We browsed at a nearby shop while waiting and got a table after 20 minutes. The Italian Benedict and smoked salmon Benedict were fantastic - the eggs were poached perfectly and we each got a generous amount of salmon prosciutto. I really liked that they use croissants instead of the typical English muffin. I also really enjoyed the home fries (traditional) - they were seasoned well and had very crispy edges. The Santa Cruz scrambler was really good too, with a generous amount of guacamole. The cornbread was surprisingly good, sweet and buttery with a tiny hint of spicy jalapeno. Overall, super delicious!

Since my favorite meal, as you may know by now, if you've been reading my reviews breakfast, then the idea that I can get breakfast all day here it's just another very attractive feature of this restaurant! I had a delicious fresh waffle with berry compote and blueberries and strawberries topped with whipped cream. It is served with what they call a house syrup, which is essentially a maple syrup wannabe. They offer the option of real maple syrup for an additional charge. I opted for the authentic item. The waffle was delicious flavorful and made even better because of the true maple syrup! The up charge was $1.75. I also had a very spicy bloody Mary, which is my favorite breakfast cocktail. It was served with a strip of crispy, maple bacon and was quite delicious. This place is not cheap, but nothing is inexpensive these days. The total meal cost $28.41 plus a 20% tip. I we'll go there again. I will try something from their lunch menu the next time and will of course review for all who read my reviews.

We've never had a bad meal here....everything is always great; food, service, drinks are all terrific. I have been in a rut the past few years ordering the chicken parm but it's soooo good and also the portion is gigantic so I take half of it home for lunch the next day. The desserts are always a treat. This year we had the chocolate bomb, key lime pie and turtle cheesecake. They were all winners but the turtle cheesecake took the gold medal. It honestly felt like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. It took over 45 minutes for our breakfast to arrive, and during that time, no one came by to refill our coffee or water. We certainly understand that restaurants can get overwhelmed during peak times, but being busy shouldn't mean that basic service and communication disappear.
