SWEET POTATOES FRIES

Deray is the security guard there and made me and my friend feel SO safe. There was a situation where we needed some support as women and he came and made us feel so safe. I can't recommend this place enough as a woman. Another reason i love the loop

We hosted a happy hour for our partner for about 70 people who showed up. We arrived a little early and grabbed some dinner before hand so we can make sure we're busy doing business. Cody, Lauren and Aharon were absolutely amazing! Aharon was also keeping tabs on me to make sure I drink enough water while I was working the room! I got the full bride service!!! Shout out to Aharon! You're a star! Lauren apparently makes the cakes for the place and we had an amazing chocolate mousse cake! Cody was very professional and when I lost my copy of receipt he had it texted to me within 5 min from the moment I called. Everyone had a great time, we had so much food left over and Cody promised me they'll give it away to the shelter not too far or some place that helps with that. We didn't want it to go to waste. The place is nice, spacious and clean. We had a great time! Thanks Loop team for making it such an enjoyable experience

The loop is just so so for cocktails. Steak tips, not great either. The wings were just ok. Now, my buddy got the burger and said it was outstanding, so there's one saving grace here.

Double pepperoni flatbread, and fettuccine Alfredo with sausage.

The food is fantastic and a shout out to our server/bartender Rocky! The booths are large and roomy. With plenty of TVs and music.

I adventured over to the Loop with a group of friends after a Twins baseball game one day. During the day it's a standard sports bar. They have a decent menu. We ordered drinks and a couple pizzas to share for the table. The pizza was okay same with the drinks. Our server was super cool & friendly. A while after my first experience we tried to go back at night when it turns into a more club vibe but the line was so long and hardly moved after waiting 15-20min so we decided to go somewhere else. I recall the inside being kind of small with a big bar in the middle. So I'm sure it was crowded inside and that's not my vibe anymore. It was also a ton of college aged people & I felt a bit too old.

Someone mentioned in a casual conversation that this is their favorite place to eat. I've enjoyed their St. Louis Park location and I work nearby, so I made a point to duck in for a late lunch. It was oddly empty, even though there was some bustle at a competing restaurant across the street. I had super friendly service and a really delicious sandwich, a new tri-tip sandwich with a great pepper sauce. Loved that. It looks like they're really going for the sporty crowd, so I suspect this is a very lively spot when there are games to get excited about. They have a brunch menu with some items that I'd be keen to try, so I'll be back here for sure. They appear to have some vegetarian and vegan-friendly options they're proud of as well.

French dip

Pretty empty, for a Friday night, but I know it gets busy later at night when they clear the tables for the dance floor. If you're looking to grab a bite, it's a decent place. Maybe the night life is better. I ordered the French Dip with a side salad. The bread was soft, and not what I have had with previous French dips, so it wasn't what I was expecting. We had a side of garlic fries and they were pretty yummy. Decent food, not too bad prices, but definitely bar food.

#10 flatbread - just ok

Most of the food we tried was good; the standouts are their chicken (both chicken strips and on a sandwich) and the bang bang shrimp. I love that the shrimp is a good size and it is coated in just the right amount of sweet, tangy and spicy. I also like the cabbage it's served on. My kids got the chicken strips with fries and ranch and their dish was probably my favorite! Flavorful crispy fries and the perfect ranch! I also enjoyed how many flatbread options there are, and to make things better the flatbreads are 50% off on Wed nights! I picked the #10 flatbread and it was just ok; I love the caramelized onions and mushrooms but paired with the goat cheese it was all a bit sour, it could use some sweetness, maybe honey. My husband got the Juicy Loopy burger and it was very "blah"; a little too thick, no actual juiciness and lacked flavor.

Mac n cheese pizza

The 3 stars is pretty accurate here. It's standard bar food if you're rating it from a restaurant perspective although the one interesting twist I liked was the pizza with actual mac and cheese on top. Who would've thought of this but when you're having drinks, this is the type of food you'd go after. Not bad but more like a place you come to hang with some apps versus having a meal experience.

Preview- I am an Iowa Alumni here for football gameday! I love this bar for gameday! Gathers a large, energized crowd. They have specials for Iowa games and wolves games on beer. I will be returning for game days,, something very unique to the Minneapolis area! Can't wait!

Seasonal pear salad and gin cocktail. Sweet potato fries (not pictured is burger with regular fries). Salmon bowl.

Like an upscale Applebees... Excellent service- clean environment- good food. Went with a friend on a Thursday evening. I had the salmon bowl and he had a burger. Delicious with lots of flavor. Prices were spot on for the service and quality of their food. Nice cocktails too.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Solid spot for drinks and/or bar food! Went here for dinner on a Friday and I had the buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. The wrap and fries were solid. I also had the wikid sparkling THC drink which was the best tasting THC drink I have had. Waitress was super nice and ambiance was great!

Cheese Curds

Average. Not bad, but only average. Went for lunch during a Vikings game and no issue finding a table. Service was the best part of the experience. Had to wait a few minutes to get served but after that very attentive. Inside is nice and bathrooms were clean. A bit stark with plenty of easily viewable TVs for sports viewing which was great. Great tunes played during commercial's. Food was fine. Cheese curds were good. Husband had pepperoni flatbread. It wasn't overly flavorful but nothing wrong with it. Kind of liked the cracker like crust. I had the Cobb salad. Filled with lots of goodies and plentiful on bacon and blue cheese. Would eat there again but won't be in a hurry to get back. Street parking which can be a challenge in the North Loop. Curious to know how the burgers are and if we go back would be what we try.

Our waiter was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. I liked the opening pecans and olives a lot. The steak tartar was pretty good. I always like fries, and the burger was sufficient. I think the place may be slightly fancier than what I'm accustomed to, but a very nice place all in all. I'll have to same it for special occasions.

