I had never ordered pins and keychains before and the free design help was amazing because I would have been lost without my sales rep explaining what all the terms meant. Having someone I can trust is a big deal for me and at no time did I ever feel like I was being mislead or taken advantage of. I ordered some patches for my business and there were a few corrections back and forth with our logo. I never deviated from the original size I requested (2" X 3.5") When I received the patches they were 3 X 2.5. I contacted Eric, told him I took partial responsibility for not catching the discrepancy on the final order form- as I stated--the back and forth tweaking was on our logo- NOT size. When the first pins arrived, the quality was so terrible I couldn't hand them out to anyone. I have ordered custom lapel pins from Monterey Company twice, once in 2016 and once this past month. Both times the communication with the sales reps was good (Rachel in 2016, Eric this year) and the lapel pins came on time as expected.
