BLT on everything bagel , totally recommend
    Alı B.

The Mill was walking distance from where we stayed. Pluses: -If you're a bagel person, this is the place for you- especially everything bagels - accomodating staff that will make adjustments for you with no hesitation (changing the bread to a bagel for me on my BLT one day). - Tip: you get a free refill on coffee here.

A lovely little spot in the Kingsmill Resort. Great for a snack, light breakfast, lunch or pick me up in between. Good hours- 7am-7pm located by the tennis courts. Has an attached tennis shop and bathrooms outfitted with showers for those playing tennis behind The Mill. Our food was delicious and the service was fantastic as the norm at Kingsmill! Our 4th year coming and the first time we dropped into The Mill- what a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend :)

Nice casual spot for coffee and bagels

Solid place to get a quick breakfast. If you're with the kids this is the perfect spot. You order at the counter and grab a seat, then pick up your order when it's done. Ample table seating for groups from 2-6 people. Great bagels, affordable prices. I had an everything bagel, toasted with sausage egg and cheese for $5.50. Staff is friendly and swift. I recommend it!

Iced Caramel Macchiato & Candy Bar Gelato! So good

My wife and I stayed at the Kingsmill Resort and we came to the Mill daily for coffee and either breakfast or lunch. Really good food and coffee and all the staff were very friendly. Liked that they had covered outdoor seating as well. They have this Cinnamon Roll that is sooo good if you dig that kind of thing. We also had their BLTs, breakfast sandwiches, Salads, hot/Iced Coffee, bakery items and cookies - all were very good!!

Pre-made breads, pastries, and salads from Costco. Bad coffee. I expect more from a highly-rated resort.

It looked to have a good vibe, but once we walked in, we realized it was a coffee shop that served food. You have to get in line grab a menu and place your order. Any coffee, water or juice juices are delivered on the right side of the bar and the food is delivered on the left side of the bar. And what I mean delivered that's where you have to go to pick it up. The food is served on Small paper plates so you will lose some of your food as you try to cut or move it.. I ordered the breakfast platter which was scrambled eggs, choice of meat, potatoes, and toaste. My partner had the cheese omelette with sourdough toast. There was nothing special or extraordinary about the food. With the small paper plates that they use food easily fell onto the table top. They don't offer water in a cup, but rather you can buy a bottle of water. If you didn't realize that after you ordered, you have to go back and get in line so that you purchase your water. (We assumed they had water/cups to use). We left felling unsatisfied.

The menu also has so many food options, making it easy to find something for everyone. The food overall was great and very enjoyable. However, I would not recommend the brownie and chocolate sundae dessert. The brownie and cookie were cold and hard, which made the dessert disappointing. On the positive side, the carrot cake was huge and definitely worth sharing -- easily enough for 3-4 people. The service was excellent as well. Our waiter was very attentive throughout the meal and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, Second Street American delivers great food variety, strong service, and a family-friendly atmosphere, with just a few misses on dessert.

Disappointing plus not much in the way of tater tots. They didnt have the doggie menu I saw online which is why I came here but they did make up a beef patty with rice. My dogs ate the beef and played with the rice. And tap water was served which wouldn't have been so bad bit again it was served at room temp which made it taste odd. So much to love about this new discovery besides the fact that it's NOT a Starbucks lol and for those that know me, you know I love and love to support and discover tucked away indie coffee places (see my reviews!). This place is also a roastery and sells their own bean blends. I don't know the history behind the shop and name but was told it is chemistry themed and owned by W&M alum - yassssss! Service is SUPER friendly and excellent so that's a bonus! I lovvvvvvve that the latte menu is chock full of super creative seasonal flavors - so many to choose from!! I stopped by twice while in town and staying just down the street. Had a hot Rose Macaron latte and the next day had the Lemon Bar. Both were DELICIOUS. NOT OVERLY SWEET BUT WITH SUBTLE FLAVORS AND BOLD ESPRESSO TASTE. NOTTTTTT WIMPY WEAK. Both days I had the OG Bacon Egg Cheese sando on an ET bagel that was a decent accompaniment to my seasonal lattes which were clearly the stars of the show. I was there during the week - once mid afternoon, the other day late morning and it was not crowded at all both days. The seating area is HUGE. 2 separate adjacent rooms - walk through the front ordering area and you'll find a large, super cozy and inviting "living room" type space with comfy couches, armchairs, dining tables with chairs and even cubes for studying. Dark and moody vibes. SUPER COZY, RELAXING AND KEPT VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. The other seating area has a bunch of tables and chairs, lots of windows, brighter and more conducive for gathering. I took and posted a bunch of pics and some vids so check them out. So glad to have discovered this coffee spot and gem! Will definitely be back when I visit Williamsburg again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They really liked that Column 15 made the drinks iced by adding a big cube of ice made of coffee. That way the drink doesn't get diluted as the ice melts. Brilliant. For me, I got the Americano. It came standard with only 2 shots of espresso- a no no in my book - but the drink was still reasonably priced after I added an extra shot. The end result was an excellent drink. I've now been to several coffee shops in the Williamsburg area and I'd say this one is my favorite so far. Next time I'll stay and enjoy their inside tables or patio area. Both looked nice.
