Not a lot of time in my lunch hour so I was very happy to get in an out quickly. I needed to make a major decision, choose a grout color. To those who have never had to make this decision, it can either make or break your project. Go with the wrong color and it looks like you had Stevie Wonder doing it for you. I was more then glad to let someone help me make the decision about this so I was quickly shown all the colors, helped with the decisions of what colors would "go" and quickly eliminated those that I did not like. Once the decision was made, I basically had to stand there and swipe the card. The gent who was assisting me ran to the back and came out with a box of all the things I needed: The right Color Caulk, Spacers, Colored Grout, the stuff to mix with it so I didn't have to seal it ever, which if you have ever sealed grout you know what a pain that is. Once I swipped my card he grabbed the box and started walking outside with out even being asked and grabbed the bucket of pre mixed mastic on the way out the door. Again, pre mixed is the way to GO! I have purchased from several of the stores in the chain and was very happy to be able to get in, get out and get going.

We liked the color in the store but they only had 15sq ft, so they had to get more from the warehouse. When we picked it up and took it home not only was the match terrible, but it wasn't even the same size as our tile. Unfortunately when trying to return it we were told it was special order no returns. When I explained that I was told this was coming from their warehouse, the salesperson said "it's from their warehouse not ours". Needless to say I now have 85sqft of the wrong tile. Their practices are deceptive and their customer service is an attitude of we just don't care. Spend your money somewhere else!

If you're considering working with this company, think twice unless you want endless delays and zero customer support. Absolutely unacceptable service.

First time here. Went to Lumber Liquidators, but alas the inventory numbers were off, and I…read morecouldn't get what I wanted. So I looked online, and Floor & Decor had exactly what I wanted, on clearance! Woohoo! This is a GIGANTIC store. It seems to have literally EVERYTHING flooring that your heart could desire. I was enchanted by some of the tile. But I don't NEED any tile, so sadly passed it up. They have tile that looks like wood! And marble! I needed waterproof vinyl plank flooring to go over concrete, as apparently peel-and-stick requires a plywood base and is therefore more effort. The waterproof stuff is just click-and-lock, and can be cut with an X-acto knife. You can use 6-mil poly as a vapor barrier. This is for a small outbuilding, so 7 boxes should be sufficient. A very nice young man loaded the boxes onto a cart, and then put them into my car for me! Their prices seem very fair, although I just zeroed in on what I needed and didn't have time to fully explore the store. The tile selection seems vast. Best part: they're well-stocked, at least with what I bought. I'm fully confident that if I need another box, they'll have it in stock.

We used the company CW contracts with, stone ideas, and the countertops turned out beautiful! The installers did a wonderful job. There was a breakdown in communication regarding coordination of the countertop install which caused some frustration, but in the end the company scrambled to make things right and got the job done. (Tuesday Morning is better for bedding and towels, but HomeGoods usually does have all-cotton.) Over the years, I've also bought decor for my children's rooms, kitchen gadgets, frying pans, chairs, lamps, etc. They also have doggie coats, dog and cat beds, treats, and toys. You can sometimes find Greenies for MUCH less than at Petsmart or Petco. I think that the prices, especially for patio/outdoor cushions, are great. Two for $24.99. At Home was selling the same cushions for $24.99 each, and Amazon is selling sets of two cushions for $55-65. I also bought two crystal lamps for (I think) $65 or $85 each, and they were $150 each somewhere else. They seem short-staffed now. Only one cashier and a long line. I haven't had that much interaction with customer service, because I know what I want and where it is. Their hold policy is disappointing. I wanted to think about two large teal chairs once, and they would only hold them for a couple of hours. They were gone when I went back, so they weren't meant to be.

It's a huge store with tools and supplies of ACE you are use to but also have garden center, irrigation department and also outdoor equipment and supplies. Came to get some parts to help out with friend's irrigation system and of course they had the parts in stock. Its a candy store for all ages who loves tools and outdoor equipment!

Three very nice, helpful people tried to find them for me. They searched the shelves, a back room, the warehouse, and the garden center, to no avail. They offered to order some, but it would take too long. Je suis désolée. They did offer a very fancy alternative, Stihl shears, but they were $140 more than the ones I wanted, and I don't need impressive garden tools :D
