Are they still open? Got a drink here in August but last month I came around and they were closed. Cute patio. Hope they're open today.

I had the Caesar salad and the blackened salmon with veggies, and both were delicious. No complaints there. But the moment that sealed the deal was when my husband decided he was going to be "healthy" and ordered a Coke Zero. Naturally, I informed him that putting the word Zero in the name doesn't magically turn it into water. Michelle immediately took my side, and just like that I knew she was my favorite person in Norco. She played along with our jokes, kept us laughing, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. So yes, the food was excellent. But if Michelle is working, ask for her section. She has great taste... especially when it comes to knowing who's right in a marriage debate.

I had to ask 3 times for ranch, asked for napkins which never came, asked for a glass of water which we never got, and didn't get a single refill on any drinks. On top of that, didn't get a "welcome" or even a smile. It's almost as if we were bothering her. I love the food but having to wait 20 minutes for a tiny cup of ranch, having to basically beg for napkins for water and still not getting it really makes the experience not very fun or inviting. I don't think we'll be back.

We had a family lunch at Texas Roadhouse in Corona on Sunday, July 5th…read more The first time we visited Texas Roadhouse was during our family trip to Murrieta Hot Springs last year in May. We went to the location there, and everyone loved the food and the friendly service. We had wanted to go back ever since, but unfortunately there aren't any locations in the Los Angeles area, and all the nearby restaurants are quite far away. This time, one of my brother suggested that we stop by Texas Roadhouse during our family trip, so all five of us went there for lunch together. After we arrived, we told the hostess that we had a party of five. We were seated almost immediately without much of a wait. Before ordering, I went to the restroom and happened to meet a woman wearing a Mexico soccer jersey. Since Mexico was playing England that evening, we started chatting about the game. We agreed that Mexico is a strong team and that they had a good chance of winning. When I returned to our table, I was surprised to find out that the same woman I had just talked to in the restroom was our server! We both smiled and said, "Oh!" and "Nice to meet you again." Everyone ordered steak for lunch. I ordered the 12 oz. New York Strip and asked for it to be cooked well-done, but not too charred or overly burnt. They cooked it exactly the way I wanted, and I was very happy with it. My mom and my two brothers ordered New York Strip, T-Bone, and Filet Mignon steaks and my father ordered the steak and shrimp combo. Each entrée comes with a choice of two side dishes, and every side dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. Texas Roadhouse also serves complimentary fresh bread with cinnamon butter, and both the bread and the butter are incredibly good. Everything we ordered was delicious, the service was exceptionally friendly, and the steaks were cooked perfectly. One thing I especially appreciate is that it's surprisingly difficult to find a restaurant that cooks a well-done steak just right. Many places tend to overcook it until it's too charred or burnt, but Texas Roadhouse always gets it just right. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the bread is fantastic, the steaks are excellent, and it's definitely one of my favorite restaurants. I really wish Texas Roadhouse would open locations in Los Angeles or Burbank someday. A few additional notes: They also offer complimentary peanuts, which are fun to crack open and delicious to snack on while waiting for your meal. If you ask for more bread, they'll happily bring you another basket along with extra cinnamon butter. They are very generous with the portions, which we really appreciate. For the sake of our dental health and stomach health, our family usually doesn't order soda or other sugary drinks. We normally just drink water without ice. However, my mom felt like she had a slight upset stomach that day, so she ordered a Sprite. They also have a nice variety of mocktails on the menu.

We had a ton of questions about what to order and he provided excellent recommendations. He brought us fresh baked rolls right away which were AHMAZING We both ordered the lunch special which came with soup or salad, 2 sliders, and a side. I chose the garden salad, Western tri-tip, the brisket, and Mac N Cheese. The salad was absolutely delicious!! I dug into it before I took a pick so it's blended together but it had the most delicious croutons and fire grilled corn. The ingredients were really fresh and the salad was not over dressed. The sliders were also really good, however, my first bite of the Western one was literally all fat and I had to spit it out. It made the rest of the sandwich unappetizing but I did hunt for any other major fat pockets and didn't see any. Both sliders were really good. The Mac N Cheese was not my favorite, but I saved it for my daughter and she loved it! Tyler really made our experience epic and the food overall was really good.

I ordered my usual at a new bbq place. (I'm from Kansas City so I eat a lot of bbq). The brisket was on the dry side. The pulled pork was average. The beans were pretty good but the smallest serving on the plate. No potato salad so I went with the peanut slaw. Was a fun presentation in the purple cabbage leaf but the slaw itself was pretty underwhelming. Ordered the butter cake to go. It was, again, underwhelming. Overall, it was an okay meal but not worth the price. And there are better bbq places in Corona.

