We had a wonderful stay in the garden suite. Check in was a breeze, we appreciated the fresh baked cookies, and the generous and delicious / hearty breakfast. The room was bright and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Only downside was the night we stayed a bunch of police and ambulance vehicles passed on the road in front of us in the middle of the night which woke us up. We fell right back asleep so no issues. Parking was easy and property is very nice and well maintained. We would absolutely return and would strongly recommend. Close to Hershey and the Lancaster area attractions.

    Living room. Very relaxing.

This B&B is absolutely perfect. It felt very comfortable and safe. Very clean and the innkeeper was amazing. We felt at home and welcome. The grounds were lovely! We will definitely be back for another visit.

Nicoli's slamming french toast creation. Can't be beat !!

Upon our 3 year gap of finally getting to return to our lovely private stay here; we've encountered the lovely new innkeeper Nicoli. She is a breath of fresh air and has amazing culinary skills to die for. She amazed us each and every morning of our stay for breakfast. She sure knows how to fill our stomachs and keep the people happy lol. Besides that she is a really amazing person that is highly relatable and very compassionate too. I would pray and hope to return to see her again. My wife and I loved the stay so much we extended another day. The Londonderry Inn will always feel like a second home to me :)

Wayyyyy better than staying in one of the area hotels. Don and Ellen were extremely hospitable. They were able to accommodate our late check in time which we were very grateful of. They had snacks, coffee and tea 24/7 along with candy and games. The inn itself is very charming and I love all the decor. We stayed in the Sycamore room on the second floor. The bed was a little too soft for our liking but everything was super clean. They really thought of everything! The inn is within 10-15 min drive to all of the area attractions! The BEST part was the breakfast! Don was able to accommodate for dietary restrictions and the meals were delicious! Portions were large! We cannot wait to come back when we're in the area and will recommend to all of our friends and family!

We stayed in the Homestead Room which is one of the smaller rooms, and it was very comfortable and well furnished with shelves and hooks on which to hang things. The outside spaces are large and welcoming. The decor is very traditional and showcases primitive and farmhouse style throughout. The stairs are a bit steep, and there is some traffic noise as the inn is close to the road.

The Annville Inn isn't just a B&B, it is darn near a resort. With a spacious home theater, a game/billiards room, a 4 seasons room, a sparkling clean pool and plenty of grounds to explore, we've not left the property during our whole stay. The Innkeepers Rosalie and Craig are detail oriented and customer focused. During the COVID 19 pandemic, their attention to sanitizing spaces is a step above other establishments. Masks are always worn around guests, guests wear masks in common spaces, visits to the theater are spaced out to allow cleaning in between movie sittings, I feel very safe and secure here. Our first 2 nights were in the Country Comfort room. While it is on the smaller side of their rooms (The Mardi Gras is the smallest) it was sufficient for our needs. The tile shower is a bit larger than a corner shower, but the water pressure was lacking from the fireplace. The bedding is soft, but the queen sized bed is bouncy and squeaky, so if you have a restless sleeper, this may jostle you. Our one recommendation to the innkeepers on this room: Blackout curtains would help here. The blinds aren't sufficient to block out the light in the early morning, or for an afternoon nap. That is ok though, we brought masks. After the first two nights we've transferred to the highest end of their 5 rooms, the Manor Suite...and we don't regret the choice at all! Cleverly decorated with a phone booth door outside the actual bedroom door, it is like stepping into the Tardis and discovering the room is much bigger on the inside. The whirlpool tub is amazing with a heat exchange that keeps your water the same temperature the whole time, it was heaven. The king sized bed is quiet and comfortable, with a skylight above the bed for star gazing if you would like. The decor is elegant with chandeliers (on dimmer switches) and murals to make the space feel luxurious. A private entrance/balcony looks over their romance garden, and it is a great morning spot for a cup of tea. We made use of the theater multiple times, and free snacks and drinks are available here, so we enjoyed popcorn one night, and a picnic lunch and afternoon movie the next day. During the pandemic, theaters are NOT a go-to for us, so this private setting was ideal. The game room has a clean, well maintained pool table, a variety of games, and a computer for those who need to check their email. It is a great spot for a hand of cards, or sitting to read a good book. One of our favorite rooms was the 4 season room. Surrounded with lush plants, we were allowed to reserve a table just for our use, and spent hours working on puzzles together. The doors slide aside to allow gentle breezes through the room, and on less humid days, it was a great way to beat the heat of the day. The customer service here is impeccable, and frankly I don't know how the innkeepers do it. They hire some extra hands for cleaning help and gardening, but the guest interactions are one on one. Craig is always ready with a groan-worthy but well intentioned "Dad joke", while also being a wealth of knowledge about plants and property maintenance. Rosalie is a great cook, a gracious host and has a seemingly endless amount of energy. We will absolutely be coming back here. Out of all of the bed and breakfasts I've been to, this is 1000% top of the list. I'm blown away.

