I am amazed!!! My house hasn't been this clean in years. Liliana and her team are fast and thorough. They cleaned things I wasn't even aware that I owned. I have 4 cats which they worked around. I also found the price to be quite reasonable given the size of my home and the amount of pet hair they got through. I'm so glad to have their help! read more

Liliana and The Magic Mop team do an amazing job! They have been cleaning our house for 3+ years now and they always do an exceptional job. Plus we really like that they do not use toxic chemicals when they clean. You can tell they care about your home. They are efficient AND thorough. Highly recommend!! read more

Liliana was responsive and cost was reasonable. I like the concept of not spreading germs from one house to the next. It makes total sense! Thank you, Liliana and Team! read more

Highly recommend the crew at The Magic Mop. As with a lot of people I don't have time and the energy to do a deep cleaning at my home, all I do is leave my door unlocked on the day of service and they go in and clean EVERYTHING. When I come home I come into a very clean place. Thank you Liliana and crew for all you do read more

Liliana and her team are the best in the biz! They have cleaned our home in San Ramon monthly for the past few years and are always professional, efficient, and thorough. I especially appreciate that they use clean/green products, and also that she will make recommendations when they see something amiss (for example, how to prevent hard water spots in the shower) so that it truly feels like we have a team in keeping house. I highly recommend The Magic Mop. read more

Liliana and her team did an amazing job cleaning my condo. They were professional and efficient. Liliana always followed up within a timely manner, from the free estimate to the end of the service. I needed someone fairly quickly, and Liliana was able to accommodate me on short notice. Highly recommend! read more

We cannot say enough about Liliana and the team! Wow, what a difference they've made in our home. We were struggling with keeping up with house cleaning with our busy work schedules. We needed help! From day one when I called to schedule the in-home assessment, Liliana was professional, on time and her price fit into our budget. We've been so impressed with the team: amazing cleaning style and products that leave the house feeling and smelling fresh, clean, airy without the heavy, toxic irritating residue in the air and on surfaces of other products. I have never seen anyone clean floors they way they do! My kitchen, wood floors and bathroom are amazing. I love the extra touches of organization that inspires us to maintain in between visits. I also love that when they come on the days I work from home there is absolutely no disruption to my work while I'm often on online meetings. The team adheres to health safety protocols by wearing face masks during the time in the house. It's been an investment that keeps giving: peace ,calm and a super clean and organized home. Thank you. read more

Freakin' amazing! First, I never leave yelp reviews and this is my first one (and maybe my only one). But Magic Mop is just that great! We were moving and had a come to Jesus moment about being able to clean out our place in time-- just wasn't going to happen. So I scrambled at the last minute and skimmed through yelp for a cleaning service nearby. Magic Mop was quick to reply and able to schedule me for a move out cleaning in under a weeks notice. I couldn't be there during the cleaning, so I left a key in our lock box and cash in a cabinet. Sounds like a risky move, but based on reviews and my conversations with them, I trusted it would all work out. They sent me several pictures before finishing and my landlord texted me later very pleased with how well done the cleaning was (and we got our whole deposit back!) Our stove top was in bad shape and the made it look brand new (see pic)! Seriously such a great service! If we still lived in the area, I would schedule them for regular cleanings. Their "move-out" cleaning was excellent! I can't say more good things about them! Their rate is also reasonable, especially for the quality of work! As of right now, they don't have a lot of reviews but don't let that dissuade you. Seriously, these ladies are great at their job, professional, trustworthy, and kind! Thank you Magic Mop! You saved the day! read more

Liliana and her team are incredible. We really needed help with the cleaning after we had our new baby because of how tired and busy we were. They did an excellent job every time and always communicated well and worked with our schedules. It was an incredible value for the service offered. We would recommend them to anyone. read more

We LOVE Liliana and her team! She has helped our very busy family of five keep our house clean for the past 3+ years. When we first hired Liliana, we only had two kids and had a hard time finding the extra time to clean the house. Now with three kids, we try to do our best, but are extremely thankful that we can rely on Liliana and her team to make our home sparkling! The past three years have been a bit stressful, with a growing family, comes more expenses. then add a pandemic and loss of job. At one point we had to stop our monthly cleaning service, and Liliana was so understanding. As soon as we were able to, we resumed our service. And with the kids distance learning from home, Liliana has been super accommodating to clean after the kids are done with school. We are extremely satisfied with the service that Liliana and her team provide. read more

