I got a haircut here for the first time and i was surprised the haircut is only $35. I went nad when she dried and fixed my hair it looked nice. The next day i was drying my hair and realized the cut wasnt good. Its uneven and hard to fix. You know when you get a hoid haircut it just flows and easy to fix. Made an appointment several days prior for myself and my mom. They called me the day of, and said the person I was booked with called out sick. (I didn't book her, just booked whoever was available in their system). They said they could still take us. They asked to push my reservations back by 30 minutes, which I was totally fine with. 12pm rolled around, we were a few minutes early. I have never been here before, came on a recommendation, I had no idea they only had 2 chairs for pedicures. They took my mom right away, which was what I would have done too. The only other chair was taken. I waited 45 minutes, for a reservation I had that had already agreed to push back 30 minutes to accommodate them. Waiting an additional 45 minutes on top of the already pushed back appointment is completely unacceptable. I would have left had it not been for my mom already in the chair getting mani and pedi. The limited selection of shellac colors was a total let down as well. My leg message was lackluster and overall the experience and the long wait was such a turn off. I would not recommend or come back. read more

What an amazing experience! I called this morning (on a holiday) to see if they were open as I'm attending a conference later this week and am down to the wire regarding time. Amanda was available at 12:30p. She texted me (love that) at 12:15p to let me know she'd had a cancelation and we could start early - I'd just pulled up. She took her time and did an amazing job. I got dip powder with a gel clear coat and a pedicure. I've been back a second time since I started this review and she remembered who I was and asked me about my mom, who has also started seeing her! I tried this location recently because my person at my last place is no longer there. I have to say the service has been exceptional. I've taken advantage of their manicures, pedicures, and even taking my daughter with me to have some mommy and me time. They always treat us with respect and do an excellent job. What an insulting man working this place. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to get my daughters hair cut. Said rude man walks out of the back with a look on his face as if I was asking for a free haircut. Only one lady under the dryer and noone else fetting service. I said I would like my daughters hair cut. Knowing she has a ton of hair I know it's going to cost. I dont mind paying for good service.
