One of my wife's favorite restaurants. Mostly good, delicious food. A bit pricey, but we always have leftovers, so we essentially pay for three meals. God service and ambiance here. Besides raspberry white chocolates, chocolate fondues great.

I loved this restaurant!!! The server (Kevin) was very friendly and attentive. We were able to ask for multiple servings of vegetables. Everything arrived in a timely manner. The food was good and there were plenty of choices. I was able to cook the fish to my specification. You can tell that this franchise puts a lot of effort into creating memorable dining experiences. The decor was really customized and there was a consistent aesthetic. There were even cute stuffed fondue pots and fondue pots on the sconces! Plus the server brought the dessert fondue with a congratulatory message as I had mentioned I was there for a promotion. Overall one of the most comfortable experiences I have had in a restaurant in a long time. I'll admit I grew up going to Benihana so I have a soft spot for sort of cheesy fancy restaurants but this ticked all the boxes.

We came in for a friend's birthday dinner. Our server was great! He was very efficient! I loved the sparkling lemon drop. We had the alpine cheese which was great. For salad, we liked the house and the California. I asked for dressing on the side since I have had them overdressed in the last. I'd also also for no cheese on the house since we had so much cheese on the appetizer! We shared the big night out and you can trade anything you don't want for another protein (we got extra shrimp instead of salad). We liked the coq a vin cooking style. We loved the original chocolate fondue and all the dippers!! A great dinner!

Right off the bat we over complicated on how to order. Debated whether to order the combination bundle or order individually, and if sharing is allowed. It's a melting pot - sharing is encouraged So we ordered the spinach & artichoke cheese dip, and ate that with bread & vegetables. Fun and delicious. Kids liked The waiter served appetizers, main dishes, and then desserts (chocolate dip), in that sequence. Probably why the meal takes time. Venue is fitting for dates, small party, better yet a cozy family bonding experience. Very pleased with the service as the waiter continued to refilled the dipping ingredients like fruits and what not.

We have a tradition of going to a Melting Pot for Valentine's day; this year our trip was a little delayed. It's a treat to us and something we look forward to. This experience, however, was not our favorite. We have been to a MA location multiple times and last year went to VA, but this year at Gaithersburg we were pretty disappointed. Granted, some changes might be company wide, but could also just be this restaurant. We did the four course, big night out meal. We started with the classic fondue cheese. It was pretty cheesy, which was nice, but was truly lacking in the sides. We just remember there being more options than bread, apples, carrots, and peppers. The peppers just did not work with this cheese. The salads were delicious as always, no complaints there. We went with the coq au vin for the meats and it was flavorful and glad we tried it, but it's not our favorite. The food was good; we were the ones cooking so we did it to our liking. The dessert was where we were disappointed. We did the peanut butter, and it just didn't seem like as much fondue as we used to get. The sides were also LACKING. There was ONE marshmallow so I let my husband have it. Where we have gone previously, there were at least 4 of everything. We distinctly remember there being a graham cracker marshmallow. None here. The variety was lacking. When our waitress dropped the dessert, my husband asked for another napkin and water. We waited about 10 minutes for the water and she disappeared before we were able to remind her of the napkin. We never saw her again. She dropped the check with the dessert, thankfully, but literally never came back to check on dessert or to take our card. I would wager to say we waited for 25 minutes before we finally had to approach the bartender to close out our check. Definitely not what we expect from a huge outing like this. Sadly, not sure we will come back to continue our tradition.

Oh my goodness!!! So delicious & so fun!!! We did the Classic Alpine cheese fondue, the California salad, the Classic protein (Shrimp, Memphis Style Dry Rub Pork, Teriyaki Marinated Steak, Garlic Pepper Steak, & Herb Crusted Chicken Breast) with the Coq Au Vin broth, and for dessert the Flaming Turtle chocolate fondue with all the fun dippers plus cream puffs, macarons & caramel sea salt cheesecake!!! WOW!!! What an indulgence!!!

Its ok but not worth the hefty price tag.

