The staff was also amazing--genuinely friendly, helpful, and happy to talk about the food and everything they carry. I liked the place enough that, despite having an entire city of restaurants I'd never tried before, I came back the very next day. This time I got the grinder, which ended up being my favorite, along with the roast beef, which was also delicious. Between the sandwiches, the people, and the frankly ridiculous amount of good shit packed into the store, everything about this place was great. There are plenty of places I didn't get a chance to try while I was in Asheville, but I have absolutely no regrets using two lunches on this one. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.
