Freakin' amazing! First, I never leave yelp reviews and this is my first one (and maybe my only one). But Magic Mop is just that great! We were moving and had a come to Jesus moment about being able to clean out our place in time-- just wasn't going to happen. So I scrambled at the last minute and skimmed through yelp for a cleaning service nearby. Magic Mop was quick to reply and able to schedule me for a move out cleaning in under a weeks notice. I couldn't be there during the cleaning, so I left a key in our lock box and cash in a cabinet. Sounds like a risky move, but based on reviews and my conversations with them, I trusted it would all work out. They sent me several pictures before finishing and my landlord texted me later very pleased with how well done the cleaning was (and we got our whole deposit back!) Our stove top was in bad shape and the made it look brand new (see pic)! Seriously such a great service! If we still lived in the area, I would schedule them for regular cleanings. Their "move-out" cleaning was excellent! I can't say more good things about them! Their rate is also reasonable, especially for the quality of work! We LOVE Liliana and her team! She has helped our very busy family of five keep our house clean for the past 3+ years. When we first hired Liliana, we only had two kids and had a hard time finding the extra time to clean the house. Now with three kids, we try to do our best, but are extremely thankful that we can rely on Liliana and her team to make our home sparkling! This review is long overdue. We've had the pleasure to work with Monica for almost three years. Monica and her team are absolutely fantastic! We have small kids and a dog and the house is usually a mess when they arrive. I am so happy whenever they are here as they do a fantastic job - they generally pay attention to detail and especially my dog's hair is tough to get out of the carpet and couch and they always manage to get it out. Do not buy this product. You cannot replace parts. If the mop handle breaks, you cannot replace it--you have to buy the whole kit. Your choices: you have no choice--either spend $45 or whatever so you can get a usable mop and gee, another little double bucket. Worst customer service ever. Stay away from this product! read more

Lilliana has been cleaning our business showroom for many months and we will NOT be changing cleaning services anytime soon. She has never missed an appointment, never been late, and never had to reschedule (except for once when I went on vacation and forgot to tell her). Our showroom is not easy. It has many 12ft+ glass doors and windows on display. Lilliana gets them spotless every time. We searched for a cleaning service that would be willing to take on our difficult showroom for nearly three months. Magic Mop was the only business willing to put up with the sure volume of glass displays. The best part is, that her quote was on par with other cleaning services who did not include cleaning our windows or doors in their quotes. I would argue that she is fairly priced or maybe even priced a little lower than the competition when you factor apples to apples with what other cleaning teams are actually doing. Last thing - When you are hiring a cleaning team to enter your personal office or residence, character is always a huge factor. You don't know if you can trust people to be careful with your things or be honest with the valuables you leave around. I have NO such concerns with Lilliana.
