I didn't hear from anyone so I sent another feedback thinking that I must have used the wrong form. Finally today on July 2, I called the support team and Anthony was the one who answered my call. He placed me on hold and came back. He said, " I reviewed your case over a month ago and it was resolved and closed. I am going to disconnect the call and your number will be blocked!" Wow! I never heard of anything like this! First of all, I believe he reviewed the wrong info or case. Second of all, what did I do to deserve this treatment? This was uncalled for! I demand an apology and Anthony definitely should be reprimanded for his unprofessional conduct and behavior! According to The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) protects people's ability to share their honest opinions about a business's products, services, or conduct, in any forum, including social media. I haven't posted anything publicly other than this. Is your company complying? I think everyone would agree that in Bloomington/Normal area, it is situated with restaurants. It does happen once in a blue moon but Jason's Deli does have an interesting point to talk about. What I do remember about Jason's Deli is the free ice cream machine. Once you have paid for your food and are seated, you have unlimited access to the ice cream machine. From what I do remember, there is the two basic flavors: chocolate and vanilla. There is, of course, the mixed option in the middle. That's my go-to option whenever I encounter these machines. It's nice to have something so awesome be free for once at a restaurant.
