There's nice outdoor seating right by the kids' fountain, which makes it especially convenient if you're visiting with little ones. Inside has a completely different feel--quiet, cozy, and perfect for a small gathering or even sitting with a book and a glass of wine. The coolest part is the presentation! The tasting experience feels a little like being in a wine lab. Your pours come in little test tubes, and you pour each one into your own glass as you taste. Such a creative detail that made the whole experience more memorable. A relaxed, approachable spot for trying different wines without the formality of a traditional winery.

As someone who was raised by a distributer employed by a company out of Napa, I have a fairly broad experience with wine, and my friend was an associate at Total Wine for years so we came in feeling like we would be able to enjoy this! We were hosted by Laurent, and essentially ended up in a private tasting, as it was just me and my friend in the library. This meant an incredibly intimate tasting with an extremely knowledgeable Laurent, and I'm proud to say that we impressed him! I learned so much about how to taste and identify different aspects of wine, and love that I got to take home a bottle of my favorite as part of the challenge. We very much enjoyed the small subset of the red wines we tasted and wanted to try the rest. Because the club allocation is quite restrictive, consisting of at most three of their wines, we contacted the winery by email and later by phone to increase our first allocation to a couple of cases. We never heard back and ultimately about a month later found out they had missed our request and would have shipped us just the standard 6 bottle allocation. So, disappointed, we wound up canceling our membership without getting a single bottle.
