I worked with these guys twice. Quick response Flexible with scheduling They seem to actually enjoy moving! read more

I wish I could give this company zero stars! I saw a Groupon for $75 for an hour with two movers with this company. I contacted the company first to confirm availability before I purchased. I was a little uneasy because the only date they had available was the absolute last day we had to be out of our rental (Aug 31 at 1:30pm), which was a Sunday, but I took a chance and scheduled. About a week out, they called me and asked whether they could push the move back to 3:30pm. I told them "no problem!" Fast forward to moving day 2:00pm on Sunday, August 31 (a holiday weekend), 1 hour before our move.....we get a call that they have to cancel because of mechanical issues. You are a bleeping moving company!! You have one job that relies on a piece of equipment and you don't have an emergency contingency plan!!? If it were my company, I would have run out and hired a U-Haul rather than cancel on my customers. So, after having to tell our landlord that we would not be out on the 31st, we had to spend our entire Labor Day renting our own U-Haul and moving all of the heavy furniture up two flights ourselves because we could not find help on the holiday. I take partial blame, I should not have trusted a company on Groupon for my move....next time I'll spend the extra money and have someone I can rely on. read more

Review for October 12, 2017: Kevin and his guys are awesome! My husband is currently out of the country so I had been so stressed about my upcoming pack out from my studio apartment. From my first contact with Kevin I knew I had chosen the right company. He was very friendly and was kind enough to give me a military discount for our out of pocket move. On moving day, he stayed in contact with me, to let me know his progress throughout the morning, with his other moves and what time he would make it to my place. Once they arrived, it literally took them 10 minutes to load everything up. I was so amazed that they were able to fit everything into my already jam-packed storage building. So thankful for The Miracle Movers!! read more

Used these guys last year to help me move into my 1 bedroom apt, I booked 3 weeks in advance and on the day of my move( 30 min before my scheduled appointment) I get a phone call from the owner saying his 2 movers up and quit that day, so my options were either to reschedule another day(which is impossible since I needed to be out of my apt that day) or he could come by himself and I could help him, which I did...only other complaint was that they damaged my dining room table, put 3 large deep scratches and I watched the owner literally throw my bed frame( which is completely bent) on the ground while unloading it.... Fast forward to this year, I'm moving out of my place so if I thought I would give them another chance since I thought the owner Kevin was a nice guy, I called to set up an appointment and get a quote, Kevin said he remembered me and would call me right back in 10 min, that was 4 days ago and I've called and left messages twice, the owner made it seem as though he's too good for my business..I would not recommend, there are several better moving companies in SD read more

These guys were amazing! If you are moving, you HAVE TO hire them. SERVICE: They were so friendly and speedy! For charging by the hour, i couldn't believe how fast they were. Such honest people. QUALITY: All of our belongings were moved with no damage. They were so great about placing everything where we wanted it, and being patient if we needed to move anything. I would 100% use them again if i move in the future. read more

As much as moving sucks I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. I got referred to MM by a friend ($25 off for referral) who swore by them. Right off the bat they were super accommodating and professional. I had to change my moving date 4 times due to escrow taking longer than expected. Each time Kathleen from MM was able to accommodate my request with no issues what so ever. The day before the move MM called me to confirm the move and dropped off a couple free boxes, packaging tape and even let us borrow 5 wardrobe boxes (which are a huge help). MM used padded dollies and wrapped all of our furniture in blankets and plastic wrap (some places charge for this). On the day of the move MM showed up right on time and was ready to work. They brought 3 guys and the entire move took ~3 hours which included the following: ~40 boxes, ~10 bags, 1 bed, 1 sectional couch, 1 desk, dining table, BBQ, console table, coffee table, bed side tables, 2 dressers and other crap. It filled their smaller truck to very brim. All in all, they were good guys that work really hard to get the move done as painless for the customer as possible. read more

