Barely any mayo .... Also, the onion rings were over seasoned and a bit greasy

I really hate to complain since most of the time I order here or the other in wgv area and it's usually good. Ate in earlier this evening around 445-5pm and disappointed as we ordered medium and was both a little under done. Also, they were stingy with the mayo. And when we asked for some extra mayo was handed one pack ... As well as we both ordered onion rings and were given only one sauce which was fine since it also was not as good as usual. It wasn't that busy and their were plenty of staff on hand.

We stumbled across this place and decided to try it out, it was surprisingly good decent pizza, burger and salad. Burger medium well cooked, juicy with delicious mushrooms, served with sweet potato waffle fries, so crispy and full of flavors. Pecan vegan salad was also a hit for me, I ate the whole thing in seconds, wish the portion was bigger. My little ones had cheese pizza, again, loved it and they are everything so fast.

This loop is AWESOME!!! Scott and Carlos are fantastic when I had a problem Carlos helped me out and Scott was the one who my food which was absolutely delicious. 10/10 Will definitely come back!!

My daughter and I were pressed for time but definitely needed sustenance so we tried The Loop in the plaza at the western end of Race Track Road (Publix in the plaza). She got an individual pizza and I ordered the Turkey wrap. It was all tasty and quick, except that the avocado slices I ordered as an extra element in the wrap were missing. I didn't make a thing of it because we were short on time. But, definitely check that you get all your extras. This is convenient to my new living area so I will try them again!

Portobello and bacon pizza. I don't even know if there was pesto or bacon on this thing I couldn't taste it.

My review is for the San Jose blvd location. Awful! Just awful. First things first, when operating a business you want to be sure to open when you say you open. So if it says you open at 11 AM that doesn't mean 1101 it doesn't mean 1102 that means 11 AM.... me and two other customers showed up at exactly 11 and we all have the same time on our cell phone. I was the first one to the door but couldn't get in because it was locked so I went back to my vehicle then after a minute or two I got back out and the two other customers made it in before me which meant instead of ordering first like I would have I had to order behind them, which means longer wait time for my food. The only really good thing about the restaurant was the employees were polite. There is music going on at the same time as a TV so if you're dining in, I wouldn't say the ambience there is soothing. I mean, if you're going to have some kind of auditory stimulation going on pick one or the other, but not both at the same time. If you don't like being recorded by some stranger behind a lens, you might not want to dine in. There is a camera pointed in the dining area. The worst part of all though was what I ordered. I ordered an 8 inch pizza and it was the worst pizza I ever had. Bland, bland bland. The whole thing was bland, even the crust. And I wasn't satiated at all. I actually had to go to another restaurant so I could feel satiated. It cost me almost 12 bucks for this tiny pizza. I could've gone to Domino's and had a delicious pizza for less money and Domino's is right across the street. I for sure won't be back.

The Loop is a consistent dining option in the Fruit Cove/Julington Creek Area. Great menu options include burgers, pizza, grilled fish and chicken with fresh salads and sides. Food is cooked to order and always hot and fresh. My favorite is their grilled chicken sandwich, well seasoned and is juicy and tender. It includes your choice of a side item, steak fries are always a great choice. Fruit or side salad are also options. Clean restaurant, newly remodeled with TV's. Convenient location with fast friendly service.

Glad they still have the white fish option at this location - not on the menu. Extra blackened. $9.99.

Not all Loops are created equal. Thankfully this location close to home is one that has remained consistent. I also appreciate the fact that they keep the whitefish sandwich as an option at this location since its not on the menu. Overall a good experience and their burgers are always good. Simple menu but they do everything right. Too bad the deep dish pizza is no longer an option. Nonetheless if you want a level up from fast food, the Loop is a good choice.

This is one of my go to restaurants! It's right across the road from work! This location has great parking, being part of a strip mall. I like the service here. The staff is very nice, and the food is always good. Some of my favorite food is... 1. Ahi Tuna Sandwich! (Not on the menu, but always available) 2. Blue cheese chips 3. Cajun Jack Burger 4. Nutella milkshake They get a 4 because the bathrooms need an update. They aren't terribly old, but they are old enough they don't feel clean either.

