I had only been here once before, but the Mac n cheese grilled cheese left a lasting impression. Ordered it again today, minus the bacon, and no pickle spear. Also ordered the impossible patty melt, no pickle spear and some garlic Parmesan fries. For drinks we got a lemonade and a snickerdoodle shake. The Mac n cheese grilled cheese was delicious, the actual bread could've been a little more toasted but that's my only complaint. The patty melt was also good, decent amount of onions, but I wish there was an option to substitute the provolone for cheddar. The garlic Parmesan fries were kind of a waste of money. They were just sprinkled with Parmesan and the bottom half of the fries were soaked in oil, didn't touch em past that point. The lemonade was placed in a small cooler and I disliked that it had just been sitting out, no ice, or if there had been ice, it was already melted. The snickerdoodle shake was genuinely one of the best shakes I've had, point blank. Tasted phenomenal. For the amount of items we got, the price seemed alright. I can't speak much on service since we used the kiosk, however the place had lots of seating inside and outside, only complaint was that it wasn't cleaned frequently so we did have to wipe off a table prior to seating. It was very easy to place my order on the mobile app. I wish it would allow me to select dine in when ordering because it automatically submits the order as a to go. It's a waste of paper packaging and it makes the fries a little soggy. They were really nice about it when I mentioned the soggy fries and actually made me a new order. They have a lot of choices of sandwiches and burgers to choose from. Here are a few of the positives: the food is hot and tasty. I loved my patty melt. The loaded fries were not just good, but excellent. It reminded me of poutine in Canada. We also had a burger that was excellent. The food value is great, large portions, for a very reasonable price.
