However price ended up 30% higher than originally quoted which was a let down as I described the specifics including number of rooms and cleaning needs in the request for quote. But when they saw the job the price increased. Regardless, they put in extra time and went for 6 hours vs. 4.5 to offset the increase so it was overall good. read more

Ada and her team are great! They are reliable and on time. Ada will text me the day before and give me a window of time for their arrival. They work quickly and bring all their own supplies. I like that she doesn't use harsh chemicals because I have young kids. She's is also open to direction and feedback and is really nice about it. Also, great value! Ada was recommended by one of my neighbors. She came to my house and gave me a quote. Ada and her team did an initial deep clean in my home. I was satisfied with the quality of there work. They mopped my floors really clean, wiped the inside of the windows, moved the furnitures to dust. Overall it was a great value for the price. On 07/29/21 I had Santana's Cleaning Services make a return visit for a general cleaning, especially damp-mopping tile and wood floors. The price was reasonable, and the job was so good that I added a tip. The office staff (Juan) was very flexible, responsive, and accomodating in setting up the appointment, and I was given a phone call a half hour before arrival on the day of the cleaning. The owner, Ada, worked alone in this case, and was such a hard worker that she accomplished the work of two people! She was very flexible about prioritizing what I wanted. read more

After reading the reviews I thought I would give them a try. I've never had anyone clean my home, always did it myself but I was sick for about 5 weeks and it was going to be another month before I was back to myself. Ada was prompt to get back to me on my initial inquiry and was very accommodating on our initial meeting and scheduling the deep cleaning. Ada and her crew of maybe six showed up on time and got right on it. Ada left shortly after they started and I did not see her again. It took about six hours for the deep cleaning, my daughter and I went out for breakfast and I had a Dr Appt. Shortly after we returned home they had me walk through and I only found one area that they promptly took care of. Later that day I found about half a dozen other things that were not cleaned. Ada came back herself the next day and took care of everything. For the cost I wanted to be amazed but I wasn't - it was nice to have my house clean again. I wanted to have them clean twice a month but she never got back to me with a date. Maybe I was just asking for to much. All in all I would use them again. read more

Ada Santana and her team are fantastic. They have been cleaning my house every two weeks for 5 months now. I never expected that any cleaning service would be so dedicated and thorough. Ada came to my home the same day I called her and did an EXCEPTIONAL job, and by clean I mean, I-have-never-seen-my-house-so-clean-so-clean-you-can-eat-off-the-kitchen-floor-clean! They did very good job at the first cleaning service in March 2016 but going downhill afterward. They usually came late and did not listen to what we need. The last cleaning inJune 2016 was the worst! They missed many spots and left the house still dusty. I would not recommend them. read more

Ada and her team are fantastic! I switched cleaners because I liked the service that Santana's cleaning service provided with their deep cleans. My previous cleaner provided just over half the services and charged me the same price. I thought it would end with that. I've been so pleased with the work Ada and her team have done cleaning my home. They are thorough, responsive and friendly, and they work efficiently. When they're done cleaning the house feels so calm and fresh. The clean home they leave for me actually improves my quality of life! Before hiring Ada and her team I was frustrated that I didn't have the time to clean my home the way I wanted it done. I could clean bathrooms one day and then vacuume another day, but the house was rarely completely clean all at the same time. With Santana's the whole house gets sparkling clean all at once, which is a great satisfaction to me. Plus her team does a very thorough job.