Wait Staff: I wish I took the name of our waitress because she was awesome, funny and knowledgeable about the menu. All waiters/waitresses were great. Drinks: Unfortunately I didn't get any drinks because we kept seeing the brightly colored drinks and flights being served around us and I was jealous, they all looked awesome. Food: This is where it gets good because the food was A+++mazing. We started off with just the salsa, chips and for a nice surprise, some warm beans. The salsa brought a tear to my eye because it was soooo good. Luckily, my son doesn't eat salsa so I drank it all down. The chips were perfectly fresh and crispy. Guac: So, our waitress brought us some off the menu guac, and, WTF, why are they hiding this recipe from the rest of the world. I literally got into a fist fight with my son because he was trying to take it from me (not really) but I didn't want to share. The presentation was so cute too. Plantains + chips + guac = heavan Fajitas: I ordered fajitas and all boxes were checked, quantity, quality, and taste. I ordered the chicken and it was juicy and thick and perfectly seasoned. Steak tacos: My kid ordered the steak tacos and we brokered a deal to trade some steak for chicken and this was the best deal made since the New Deal (American history). Steak was chunky and juicy and fresh! The only problem with this place is that it is very far from my house as I was in the 'hood for my kids basketball tournament. If I am in the area you better believe that I will be back. Oh yeah, and very affordable for the upscale dining.

The bartender took our drink order, and we received chips and salsa, which were very good. However, the bartender seemed a bit distracted, forgot about us, even though it wasn't a busy night. We decided to give it another chance since so many people seem to enjoy this place. We visited again, and we ordered a few drinks, received chips and salsa, then placed our food order. We waited for a bit and ordered a few more drinks. Unfortunately, after waiting about an hour, we never received our meal or any update on its status. We eventually decided to close out our bill. At that point, we noticed we had been charged for the meal we never received, as well as drinks that were not served. When we brought this to the bartender's attention, they raised their voice and told us we were wrong, which caught us by surprise. I understand that things can get busy, but a lack of communication and being spoken to disrespectfully is unacceptable. A simple check-in or update would have made a big difference. Based on this experience, we're unlikely to return. We really wanted this to work, but maybe you had to be regular customer to get better service?! We tried, but this place is a solid No for us.

Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. We dined on a Tuesday evening, and the restaurant appeared to be less than 50% full, making the service issues even more surprising. Our server was training a new employee during our visit, which made the overall experience even more concerning. Our courses came out of order, and when we asked about it, the wait staff blamed the kitchen rather than taking ownership of the issue. Regardless of where the breakdown occurred, it made for a disjointed dining experience. The cocktails were poured extremely heavy, which may appeal to some guests but felt unbalanced to us. After our dinner plates were cleared, dessert was brought out without anyone bringing us fresh utensils. After waiting, I ultimately had to get my own utensils so we could enjoy our dessert. The biggest disappointment was that I had noted on my reservation that we were celebrating my wife's birthday and also mentioned it to our server when we arrived, but it was never acknowledged. We weren't expecting anything complimentary--a simple "Happy Birthday" would have made the evening feel more personal and appropriate for the occasion. Seeing these service issues while a new employee was being trained left us wondering what standards are being emphasized for new staff. Based on our experience, it did not reflect the level of hospitality we would expect at a restaurant of this caliber. The kitchen is clearly doing an excellent job, and we'd return for the food. However, for a restaurant that positions itself as one of the premier dining destinations in town, the overall service experience fell well short of expectations. Management should take a close look at its service standards, front-of-house processes, and overall guest experience to ensure they align with the quality of the cuisine and the level of dining the restaurant aims to provide.

As it turned out, the place wasn't busy. A special treat was that a group of bluegrass musicians was jamming as we ate. Apparently they are there every Saturday morning. The ambience is quite dark and moody with wood paneling and minimal lighting that made me use my phone flashlight to read the menu more easily--more of the saloon vibe than a restaurant. But it fit the Western theme. The breakfast menu was pretty varied, the portions were large, and the food was pretty good, though not the best I've had. There was an error in one order, and I'll give the server slack because a group of ten is a lot to handle, but syrup arrived late for the pancakes, and butter and jam had to be requested for the biscuits. One odd thing was that they had no decaf coffee. The family was pleased. Overall, I'd call it a solid but not quite stellar choice for an old-fashioned breakfast in a theme setting.

She truly did the best she could under the circumstances, and it did not go unnoticed. The reason for the 3-star rating is primarily due to the establishment being severely understaffed during our visit. In addition, the overall presentation and cleanliness of the venue appeared neglected, likely from the UFC fight night event held the evening prior. I do want to give credit where it's due though -- Tabitha remained professional, attentive, and hardworking throughout the entire experience.