These guys did a fantastic job. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! * They provided a simple and fair quote. * Showed up on time. * Super professional and friendly. * Wrapped up and padded everything quickly and efficiently. * They even made an extra stop to move my girlfriend's bed and furniture from a 3rd level apartment a few miles away. * They did not charge for driving time. * They rounded to the nearest quarter hour. * Finished moving essentially two apartments in 4 hours. Thank you guys for making the move easy! read more

Solid service. Friendly, professional, and I had total confidence in them handling my fragile items. They cut what is ordinarily a two-day hassle down to a two-and-a-half hour job. I don't think I will be going back to moving by myself any time soon. read more

First. I wish I could give 10 stars. I usually only come on yelp to bash horrible customer service, in fact this may be my first positive review. These people are the ABSOLUTE BEST. From the office to the actual movers it's nothing but top notch customer service. I use them for work, we have worked together twice and both moves were horrible with the exception of the miracle movers, seriously I cannot say enough good things, this will be the only moving company that I use from now on. They have seriously been so helpful, both moves I severely underestimated the amount of work that was to be done, in addition to that it seems like every other vendor my company uses is out to get us and throw curveballs our way but these guys always make it work. Enough blabbering, just use them. read more

Moving with The Miracle Movers is real pleasure. Their response to calls is very pormpt, provide accurate estimates, and moved all my items without any damage to any single one fo them. They arrived on time on the day of move, and though being reduced a 2 -member crew instead of three, got the job done in the same amount of estimated time. They are very friendly and easy to deal with. They even moved my couch and some big furniture through an impossibly narrow passageway in no time. Kevin even helped dissemble and reassemble my bed and furniture at no extra cost. :) I will never be moving without them in the future again. :) read more

My husband and I were referred to the Miracle Movers by close friends and were excited to learn more about their services and get a quote for our upcoming move. Unfortunately, we've called, e-mailed, and left several voicemails and have received absolutely no response. :( We were really hoping to use this company based on our friends' recommendation, but now we're scrambling to find alternative options. read more

Just moved with these guys yesterday, FANTASTIC. I've moved 4 times with other companies and this was by far the best experience I have had. If you are looking at this, Book them now. read more

If there was a way to give them negative stars I would do that. The only miracle they do is cheat the customer. I spoke to Jason and booked our move at a flat rate( which he boasted of as thr policy vs other movers who give hourly rate) and was told that I would be getting a call one day prior to the move to confirm the move. But I receive a call 2 days prior to my move and they tell me that they would get an estimator come and see our stuff so that they can plan the move( never was it mentioned that they would readjust the quote) anyways the estimator comes in and within 30 mins I get an email from miracle' cheater' movers that my move will be based on per hour rate of $120 and will cost me roughly 700$ for moving my stuff. While the initial quote was 275$ . Hiking the price 3 times just two days prior to the move is so damn unethical. And when I spoke to Jason about it he told me since I was planning to purchase yelp discount also, they had to increase the price. Really???what a dumb excuse!!! Why advertise when you can't live up to it. Do yourself a favor guys and look for a more ethical company. A company that decides to cheat you even before the work begins only reflects on how the work would be. by the way, not licensed by the state of CA. Website does not list their license number and I could not find it on the PUC web site. And when I initially asked them if they were licensed they said Yes!!!!!! read more

This company has moved me twice now and it's been quick, easy, and affordable each time! Very efficient team with excellent customer service. read more

These guys were the best movers we have hired yet. They hustled and got us moved into our new home quickly. I would recommend them to our friends and family and will hire them for our next move. read more

Great customer service, friendly, hard-working and fast! Moving can be stressful but they made it look easy. Would definitely recommend.