For appetizers, we started with the snapper bites and the fried blue crab claws. Both were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. For our entrees, we decided on the seafood broil and the fried platters. Both dishes hit the spot. The portion sizes were well balanced, and we left feeling satisfied rather than overly full. On top of that, the pricing was great. Our waiter was great, but the pacing of the meal could have been smoother since it took about 45 minutes to get our entrees. There were a couple of other notable downsides. The restaurant was quite loud, and to top it all off, a woman at the table right next to us had her shoes off. Management really should have controlled that kind of behavior, as it detracts from the dining experience. Furthermore, despite making reservations to celebrate our anniversary, the restaurant did not acknowledge it at all. That was unfortunate. Still, the quality of the food and the service from our waiter kept things afloat.

A little bit loud so beware if you're looking for intimate conversation you may have to yell a little lol. I had the lasagna. This was my plan B. It was pretty good but I only got it in my devastation that they were out of aglio olio. Also the lasagna was enormous! But another extra bummer.... They were also out of the ravioli (which is what my dinner companion wanted). However both our meals and the service were good enough to still try to go back to try our original cravings! They're located at 10503 San Jose Blvd over in Mandarin. It was a night of firsts! We had an appetizer we've never had before, then we both ordered things we've never had before. We started with the St. Louis Ravioli, which was great. Don't be intimidated by the size on the photo, they just puff up a LOT. Many people have raved about the steak at Picasso's so I finally ordered it last night. Their special was Prime New York Strip and holy cow, it was a big steak! I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Every single one of you who were raving about the steak were not lying. It was seasoned well, juicy & tender...just excellent. My wife tried their Meatball Madness pizza, which she ordered St. Louis Style. She'd never tried that style of pizza before and she really liked it. It's a very thin crust pizza, cut into squares. She REALLY liked the meatballs to the point where she kept saying that the next time we come back, she wants to try their spaghetti & meatballs. We got there right at 4:30 when they open for dinner and they were packed almost instantly. It's worth noting that our server Kelsie was fantastic through the whole meal. One nice touch was that she took our leftovers, boxed them up and brought them back to us. That may not seem like a huge thing but it's a little touch we always like. The outside seating with live music and the kids play area totally caught me off guard because I have driven by there 1000 times and never realized that it was so big. It definitely does not look so from the front. When I ordered, they asked me if it was my first time, and I said yes. I ordered the Calabrian wings and the V Special wings and a pie. They brought us out a Stromboli. We explained that we didn't order it, but they said because it was our first time it was on the house. I thought that was such an amazing gesture that you just don't see anymore. The Stromboli was out of this world. Then they brought the wings. My favorite wings since I've arrived in Florida. I've always been at gators dockside. I still love them, but these wings are definitely my favorite by far. That was surprising to say the least. They brought the pizza and I will say that it was good but not great. But all in all, the experience was outstanding and definitely a surprise. I got here as they opened on Sunday, and it got packed relatively quickly. I'd recommend having a reservation if you're planning to visit during busier timeframes like this. I was seated promptly by attentive staff, and quickly had both food and drink menus to begin ordering. I was looking for something tasty without being too heavy, and settled on the Little Hans Vienna Lager along with the 8 oz steak burger and fries. The beer had amazing flavor similar to Devil's Backbone Vienna Lager with a good, crisp finish. The burger meal, described with "Tillamook cheddar cheese, caramelized onion & bacon jam, beef fat aioli, grilled potato roll, truffle fries", was arguablely the best burger and fries I've ever had in my life. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavor of the wood-fired grill certainly complemented the meat. The house-made pickles were a great touch to add another layer of complexity to the burger. I could tell the fries were fresh cut and never frozen. The truffle oil made these even more amazing. The manager offered and brought a special sauce to try that they normally serve with their chicken chicken sandwich that was superbly tasty and tangy. More than impressed with my entree, I elected to try a desert and was recommended the S'mores pie by my waitress. The deliciously buttery crust was my favorite part of the ensemble and blended well with the savory chocolate filling topped with a toasted marshmallow. While a bit pricey for lunch compared to most places, I was more than satisfied with the offerings provided here and would love to visit Ember and Iron again.
