've been a customer for 20 years, and the pies, subs, and salads are great. All of the pasta dishes are terrific, with the exception of the white clam sauce (canned clams). Prices and service are great. Very disappointing we ordered a large square pie and a large round pie with pepperoni and mushrooms. It was so undercooked the dough was soft especially in the middle. I had to use a spatula to pick it up which was useless because the sauce, cheese, and toppings slid off as you picked up a slice. Never again! In order to explain my experience on this particular order, it's fair to break it into a few categories. My order was a cauliflower crust vegan cheese pizza @ $23. To be completely honest, the flavor and texture of the pizza was delicious. I would order this over and over for this reason alone. Food 5/5. However, this item is a bit decieving on the menu. It says 12" but it measured out to 9" by 6" and it's quite thin as well. Thanks for offering a salad and I hope the portion size increases but unfortunately, Ordering experience 1/5 It's not very filling at all, and for $23 the value isn't there for a dinner. Value 1/5 It's a shame, there are very few places that offer vegan cheese or cauliflower/gf crust so I appreciate that. read more

Ordered a sausage and pepper pizza and chicken fingers. Pizza was perfect for us. We love thin crust, the sauce was tasty, peppers were sliced thin and the fresh sausage tasted great. The problem was the chicken fingers. They are so clearly frozen, and not even high quality frozen. After eating one, I opened up another one and you hardly can even recognize the inside as chicken. I threw out the remainder. The issue isn't that they're frozen, it's the quality and the fact that they charged 8.95 for them! For 8.95 there is no reason they can't make fresh chicken cutlets, or at least splurge on a frozen product that uses recognizable chicken meat. read more

Luigi's was literally my favorite restaurant/take out/ delivery place in the PPB are. My family has been going there for years... I live in NYC and came to PPB for my birthday dinner because all I wanted was there cavatelli and broccoli. I ordered the same dish I've been ordering for years tonight and I was presented with a bowl of butter... literally. I could also tell the broccoli was frozen and not it's usual fresh broccoli. The cavatelli was over cooked and tasted like someone lit it on fire... it was smoky and tasted burnt. Someone melted 2 pounds of butter and decided to change me 11 dollars for it. Never again. Stopped in on a Sunday night when they were cleaning up for the night and the woman couldn't have been more welcoming. She did such a kind gesture as I was the last customer of the night. The fries and mushrooms were so undercooked, cold and soggy, we just threw them out. Update, customer service is awesome!