Even though I'm a gigantic dummy and accidentally purchased two groupons for moving services and called the other company and inadvertently marked The Miracle Movers as being redeemed. I called Miracle Movers to confirm and after accidentally causing a slight panic on his end, Kevin went back through his notes and was going to attempt to make a very valiant effort to get me moved on a busy Saturday. Even though I haven't used his service (yet!) I have to give the Miracle Movers 5 stars because of how extremely nice and quick to attempt to remedy the situation before I realised my screw up. Thank you Kevin! If I need back up, I'm definitely calling you guys! read more

They were very punctual and professional. All of my stuff arrived in a timely manner and was in the exact same condition as when they picked it up. They were also some of the friendliest people, let alone movers I have ever dealt with. Having upbeat happy movers made a stressful day of moving way more tolerable. Highly recommend them. read more

Great experience moving on a very very hot Friday. Kevin called the day before to conform, and again the morning of to let me know he was on his way. Was on time and finished moving under time. Will def use again. read more

I've used MM earlier this year and they were great!! Called them in July booked move, they never showed or called. Decided to try them again called about 3 weeks ago scheduled move for later this month. I've called them Tuesday and Wednesday this week left messages that I wanted to confirm NOTHING!!! If you can't fulfill your SCHEDULED OBLIGATIONS you should at least call your customers and let them know!!!!!!!!! How RUDE!!! You have no idea how much chaos you have caused me and money!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS..VERY UNRELIABLE read more

From reservation to completion this was a first class experience with a first class company. The delivered above and beyond on what I expected. I will never move with anyone else. Polite, detail oriented, professional AND they took such good care of all my boxes and furniture. All my furniture was wrapped with blankets and secured with shrink wrap. Nothing could harm it. I would give this company a perfect 10!!! read more

We used the Miracle Movers when we moved last year. They were incredible. We moved into a 3 story place with tight stairwells and they moved our furniture without any damage to stuff or the walls! They even helped take apart our bed and table and reassemble it! So impressed, we are moving next month and we will be hiring them again! read more

Wow, professional, gentle, polite, thorough, and very. Reasonable. Miracle Movers took care of our belongings as if they were their own . Highly recommend these guys. read more

All I can say is these people are AMAZING! So polite and respectful - nothing was a problem. They did a great job and I highly highly recommend them! read more

Miracle movers are the best in town! The owner Jason and Kevin not only took amazing care of us, he gave us an incredible deal. They're fast, efficient, and very down to earth. If you don't have good friends to move you, give these guys a call and it will feel like you do! read more

Miracle Movers was awsome. They got there 10 minutes late but just as i was gonna call the truck pulled up. The men were polite and patient. They handled my merchant with care and packed it excellently for my container that was being shipped. Me and the guys hit it off nicely despite our different background and they were really cool guys. I am definately not gonna use another company and would for sure recommend them to anyone planning a move whether small or a 40 feet container Mircale Movers is my number one choice oh yes did i say how affordable it was yes i forgot that part. read more

The thought of moving stresses me out and in particular the move I just made out of my long time b/f's house! Which was not just a move, but a pretty difficult breakup! I called Miracle movers after finding them on Craigslist (cuz I needed a miracle) and was just hoping they could help take some of the stress off my shoulders!! I was given a flat rate based on the info that I gave them and thought it was fair given I was requesting several stops to gather all of my belongings! They we're prompt professional and helped take the edge off all the work involved by my listening to my jokes about the move! They had all of my stuff out of my storage unit and apartment and into the new place within 3.5 hours which I thought was very impressive! Would absolutely hire again! read more

I live in LA and have family in San Diego who were forced to move back East. I just couldn't get down there to organize a move of the stuff that didn't sell at the yard sale. Anyway, to make a long story short, I called these guys for no other reason than I read they do flat rates--I hate paying someone by the hour and then watching them drag through a day--and there was no way I was going to drive to San Diego, rent a truck, drive up to LA, then drive back. maybe, maybe it could have been cheaper if I did it by myself but I'd still have to pay a price in time and effort. Fair price, on time, coordinated with my brother in law and executed a flawless move. I tipped them at the time, but felt I should thank them online. Thanks MM. read more

