He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and communicated so well throughout the entire process. This was our first time doing a project this large, and there were so many factors to address. I could not imagine going through that without someone like Mike to assist and answer all of our questions to get the right outcome. Right outcome is exactly what we got, as our kitchen came out PERFECT! Understand we had gone to both of the big box stores and met with a couple other independent companies for quotes, but at the end of the day Kingdom provided the best quality for the price, design work that met all of our needs, installation that was done on time with incredible craftsmanship, and support throughout the entirety of the process. We also want to do a shout out to Vanessa as well who added some fantastic ideas as we went through the design process, and she was on site with Mike as we talked through the final steps in getting exactly what we needed. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone who wants high quality work done at a very reasonable price to get the kitchen of your dreams!

I purchased a new build where the cabinets came from Greenwood Cabinets and Stone. During the…read moreinitial walk through, we noticed the cabinets were the wrong color. Neil was very apologetic and worked with us to get it corrected without issues but that was the only smooth communication we've had. During our final walk through, we noticed damaged cabinets with various scratches, chipped paint, and one cabinet frame in the kitchen was even broken. The builder got us in contact with Neil again to work with us to get it corrected from our inspection punch list. Neil came out to look at the cabinet, and said he would replace broken one right away and get the ones with damage touched up with paint. He took measurements then said he could expedite getting a new cabinet to replace the broken one. Fast forward a couple weeks, Neil called to say instead of replacing the cabinet, hes going to have someone else come to repair it. This was only the beginning of months of excuses and lack of response from his end. I ended up calling his business instead of his direct number in hopes to get some sort of communication for when the repairs would happen. I even started a spreadsheet listing all the times I reached out but never got a response, received an excuse, or got a promise that someone would call me back end of the day/next day but never did. Our first time contacting each other to get the broken cabinet replaced was September 1, 2023 and was told it would be replaced within 6 weeks. Then I was told it would be repaired (rather than replaced) before Christmas. I then reached out again 1/26, 2/1, then finally on 2/15 the cabinets were repaired. This isn't counting the numerous calls and texts from 9/2023-12/2023 with months of agonizing one-way conversations and calls with limited to no responses. Overall, I was disappointment by the lack of professionalism to respond and correct issues in a timely manner. What was supposed to be a couple month problem ended up dragging to almost half a year. We initially wanted to purchase a custom made kitchen island from Greenwood, but with a broken cabinet taking almost 6 months to fix, we opted to purchase it elsewhere.