Great Atmosphere, but Disappointing Service and Inconsistent Food…read more We visited 112 Eatery for dinner with reservations and were looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, while the restaurant has a wonderful, warm, and cozy atmosphere, the service and execution of several dishes left us disappointed. I started with an Old Fashioned made with brown butter-infused bourbon, which sounded intriguing. Unfortunately, the cocktail was served over regular crushed ice rather than a single large ice cube, causing it to become watered down rather quickly. Not the best start. We were interested in ordering the pork chop, and our waiter explained that it would take approximately 15-20 minutes to prepare. He suggested putting that order in immediately while we decided on appetizers. That sounded reasonable, except our waiter then disappeared for another 5-10 minutes. After unsuccessfully trying to get his attention, we had to ask another employee to find him. When he returned, I specifically asked whether we still had time to order appetizers without having the pork chop arrive at the same time. He assured us that the timing would be coordinated appropriately. Unfortunately, the pork chop arrived before any of our appetizers. When I expressed my concern to the woman delivering the dish, she offered to take it back and have it prepared again. I appreciated her willingness to correct the situation, but the entire sequence reflected poor coordination between the kitchen and service staff. As for the food, the pork chop was excellent and easily the highlight of the evening. The appetizers, however, were less impressive. The dumplings had a flavorful filling, but the dough at the top was noticeably undercooked and unpleasantly doughy. The octopus was tender, but it was deep-fried, which wasn't what we expected. We generally prefer lighter, healthier preparations and would have appreciated knowing beforehand that the octopus was fried. On the positive side, the restaurant's interior is inviting, comfortable, and beautifully suited for an intimate dinner. And again, the pork chop was outstanding. Unfortunately, a great atmosphere and one excellent entrée weren't enough to overcome the service missteps, poor timing, and inconsistent execution of the other dishes. At this price point and given the restaurant's reputation, we expected a more polished dining experience. While I can understand an occasional kitchen or service mistake, the combination of issues made for a disappointing evening. We will likely not return.

We basically only come on days live music is going on. This time around we went for the bar seating so we wouldn't have to wait to eat since we had no reservations. Live music on this Saturday afternoon which was a pleasant surprise. Busy place so this was a good sign. Sat at the bar and a lot of interesting options on the menu. I went with one of their signature dishes, the ham and pear crisp sandwich. Comes with fries and they were excellent. And their homemade ranch dressing is Yelplicious! The sandwich was good and the pear is a surprisingly good addition. Tasty all around. As I sat there I kept seeing these monster bloody mary's walking around. As I left I walked out a different way and saw the source of these drinks and what a cool concept. Largest toppings bar that i've ever seen. Incredible and it can't be missed!

It's an intimate little space with low lighting, but it was so cool to see the chefs do their thing! Each dish was put together with a lot of thoughtful care and was delicious for its own reason. I liken it to movie/show spoilers... I don't want to reveal too much, and dilute the awe of your first experience. So with that, Demi has been on my radar for years, and as I prepared for an outing worthy of celebrating my milestones, I knew the time had come. I went for the autum 2026 wc whitney menu, which states 9 courses, but it was 11 given the mushroom broth in the beginning, and chocolates at the end. Anyway, the food was amazing, the service exceptional, and although I went solo, I met a couple of lovely folks seated next to me that only added to the experience. So with that, here are a few highlights: -Avoid arriving extremely early. Within 5mins of your reservation is more than enough. I arrived 9mins early, but used the time for photos and a tasty cocktail, "Trouble in Paradise" $20, before seating began. -The experience is very personal. From beginning to end. When completing your reservation, be sure to include details/the reason for your visit. They actually read it! -If you're contemplating going alone, do it! I was the only one by themselves, and still felt engaged! Sitting with views of the kitchen, you see all the action and it's quite the production. There's a rhythm as the service flows, everyone has a role, yet it's all hands on deck with so much attention to the details. It's like catching a glimpse of the backstage crew working behind the curtains at a show, which I love. -I skipped the beverage pairings and just ordered two drinks by the glass. One being a red wine that I asked be paired with my pasta course and went well with the following two (duck, then wagyu). I didn't check prices beforehand, but both turned out to be pricey($50 total). So with that, either inquire in the moment, or just limit yourself so the surprise isn't exorbitant and beyond what the pairing would have been. And if you're not worried about price, then YOLO. -The one area of improvement I noticed was with a substitute given to those with food restrictions. I saw reviews from folks who only received brie cheese for a course, and then I witnessed it while there. Since restrictions are provided beforehand, it seems more in-line with the dining experience to create an option that's elevated. Not just a slice or 2 of cheese (while others are eating something substantial). That aside, it was lovely and I'd recommend it.

I've only been to the cafe, but there is also a separate, fancy-seeming restaurant as well as a boutique hotel. (Also they have a shop in South Minneapolis that has its own Yelp profile, Alma Provisions.) I definitely recommend that you try the cafe! I had a great mocha here, along with a breakfast sandwich and a carrot-apple juice. High quality all around, and all of it was enjoyed in a comfortable and beautifully decorated dining room. There is quite a lot of food on the menu; I was there for breakfast but they have a lunch menu that starts at 11am which I want to come back to try. Again, my mocha was absolutely delicious and the fresh bread really elevated that breakfast sandwich. I was here on a September Saturday morning at around 8:30 and it was very busy; the wait to order was about 15 minutes but there is enough seating that I didn't have trouble there. In addition to plenty of indoor tables, there is a lot of bar seating and a good number of patio tables. On the West side of the building is a large parking lot, most of which is for nearby apartment buildings. But there is a sign that makes it clear that the spaces numbered 1-7 are for Alma customers.
