The new lark, the old Lark... no matter what Lark I'm hanging out at, it's always a blast. I've only been to their previous location, which is technically in the same building, just on the other side. Their new location has a lot more space and a fresher look, but they kept that divey vibe I've come to love. They do have way more windows which I also appreciate. A fully loaded bar with local beers, tasty wines, and a damn good dirty martini. They've definitely stepped up their cocktail game, but don't expect anything too fancy. A great place to start or end your night. Now if only they sold their Lark hoodies online.

Cute bar and good drink menu! Absolutely loved the frozen paloma slushy! so good. also had a number of beers on tap. super friendly bartender and good service! good after work place and also plays the game

Quaint little bar. Close to the convention center and union square. Seems like a good spot for post-work drinks/Happy Hour. Bartender was friendly. The Old Fashioned I had was above average. I had 2 and unfortunately varied in taste a bit (1 was a bit sweeter than the other and the other was definitely more bitter than most).

My friend and I stumbled upon this small bar and decided to grab a drink. I ordered the Paloma slushy which was refreshing and citrusy. They have lots of fun decoration with a bunch of different art on the wall. The staff were super friendly and even provided us water even after we were done with our drinks.

LOVED our dip into the Lark Bar! Super selection of beer and liquor. Gorgeous interior. Only recommendation is they should recalibrate the two top tables- they wobble like a mofo yo! Ha! Our beer spilled! Great access to Cali beers when you are traveling- that's just what I needed. Thanks much for a fun night!!

Weak drinks, small pours, apathetic bartenders. Shitty area of SF, and super crowded on a Monday. Def won't be back.

Do you still have outdoor seating?

Yep!

What street is the entrance on? Market, Stevenson, Annie? I just read that it is not on 3rd street anymore.

Market Street. If you are coming from the old Lark, you’ll pass the new Cask and it’s right after that.

Is it possible to watch The german second Soccer league there?

Yes

From start to finish, it had the whole room dancing, clapping and screaming with joy. You can tell how much work goes into these performances and it truly shows. The Harry Potter themed vibe is also super unique. The lighting, the artwork, and the overall atmosphere make this place stand out from your typical drag brunch. If you're a Harry Potter fan, this spot is a must. The food was fresh and delicious, but let's talk about Nate the bartender, super cool, kind and welcoming. He really brings great energy to the space. Definitely try the Love Potion, it's a standout. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

The themeing is so on point inside! Some of their drinks are interactive which adds on to the themes. My friend thought the wands were available for show and borrow and got charged $20 for the wand xD I gotta say the night we went, bartender was pretty slow... it almost felt like he forgot our order bc it would take a while and when finished making drinks it was actually another groups order. The bartender wasn't super busy either. The drinks were hit or miss, espresso martini they had on the menu is probably premade bc I asked to change the liquor and he said I wouldn't be getting the one that's on the menu. Tried the one on the menu and lowkey hated it, tastes watered down and bitter. Although I tried my friends "butterbeer" cocktail and omfg if you have to order something get that. It was so good. Drink costs were about $16-$18. For me, it was nice to try and a fun experience! But probably one and done ToT

The mushroom slice was good too, though I wanted more mushroom flavor. They did ran out of most slices pretty fast so come early. Love that you can get whatever toppings on the slices too. The french onion dip was unexpectedly spicy and tasty, lots of garlic (I think). It leaned a little salty but was a nice bite. Honestly the whole menu sounded good but I was happy with my choices and very stuffed. I also had the banana biscoff pudding which was yum. I got a spicy vodka pie to go too which was great but not as good as the slices there (not about reheating but the flavors seemed slightly different). It's a pretty huge pizza - the box literally would not fit in my fridge. Made for a solid lunch plus more leftovers in the freezer. I also got a salted brown butter cookie to go which was good but I've had better and prefer my cookies a little chewier. But it was a huge cookie for $3 in a city where smaller similar cookies can be $5 so I appreciated that. Lots of wine and beer options and I appreciated that they had a bunch of N/A options. Service was great and the I enjoyed my time there. I round up to 5 stars because of the overall experience.

The crust is my favorite part -- it's thin (but not too thin), savory, and almost focaccia-like. The vodka sauce on the stracciatella pizza is balanced, and ingredients taste super fresh. Paired with a draft beer, this makes for a super well-rounded meal :^ ) I was also surprised I liked the burger as much as I did. The burger comes with a generously portioned, juicy patty and is paired with piping hot and well-salted fries. Would easily make many more visits to this establishment!

We especially liked their Hazy IPA, but the Oktoberfest was very good too. The bartender said their Kolsch is a bit of a classic, and we liked it too, but it wasn't a stand out to us. The best part is that you couldn't go wrong with any of the beers. - We got chips and guacamole from the taco truck guy located inside next to the bar...You pay by cash, and we got a big container of chips and a humongous couple of scoops of guac for $9. From the outside, The Beer Hall almost blended into its surroundings - I almost walked right by if it hadn't been for the neon "The Beer Hall" sign. The taproom is quite spacious and could accommodate several large groups; however, the night of our visit was relatively quiet, perhaps due to the cold weather. Since there weren't any large tables, our group spread out over three smaller tables. As people came and went throughout the evening, it was convenient that we could each order our own beer and food at the bar. I selected an IPA from Fieldwork, a local favorite, and the beer stayed cold and refreshing throughout the evening. The food menu was limited, but I was craving something warm and salty to pair with my beer. For nearly $10, the fries weren't cheap, but the plate was piled high with some of the best fries I've had in a while. They were served piping-hot alongside two dipping sauces - aioli and ketchup. My friends sitting around me couldn't resist them either, and the mountain of fries disappeared in record time. The servers at the bar were very friendly and checked in on our group often. We spent a few hours enjoying our conversation and beer, overall having a fun, laid-back evening.