Whatever your destination, it's all within driving distance from the Inn. My wife and I arrive to the Walton Manor Inn at exactly at 4pm, check in time. Angie greeted us upon arrival and gave a brief tour of the downstairs, where the coffee machine is located is a biggie for me. I'm an early riser, at any B&B, I like to make a cuppa coffee and settle into a comfy sofa while my wife sleeps. Angie showed us upstairs to our room. Walking in, it was a very large space for just the two of us. I see in the shower there is community shampoo and conditioner. That's a little off for me, other B&Bs offer upscale products, some even have their branding on the products. There was no closet, within the bathroom was a makeshift closet. I'm look at the rug in the room, there is some type of hair, I'm not going to say cat hair but the rug needed to be vacuumed before we arrived. There was a mini fridge with frozen water bottles for the guests. The bedding was fine, the mattress and pillow were comfortable. The sheets and comforter were not, it wasn't what I would have expected at a B&B. There is a private lot for guests, it's behind the inn. Once checked in, you can enter the inn from the back door using the same code as the front door. Now that we spoke about the Bed, Lets talk about the Breakfast. When you go to any B&B, there's a litte menu asking what you'd like for breakfast. Angie asked us for a time on Sunday morning we'd like to dine. I told her we need to get on the road early so the first possible time. We're told the first seating is at 9am? The atrium where we sat down for breakfast was very pretty. Lots of large windows and sunlight. The breakfast choice is what was served. No choices of pancakes or eggs, bacon or sausage. We are in Amish country. During our stay, I picked up a smoked ham as well as amish bacon. For breakfast we were served frozen Jones sausage links. Again, the quality of any B&B should be in the details. We didn't received anything that was step above during our stay. I was able to ask about the house and how Angie came to own it. The house was built in 1911 and went through a major reconstruction to become the Inn it is today. Overall, the Walton Manor Inn Bed & Breakfast was a beautiful home but our stay was simply adequate.

It's within walking distance of a few bars and restaurants, Lebanon Valley College, a small movie theater and the Annville library (a favorite place for me as a kid). It's a few miles outside of Hershey and I'd highly recommend it as a place to stay if you're looking to come into the area for whatever reason. Amber, the innkeeper was fabulous. She took great care of us and anticipated our needs. She set out umbrellas for us to use when the weather seemed rainy and answered all of our questions. Great conversation, lovely garden in the back with a koi pond. The breakfast was solid. I took some pictures, check em out. There was also a baked grapefruit, something I never had but was really impressed with. And don't sleep on the banana nut muffin. It looks like it's out of a boxed recipe but that was easily one of the top 5 muffins I've had my whole life. My wife loved the place so much that I can guarantee we'll be back all the way from California. :)

Our two night stay at The Patriot House was perhaps our best overall B&B experience we have had. The experience started with Elizabeth (resident manager and everything else)...she was warm, engaging, friendly and attentive and on top of all details...we really couldn't ask for anything more. The house has been nicely upgraded and decorated and kept in very good condition. Room was large and comfortable and grounds were beautiful. And breakfasts both days were delicious as Elizabeth took extra care to make sure the menu choice was acceptable to her guests. Annville is small so anything in town is within easy walking distance and Hershey, Harrisburg and the other "burgs" are only short beautiful drives. Our first time in PA. We aren't really bath people so we were taken aback by that. However it's ok, we only spent two nights and we had a chill weekend so it was ok to relax in a bath one evening. Next, the toilet is really sluggish and clogs easily.
