Our terms specify that…read morewe upgraded to "zero tolerance", meaning we paid $1725 up front for them to come as often as required, regardless of snowfall or accumulation. If we receive even a 1/4 inch, they are supposed to come and clear it. I'll add that we also upgraded to pet-friendly snow/ice melt, but that seems moot at this point because they have not shown up for a single snow/ice event this entire season. Have placed several calls to the owner (Jacqueline), and she continues to apologize and offer assurances, but they have not been to our property. Today we have had several inches of accumulation and they are nowhere to be found. Left a vm and no response. Strongly recommend against using them for snow/ice removal. Total SCAM.

The second attendant that came out did a much better and after she left I felt the place was move-out clean appropriate. Even though both attendants were late, I'd say between the $180 price tag and thei overall attentiveness when i was unsatisfied, I'll probably give Morfin another call if I have similar needs in the future.

They were able to come out sane day, which was pretty impressive. We got a package that included pre-treat for stains and spills. I'm not certain the pre-treat made a difference as there were a couple spots the technician didn't get out. Funny enough I got them out after he left, so either he didn't give enough effort or my cleaning skills are better. Lol. I really don't know the deal with that, but thought it was worth mentioning. Overall we were satisfied with the job done. We had to leave fan on sectional all night to dry and it was still damp in places in the morning. In the past other companies seem to have dried faster but again no big deal.

A friend of my referred me to this place, so I knew I could give it a shot without being disappointed. I also booked the same maid that my friend uses so with her being a regular, it could've helped with increasing the intention of promoting their top service! My apartment was pristine and all the requests that I made were perfectly completed. It looked like super new and was pleasing to the eye. The staff were very professional and brought their own cleaning supplies. They used some quality vacuum and soap dispenser in a mop (I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge for these terms). The machines were not rowdy despite my initial worry that it would disrupt my neighbors. They also moved all my furnitures and made sure to get every spot. I believe the service they provide is excellent and they would be able to satisfy the needs of anyone. I had a pleasant experience with the staff as they were super friendly and outgoing. Overall, I believe they are a great service to use. For anyone who is hesitating, I would not spare another moment and immediately try this service out. It will save you so much time.

I hired them for a two-day job, specifically requesting that the first floor and basement be cleaned separately from the upstairs. However, despite having 8 hours, they didn't even finish the first floor and basement properly. The quality of the cleaning was extremely poor -- they used dirty, foul-smelling equipment, left streaks on surfaces, and didn't mop correctly. When I pointed out crumbs that were still visible, I was told they ran out of time, which is unacceptable. My house is a total of 2100sq ft The job was so badly done that I had to hire another company to come and clean again. I'm frustrated that I paid for a service that fell so short of expectations. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