I wanted to take the time to thank Liliana and her team. We had the house emptied this weekend and she arrived early this morning with her team and did such a wonderful job. Baseboard, blinds, cabinets, etc...you name it, they cleaned it and did it well. Even my two daughters this afternoon mentioned how clean the house smelled. She's a wonderful person and I would highly recommend her for any and all cleaning services! read more

After a hectic summer and lots of business trips I had seriously neglected the tidiness of the home. In one word, the house was "yuck". I reached out to Liliana for a complete house clean up. After their work, the house had been restored and felt so clean. My husband was amazed that the oven looked so sparking, like new. We could actually see through the window! Liliana was so helpful and flexible with the scheduling and acquiring of the cleaning supplies. I really appreciated the constant communication. We're definitely using The Magic Mop from now on. read more

Liliana and her team at the Magic Mop started cleaning our house when I was 8 months pregnant with my second child and didn't think I could keep up with housecleaning anymore. My plan was to only use a cleaning service until the baby was a few months old. "The baby" is now almost 3 years old and I don't know what we would do without Liliana. Her work is thorough and consistent and she is lovely to work with--great communication, always reliable, and a genuinely kind person. I appreciate that she mainly uses green cleaning methods and the house always smells incredible when she's done. I cannot recommend this business enough! Thank you Liliana! read more

This review is long overdue. We've had the pleasure to work with Monica for almost three years. Monica and her team are absolutely fantastic! We have small kids and a dog and the house is usually a mess when they arrive. I am so happy whenever they are here as they do a fantastic job - they generally pay attention to detail and especially my dog's hair is tough to get out of the carpet and couch and they always manage to get it out. The team has also been amazing during COVID - always wearing a mask and never showed up sick or anything. Don't think twice, hire them! read more

Thank you for a super great service friendly customer service and great price, eco friendly products witch is a plus Liliana and her team are the best. read more

Lilianna and her team have been coming to our house for almost two years now and we are so grateful to have them. They did a deep clean on their first visit and have been coming biweekly ever since. I really like that I was given a list of supplies to get and keep at my house for them to use rather than the supplies being shared between homes. Lilianna is organized, reliable, friendly, and great at communicating. She and her team always do a really thorough clean. It is always such a treat to come home again after they've been! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home cleaning service. read more

With two small children, 2-years and under, finding the time to keep our home tidy to the standards we like has been near impossible. We hired Lilliana and have been blown away with her services. Not only is the communication, customer service and quality of her cleaning services outstanding, but she and her team are lovely people. The amount of relief I feel having her help us has been so wonderful for my family. Our home is beautiful and sparkly when she and her team come. Thank you, Lilliana and The Magic Mop team! read more

I am very happy with Lilliana's services. I appreciate how she had an initial meeting to go over what would be covered in the services and talk about the cleaning supplies needed. Monica did a wonderful job cleaning my house. We plan to continue to use their services every 4 weeks. I am very happy with the cleaning results. They are very thorough. read more

As a family who travels around a lot it's hard to find good reliable trustworthy cleaning professionals. Liliana and Noe are beyond amazing at what they do. I have three boys, so at times our home is upside down, they leave it absolutely impeccable. I refuse to cook the days they come because the kitchen is so clean. If you are looking for a cleaning crew that will do a great job, Magic Mop is the way to go! Thank you for your services.

Do not buy this product. You cannot replace parts. If the mop handle breaks, you cannot replace it--you have to buy the whole kit. Your choices: you have no choice--either spend $45 or whatever so you can get a usable mop and gee, another little double bucket. Worst customer service ever. Stay away from this product! read more

Great! You may think your house is clean. It isn't.. What a pleasure working with Lilliana and her team. They work very hard and are friendly at the same time. read more

Finally! A reliable, professional and thorough cleaning service. I live in a large residence and Liliana and her team did a wonderful, detail-oriented job. She gave a fair assessment before she started and charged a reasonable price for her work. read more

I requested a quote for a move out cleaning and Liliana replied shortly after to set up an appt to come over to give a quote. She was able to squeeze us in because she knew we were on a time crunch. Tomasa came over in the evening & had our place looking spic and span. She was even able to make the shower door sparkle which I was worried about. I'll definitely refer them to friends & family! read more

These ladies are awesome. Friendly service and great work with a fair price. I had given them a call on short notice and they came through for me. Definitely will be using them again but I'll make sure to book an appointment in advance. read more

