The washer at the pad broke and the resident handyman was on strike due to bad treatment. So I found this place. At the time all machines were being replaced and I found the new 4 loader a good value especially the 2nd wash function for a measly .25. What killed it was the soap vending machine charges almost 6. for a 3 wash bottle of Tide. This was remedied by thee nice lady attendant who showed me a .99 store close by. Rough crowd there, but Lucky Baldwin ' is on the next block, so this place has it's merit. read more

Teally clean and organized which is a big plus for a coin laundry. Never have I seen it dirty or in bad shape. All the equipment works fine, never have I had an issue with malfunctioning Dryers or washers. Staff is very friendly. and the downside is you have to pay $25 cents to use the bathroom. I understand why they charge for the bathroom, probably the only thing that keeps it really clean. Parking is huge and free wifi is a plus. I only come here now, I drive 10 miles to just come here, worth the drive. read more

Walked in to do laundry but needed to use restroom first. Asked the attendant was informed i couldnt use restroom yntil i started laundry and it would cost me a dollar to use restroom after i start laundry. I said i am going to do laundry but needed restroom first. I was told no. I walked out and will take my business elsewhere... read more

Horrible self-serve laundry; expensive and terrible customer service. One load of laundry came out of an obviously dysfunctional dryer covered with elliptical black greasy marks, which the attendant said were because of the WHITE dryer sheets we used. We got this out of her after her repeated shrugs of disinterest. Stay away from this place, because pretentious industrial decor doesn't mean the washers and dryers are in good working condition. They aren't. And as you have to pay anywhere from fifty cents to a dollar more than normal laundromats PER WASH AND DRY here, it's definitely not worth it. Won't be going back. read more

I rarely go to laundry mats but this place is pretty great. They have plenty of machines the place is super clean, they have WiFi and flat screen tv's all over the place. I has actually very surprised about the price to wash and dry it was a lot cheaper then what I was expected. In the instance that I need to hit up the laundry mat again I will definitely come back to this place. read more

Came here for the 1st time and I liked it. The machines looked in great condition and the place was clean. There is also a machine for quarters, two vending machines, and a bathroom. While I waited I watched their TV and it was on the discovery channel. :) read more

The Laundry Room is a solid laundromat! Friendly and helpful staff, clean environment, and usually good music playing over the speakers to help pass the time as you fold your clothes. I checked in for the 20 minutes of free drying, which is two quarters on the house! If you are looking for a relaxed place to wash your clothes, this is the place for you. Try also offer fluff and fold services. read more

I love this place. They were recommended to me by a dry cleaner on Lake. I have used their wash and fold services, and couldn't be happier. I can't say enough about how kind they were to my son and to me. Our laundry smelled wonderful and was folded much better than anything I could manage. Parking is decent, the facility is spotless. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but The Laundry Room is terrific. They are super easy to work with and are always accommodating. I have my laundry picked up every other week and I can just text them to let them know when I need a pick up. They always get back to me right away. My laundry comes back perfectly folded and clean. A dream come true! I love this place. read more

This laundromat is great, and it's pretty awesome there are two in the neighborhood now! It's clean and employees are friendly. Prices are very affordable, especially considering how nice it is. Would love it if some of the surrounding businesses would step it up and make their store fronts as high-quality as this one. read more

The laundry room is very clean and the fluff and fold service is the best in town. The restroom is always clean and people are really friendly and helpful. They have a new location on Allen. It's really convenient because they also offer the option to put your own clothes on the washer and they dry it if you're on the go. I've used that a few times and it's super helpful if you can't sit there for a long time. read more

The only reason I didn't give the laundry 5 stars is because they are still a coins only laundromat, which can be a little annoying when you can't make it to an atm for cash or coins. Other than that it is always clean and in a good location. read more

Place is always . Washing and drying prices are very good. Staff is always helpful and very nice. The Laundry Room is always clean and machines are always functional. If they're not they have a sign. I keep coming here because it doesn't change. Clean, friendly and welcoming environment. read more

I love the Laundry Room. It looks so modern and clean on the inside and the fluff and fold is a great deal. Thanks Laundry Room, you are the best! read more

I absolutely love this laundromat I feel like I'm at home... It is clean... machines are always available... And everything works... And the bathroom is amazing read more

Great renovated and up kept facility staff is friendly with "minor exceptions" and a few slight mechanical issues aside from the small hiccups it's a go to when looking for a pleasant place to meet your laundry needs! Would have given it 5 stars but some of the clientele is sketchy given the area of location, they charge to use the bathroom! I know right? I don't get it either, it's literally no space between customers on even the marginal busy days and it's pretty high priced in comparison to other laundry mats in the area! Good place to do laundry but has its flaws as most of them! ‍ read more

Really rude employee!!! Older Hispanic lady was giving dirty looks and talking so disrespectful to PAYING CUSTOMERS. I know there are lots of other people who are struggling to find a job that would do a much better job and actually know how to treat customers. Will not be returning, and will be telling everyone I know what a shit place this is. read more

Friendly staff! Helped this 89 year old do my laundry even went out of their way to fold it for me for no charge

I love the fluff and fold service. Drop your clothes off then get a text when it's done. The employees are extremely kind and helpful and the place is clean. I've always gotten my clothes the next day or early the day after. They even will use specific detergent types if needed!! read more

I've been coming to this place every week now after my first visit over a month ago. It's cleaner and more convenient than other laundromats and the staff is friendly. The Laundry Room has earned my business :) read more

I just came back for the second time I give this place 100 %. Wonderful lady taking fluff and fold. I couldnt belive how nice both women I dealt with were. Heck free wifi too. read more

Clean, spacious, new machines, nice staff, plenty of carts, and machines that do 6 loads at once. I just did 30+ loads in one afternoon.