I came here last month, I got to for 2 package for ninety something. The restaurant inside seems a little out dated. The host was nice and quick to seat us. The restaurant was clean and followed strict social distancing measures. Our waiter Randy explained the menu further. However IMO, Its very expensive for what you get. I would pass on the salads. Absolutely dreadful. The cheese and bread is good. The pretzel bread was my favorite. Through the 4 course meal, the meats n veggies were my favorite. The meats are very skimpy. I got shrimp n meat. They have gone down in quality and definitely cutting corners to maximize profits. Ill probably pass this location. They really need a makeover and do better for what they charge. The dessert was too "cheap". At your table everyone must agree on the same menu. As far as our waiter, he seemed to over worked, too focused on the larger party on the otherside of the restaurant. Often times our glasses were empty or we were ready for the next course

Came in on a weekday night with a reservation. We were sat immediately upon arrival. But then we waited... and waited and waited for our server. I think it was bad communication from the host to our server because he didn't know we were sat and we waited honest to goodness 20 minutes to be greeted Once Jake greeted us he was wonderful. Pleasant, patient, and upbeat. He did explain everything to us like how the menu worked and types of sauces that accompanied our selections. The food was meh. The pacing of the meal was very slow. We got the Quattro formage (4 cheeses) that has pesto and something else mixed into it. But it was missing something. It needed something else flavor wise to really set it off but it was still good. I really enjoyed it dipped in apple. The salads were forgettable. The balsamic dressing had a strange consistency. Entreee wise we got the steak lover, shrimp, pork and more steak and cooked in mojo. The mojo was very orangey in flavor and I wouldn't get it again. My favorite was the shrimp and pork. A lot of the steak tasted too similar to really differentiate. We ended with the turtle chocolate which had pecans and was flambeed. My favorite accompaniments with that was the strawberry and banana. The cream puffs we added were still VERY frozen in the middle which made it hard to eat. Over all we'd come back for cheese and dessert but would skip the entree. It was a good experience but a bit pricy for the quality.

I ordered a variety of veggies and fish and some chicken, and side orders of kimchi and cucumber in chili sauce. There's a sauce bar with a variety of ingredients and some helpful suggestions for sauces. Because they sat me at a table for 4, they invited me to try two hot pots (which was very nice). I got a seafood and mushroom. I also made myself a few sauce combinations. The food arrived quickly. Looked great. Food was fresh and cold and the meats (I only got chicken but looked at other's tables) looked great. The servers were helpful and friendly. Filled my water glass when I asked them to and took away empty plates pretty promptly. The place is equipped with a conveyor to transport plates of veggies, but it wasn't operating (maybe because it wasn't crowded). There's a robotic server that they used on occasion to bring drinks and plates of food to different tables. I liked this very much. The broths were good and the food was fresh. The cucumber and kimchi were very tasty, especially the kimchi. Each portion I ordered was large - one portion of marinated shrimp was 8 healthy-sized shrimp and the white fish (bass filet) was 4 pieces. Sweet potato was 4 pieces per order, etc. So be aware of that when you order, especially if you come solo. There's a lot that comes out with each item ordered. There's ice cream in a freezer for dessert and also cake and orange pieces. Dinner has more items in the menu, including more extensive seafood and meat offerings. I think the price is reasonable. I plan to come back . . . likely more than once!

Service is simple like a Korean barbecue: meat cooking on the ground. It makes your sauces together, you dip, you eat until you can't eat no more. They changed the first time they've opened, but it's still the same. I like it quite: come in, eat, and get out with valet parking, which is good. Plenty of parking in the parking lot and on the street. Just remember the street parking means you can get ticketed. If your meter runs out . The servers check on you. They don't really pressure you or bother you much. This is also kind of nice, and the bonus is once again karaoke. I said, give me a try. Remember, some of the meats may be bland for your taste, but the sauce bar is mixed up for it. You can mix up your concoctions like a mad scientist and dip your meat until your hearts contain once again. Give it a try; I think you might like it. The restaurant is super clean. If I could go back in time, the only thing I would do differently would be to skip the protein smoothie. It had chunks of ice in it and tasted more of stevia than of banana, and I could not taste the espresso even a little bit, even though I saw him put it in there. I am wondering if the flavor of the vanilla protein powder took over? I could taste a watered down flavor of almond, vanilla, and something like stevia or monkfruit, but I could not taste banana, coffee, or cacao nibs. There was zero richness for something containing both banana and almond butter. Zero. That said, I will definitely go back again and again and again for their other items. I just will not be ordering the protein smoothie again as I mourn the $13 I spent on it.