Lilliana has been cleaning our business showroom for many months and we will NOT be changing cleaning services anytime soon. She has never missed an appointment, never been late, and never had to reschedule (except for once when I went on vacation and forgot to tell her). Our showroom is not easy. It has many 12ft+ glass doors and windows on display. Lilliana gets them spotless every time. We searched for a cleaning service that would be willing to take on our difficult showroom for nearly three months. Magic Mop was the only business willing to put up with the sure volume of glass displays. The best part is, that her quote was on par with other cleaning services who did not include cleaning our windows or doors in their quotes. I would argue that she is fairly priced or maybe even priced a little lower than the competition when you factor apples to apples with what other cleaning teams are actually doing. Last thing - When you are hiring a cleaning team to enter your personal office or residence, character is always a huge factor. You don't know if you can trust people to be careful with your things or be honest with the valuables you leave around. I have NO such concerns with Lilliana. She is a hard working and honest person all around. Excited to have found reliable, professional, and friendly help! read more

Liliana and her team are absolutely wonderful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Aside from their excellent work, they are kind, caring, and discreet individuals. We have a very large dog that sheds a ton and the place is transformed whenever they come to our house. They are very tolerant of our dog who is very curious about their work. I also like that they use all biodegradable materials - as someone with allergies, I have never struggled with any of the products they use. Liliana is an exceptional person and an absolute angel. read more

Liliana is a warm and wonderful person. I trust her company with anything. I always feel sooo good when I come home after they have cleaned my house and I can sit down and relax. It is great to have the same people and not someone new as with a big company. Everything is not only clean but things are arranged in ways I would not have thought to do and I love it. read more

I am very pleased with The Magic Mop's service! The business owner, Liliana, and two of her workers cleaned my house for the first time yesterday. Liliana is professional and easy to communicate with. They were very thorough and detailed. I am happy with the service and will continue to have them come in every two weeks. I love the way a freshly cleaned house smells and feels! read more

Liliana and Noe have been cleaning our house for over 5 years. When our kids were little I just couldn't keep up. We tried a few different corporate services first; they all did a superficial job and left us feeling like we wasted our money or let far too many strangers pass through our house. Finding Liliana and Noe was a dream....They clean my house as I would, and even better. They know the tricks of the trade! They use lower-chemical products when they can and do a great job every time. They have been flexible and reliable for so many years. Liliana and Noe have seen our kids grow up. (The kids love when Liliana comes because she leaves their beds neat and stacks my daughter's stuffed animals in creative ways!) When we moved, they did a deep clean of the house we were leaving and of the house we were purchasing. They have offered to help when we travel for work. They live in our neighborhood and take care of our house like their own. You can find a cheaper cleaning service, but you cannot find a better one. read more

Just ok. Nothing special for $90 per hour. It's not about the money when you are getting what you pay for. You have to buy your own supplies and provide the cleaning towels. I've had much better. The worst part is washing and folding all the towels when she is done with the cleaning. read more

I called Lili on Monday in a panic because we are having a grand opening for our business on Thursday and the lady that we originally hired wouldn't return our calls and we were getting down to the wire on time. Lili was able to come out that same day and give us an estimate and get the job done on Tuesday! Wow! Our office looks AMAZING! Sparkly clean!! She definitely exceeded our expectations and we actually decided that we would like her to come every other week to clean instead of just that one time. I HIGHLY recommend The Magic Mop if you are looking for a professional, reliable, and trustworthy company! read more

Wonderful team! Very reliable, polite, and excellent attention to detail. I will continue to use Liliana and her team's great service.

Liliana confirmed the night before she and her co-worker came to our home in the morning. After remodeling the kitchen cabinets, leaving everything covered with dust, they really made our home clean and shiny. Did everything we spoke about and more. My husband and I are so pleased, we set up routine visits. read more

Liliana and her staff are very thorough and efficient when they clean our home. They are also very trustworthy. We entrust Lilianna with access to our home while we are away, and when we return from work, it is nice to come home to a clean house. Lilianna also has flexible cleaning plans that fit our needs. We have been using Magic Mop for a year, and we are extremely happy with their services. read more

I wish I could give this company 10 stars. They deserve it. They came to my brother's house ... a single working dad with three boys, a dog and 2 cats, who lived in the house for 15 years and moved out ... and worked a miracle. I didn't think it was possible to restore it like they did but it was literally sparkling when they left. I would hire them again and again and again. Thank you for all your hard work! read more

These ladies will make your home shine! They are excellent at what they do and have a quick efficient method! Don't be fooled by the word quick!