I have only been here once, but it was a very positive experience. Great service by the attendant, not too crowded (on Sunday morning at least) and clean. The machines were well maintained and efficient. read more

I finally found a great place to do my laundry in the neighborhood! So close to the college, it's perfect. It's the best laundry facility within a 5 mile radius. It has been recently completely remodeled and now is super clean and very enjoyable to relax in while i wait for my clothes to wash. They have the best prices and now offer fluff and fold. The staff is great and very helpful! read more

One of the things I dread the most is going to a laundry mat!! My friend told me how she found a new laundry mat that she liked & told me to check it out. I'm so glad I did! They've made my entire laundry experience so much more pleasant! I wish there were more places like this. Every time I've gone in it's clean & the restrooms are as well, which is very important to me. They have large screens with cable tv & free wifi, which makes the time go by much faster. The place has a cool industrial look, reasonable pricing, & great machines. They also have a Fluff & Fold delivery service!! The turn around is quick & everything is nicely folded. The owner, Andrea, is always so kind & Laura who works the fluff & fold is very helpful as well. You should definitely check this place out & find out how great this place is for yourself! read more

Hello I did my first fluff and fold here and had a wonderful experience. Friendly service, good value, and very fast service. Dropped it off on a Saturday evening and received a text message Sunday 7:48 a.m. confirming that it was ready. I I think all my clothes are there too! read more

My personal experience was great at this laundromat. I came in on a Saturday around 11:00 am. I liked the cleanliness of laundromat and there was somebody there to assist customers. I would return to this laundromat in the future. read more

I've been coming here to do my laundry for years , I noticed they were under new management and were under construction, I could not wait to see the final results. Finally came in to do my wash and I was so amazed at the awesome transformation ... not only is it very welcoming and clean but they now offer fluff & fold and if that weren't enough it still remains very cheap to do my wash here. Close to home and convenient. I love it. read more

Came in to do my wash notice it was a total makeover from what it was before. It's inviting and most of all very clean. It's cheap to do my loads there and plus they have t.v. so I'm not bored waiting for my clothes to dry :) read more

Found this place on Yelp while on a work trip. Simply put, this place is awesome! The girls working here are super friendly and very accommodating. Having 3 options (#1wash and dry yourself, #2 wash and then have them transfer your clothes to the dryer and then notify you by text when it is ready, #3 full service wash, dry, and fold clothes and notify you when complete) to choose from is very convenient. Thanks for a great laundry going experience! read more

The area is clean. The owner/employees are friendly. Machines are new and they keep it clean. They also offer wash and fold. Parking is a little bit hard but I still recommend this place. read more

This place is usually clean & the other ladies are very nice & friendly.. But today 04/20/16 was horrible coz the place is too DIRTY, hot & the Old Hispanic lady is kinda rude.. I'm using the basket cart & she said "I need the cart". Coz she got a new costumer for fluff & fold... That was so rude of her... She's not even friendly at all... Negative vibes...... (The young lady came she's really nice ) 3:04pm 04/20/16 read more

This place is great for my "fluff and fold". I have been using this company for several months now, due to complications from moving from one place to another, and then having to have hip surgery! The staff are very friendly and responsive, turnaround time is great and my newly washed laundry items look and smell great! I've never used this type of service before and am very pleased with the outcome! read more

I have only been here once but it is clean. We appreciate a clean laundry mat and it seems that they keep this one pretty clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Kind of expensive. read more

This laundry facility is the best in town. Very very clean. Awesome washers and dryers. Free WiFi and TV to pass the time. Thank you for being amazing EVERY WEEKEND! read more

Shockingly different than the old place! Clean, well-lighted. No ugly drop ceiling. Machines are clean and in good working order! If you liked the 1960's Speed Queen dryers you are out of luck. Otherwise it's a giant step up. All new folding tables and they are at the right height. Sheldon Cooper would abide. There is also WiFi and TV (3 large flat screens) to make doing laundry less of a pain in the rumpie. Good cell reception, too. The only drawback is that the place is in the back corner of a small shopping strip and is hard to visualize from the street. Just turn in at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store and they are on the south side of the lot all the way at the end. This is a great asset for PCC and CalTech students, and it's worth a bit of a drive for other Pasadena residents. read more

I've been going to this laundromat for a while now. This weekend was my first visit under the new ownership and after the remodeling. All I can say is WOW! The place looks gorgeous, especially when compared to what it looked like before. Wifi, flat screen TVs, new dryers, cheaper prices: these are only a few among the many positive changes that have been made. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Within minutes of my entry, I was greeted with a smile and was asked if I needed assistance with anything. Also, the prices are cheaper than they were before (at least for now)! Great spot, highly recommend you check out them out! read more