Started with great customer service: someone actually answered the phone live, very professional and courteous. Accurate quote given over the phone. Liked the fact that it was a super reasonable flat rate vs the surprises that often come at the end of a move (and turned out to be the lowest quote of the 5-6 places I contacted). I needed one item dropped off at a different location than the final destination of the rest of my stuff; this was no problem and didn't change the rate at all. The guys who showed up, Chris and Jason were fantastic. Super friendly, super efficient and were obviously pros who have been at this for a long time and actually enjoy their work! Calling these guys again for my next move! read more

Kevin and his crew are AWESOME! Last minute booking, flexibility on timing, and SUPER efficient. This was the smoothest move I've ever had. Kevin was super knowledgable on the best way to go about packing my things, and could tell he treated my belongings as if they were his own. I enjoyed talking to him and his guys all day. They were so funny and made the whole process way less stressful. On top of that, everything made it in one piece and very fast! I could't be happier. I DEFINITELY recommend these guys for your move! read more

The Miracle Movers are amazing! Kevin and the crew were on time, professional, and friendly. We had to move on very short notice and Kevin fit us in at a great price. The Miracle Movers are are what they say, and many thanks to Kevin and the crew. read more

I used Miracle Movers to move from San Diego to Los Angeles, and they were fantastic. The price was one of the lowest ones out there for my one bedroom apartment, but I didn't feel like I had to sacrifice quality for the fair price. The customer service was prompt in responding to my calls/emails, and the movers were also careful with my things so that not one item was broken during the move. They work hard and made my move as painless as possible. I highly recommend them! read more

Punctual, Professional and just a great group of guys. They had me loaded up and out the door of my 1bdrm apt. in an hour. They moved my stuff into my new spot just as fast. I even asked them to move a piece of free furniture in the same complex from a friends apt and they took care of it for without hesitation. I would highly recommend them to anyone and they even had a yelp coupon that saved me $50 right off the top. read more

Easy to get information for our move. Easy to book. Great "can do it" attitude. Showed up on time. Hard working and careful. Would recommend them and use them again any time. read more

I can't say enough great things about this company! We used Miracle Movers for three separate moves recently. Each time they arrived on time and got to work right away. They never slowed down and finished up everything within the estimated time frame and then presented the bill that was exactly what they had originally quoted. No surprises! Except maybe that I didn't know moving could go that smoothly! Jason and Jared were cheerful, cooperative and professional. Everything was moved without a scratch...and let me tell you, I had A LOT of stuff to move!! Oh! and they provide all the moving blankets and other things needed for the move. I would definitely use them again. read more

I made an account on yelp just so I could write a review for these guys. I was comparing movers for a while, made a bunch of phone calls, and from the start, this company was the best. You are greeted on the phone by an actual person, which is wonderful. They email you the price of their services, and let me tell you- it's by far the cheapest place you can go with. The quality of service is top-notch all the way around. Justin and Jason showed up right on time, and did not start the clock until they surveyed everything and talked to me for 15 minutes. They were so funny and extremely easy to get along with. They both had a great attitude and work pace. I was stupid and took the wrong exit to get to my new place, so I was later than expected getting there and they had filled this time by already starting to unload some of the boxes off the truck. They could have started when I got there just to run the clock more, but they didn't. Amazing. They have a card reader on their phone- so you don't have to carry around large amounts of cash (which I don't like doing). The move cost way, way less than I expected. Loved my experience with them. read more

These guys moved my family across town (15 miles) a couple months ago. They did a great job. Kevin was running the show, and he kept the team moving and motivated. I requested just a few big items (15-20) be moved and then to fill in with as many boxes as possible. I think the price was great, I got several quotes and felt theirs was the best value. There was rain in the forecast on our move day but we decided to proceed. Miracle Movers were flexible to postpone, they worked a miracle and stopped the rain! In addition to moving a washer and drier from our old house to the new house we also had to move a washer and drier from the new house back to the old house. I asked how much extra that would cost and Kevin just said, we're going that way anyway so we can take it for free. Nice! When they are on the clock they get to action, poor guys were sweating buckets, they kept the pace up. I recommend going for the third extra guy if you can get him... I fully recommend Miracle Movers. read more
